ABSTRACT
We present the results of photometric and spectroscopic monitoring campaigns of the changing look AGN NGC 2617 carried out from 2016 until 2022 and covering the wavelength range from the ...X-ray to the near-IR. The facilities included the telescopes of the SAI MSU, MASTER Global Robotic Net, the 2.3-m WIRO telescope, Swift, and others. We found significant variability at all wavelengths and, specifically, in the intensities and profiles of the broad Balmer lines. We measured time delays of ∼6 d (∼8 d) in the responses of the Hβ (Hα) line to continuum variations. We found the X-ray variations to correlate well with the UV and optical (with a small time delay of a few days for longer wavelengths). The K-band lagged the B band by 14 ± 4 d during the last three seasons, which is significantly shorter than the delays reported previously by the 2016 and 2017–2019 campaigns. Near-IR variability arises from two different emission regions: the outer part of the accretion disc and a more distant dust component. The HK-band variability is governed primarily by dust. The Balmer decrement of the broad-line components is inversely correlated with the UV flux. The change of the object’s type from Sy1 to Sy1.8 was recorded over a period of ∼8 yr. We interpret these changes as a combination of two factors: changes in the accretion rate and dust recovery along the line of sight.
In this article the possibility of using construction waste (including waste of dismantling of buildings) when receiving building ceramics, heat-resistant materials based on liquid glass and ...materials based on natural hardening cement binder is considered. The purpose of study was development of building materials compositions made with using of secondary crushed stone screening HYPERLINK "https://www.multitran.ru/c/m.exet=2400068_1_2&s1=%EE%F2%F1%E5%E2" of dismantling of buildings for various purposes, which would suit all state standards. Also these materials would have some improved physical-mechanical characteristics and would be more eco-friendly. Optimum compositions of materials made with use of building mineral waste and physical-mechanical characteristics of received materials are given. For research of waste structure and synthesizable materials structure X-ray phase, differential-thermal methods of analysis and grain size measurements were used. The geological-ecological evaluation of secondary crushed stone screening use efficiency in developed technologies is given.
The results of the analysis of photometric and spectral monitorings of the recurrent symbiotic nova T CrB, carried out using the low-resolution spectrograph TDS of the 2.5-m telescope and the CCD ...photometer of the 0.6-m telescope of the CMO SAI, are presented. It is shown that the fluxes in the emission lines H
, H
, He I
5876 change by 6–16
, and in the emission line He II
4686 by about 60
on timescales of 20–60 minutes. The line flux curves on August 25, 2020 are similar to the
light curve of T CrB, but with a time delay of up to 600 s for different lines. The observed spectrum is approximated by the radiation of the system components with the following parameters: a red giant of spectral type M4 III, a nebula with
K and emission measure of
cm
, and the accretion disk with

We explain the details of the photometric operation mode of the ASTRONICAM near-IR spectrograph camera mounted on the 2.5-m telescope of the Caucasian Mountain Observatory of the Sternberg ...Astronomical Institute and describe algorithms used for primary correction and overall pipeline reduction of the acquired data. We present the transformation equations from the 2MASS photometric system to the instrumental
-band system. We derive color transformation coefficients between the instrumental photometric system and standard MKO-NIR (Mauna Kea Observatories Near-Infrared) system for the

Based on the spectroscopic observations carried out with the 2.5-m telescope at the Caucasus Mountain Observatory (CMO) of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute (SAI), we have established the ...symbiotic nature of the poorly studied S star CSS 1102. The Balmer jump in emission is observed in the object’s spectrum, and there are lines typical for gaseous nebulae (H I, He I, and Ne III). An analysis of the spectral energy distribution has shown that, apart from the nebula and the cool component of spectral type S4.5/2, excess emission in the blue and near-ultraviolet ranges that can be attributed to an accretion disk is noticeable in the spectrum of CSS 1102. The photometric monitoring performed at the 60-cm CMO SAI telescope in the
band has revealed rapid variability on a time scale of tens of minutes and with an amplitude of several percent. This is an additional argument for the existence of an accretion disk in the system.

systems (M = Ni, Mg, Al, Fe, Cr) by pyrolysis of citrate–nitrate compositions and by ...co-precipitation followed by hydrothermal treatment. It was shown that the nanoparticles formed in the hydrothermal process have a high sorption capacity towards the model dye (methylene blue), but do not show a noticeable photocatalytic activity. The use of the citrate–nitrate method for the synthesis of nanopowders provides materials with a markedly lower sorption capacity, but with a higher photocatalytic activity. Spectral studies were performed to estimate the band gap width of the synthesized samples. As a result, the optimal compositions for obtaining sorbents and photocatalysts in these systems were identified.

Aim.
Assess the structure of comorbid conditions, cardiovascular pharmacotherapy and outcomes in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and concomitant coronary artery disease (CAD) included in the ...outpatient and hospital RECVASA registries.
Materials and methods
. 3169 patients with AF were enrolled in outpatient RECVASA (Ryazan), RECVASA AF-Yaroslavl registries and hospital RECVASA AF (Moscow, Kursk, Tula). 2497 (78.8%) registries of patients with AF had CAD and 703 (28.2%) of them had a previous myocardial infarction (MI).
Results.
There were 2,497 patients with a combination of AF and CAD (age was 72.2±9.9 years; 43.1% of men; CHA2DS2-VASc – 4.57±1.61 points; HAS-BLED – 1.60±0,75 points), and the group with AF without CAD included 672 patients (age was 66.0±12.3 years; 43.2% of men; CHA2DS2-VASc – 3.26±1.67 points; HAS-BLED – 1,11±0.74 points). Patients with CAD were on average 6.2 years older and had a higher risk of thromboembolic and hemorrhagic complications (p<0.05). 703 patients with a combination of AF and CAD had the previous myocardial infarction (MI; age was 72.3±9.5 years; 55.2% of men; CHA2DS2-VASc – 4.57±1.61; HAS-BLED – 1.65±0.76), and 1794 patients didn't have previous MI (age was 72.2±10.0 years; 38.4% of men; CHA2DS2-VASc – 4.30±1.50; HAS-BLED – 1.58±0.78). The proportion of men was 1.4 times higher among those with the previous MI. Patients with a combination of AF and CAD significantly more often (p <0.0001) than in the absence of CAD received a diagnosis of hypertension (93.8% and 78.6%), chronic heart failure (90.1% and 51.2%), diabetes mellitus (21.4% and 13.8%), chronic kidney disease (24.8% and 17.7%), as well as anemia (7.0% and 3.0%; p=0.001). Patients with and without the previous MI had the only significant difference in the form of a diabetes mellitus higher incidence having the previous MI (27% versus 19.2%, p=0.0008). The frequency of proper cardiovascular pharmacotherapy was insufficient, mainly in the presence of CAD (67.8%) than in its absence (74.5%), especially the prescription of anticoagulants (39.1% and 66.2%; p <0.0001), as well as in the presence of the previous MI (63.3%) than in its absence (74.3%). The presence of CAD and, in particular, the previous MI, was significantly associated with a higher risk of death (risk ratio RR=1.58; 95% confidence interval CI was 1.33-1.88; p <0.001 and RR=1.59; 95% CI was 1.33-1.90; p <0.001), as well as with a higher risk of developing a combined cardiovascular endpoint (RR=1.88; 95% CI was 1.17-3 , 00; p <0.001 and RR=1.75; 95% CI was 1.44-2.12; p<0.001, respectively).
Conclusion
. 78.8% of patients from AF registries in 5 regions of Russia were diagnosed with CAD, of which 28.2% had previously suffered myocardial infarction. Patients with a combination of AF and CAD more often than in the absence of CAD had hypertension, chronic heart failure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and anemia. Patients with the previous MI had higher incidence of diabetes than those without the previous MI. The frequency of proper cardiovascular pharmacotherapy was insufficient, and to a greater extent in the presence of CAD and the previous MI than in their absence. All-cause mortality was recorded in patients with a combination of AF and CAD more often than in the absence of CAD. All-cause mortality and the incidence of nonfatal myocardial infarction were higher in patients with AF and the previous MI than in those without the previous MI. The presence of CAD and, in particular, the previous MI, was significantly associated with a higher risk of death, as well as a higher risk of developing a combined cardiovascular endpoint.
We performed photometric observations of the S 255, S 257, S 140, NGC 7358, and the Orion Bar photo-dissociation regions (PDRs) at 2
m using narrow-band filters centered on the Br
, H
, and Fe II ...lines, as well as the narrow-band
and the broad-band
filters for continuum subtraction. The observations were done with the 2.5-m telescope of the SAI Caucasian Mountain Observatory and the near-infrared camera and spectrograph ASTRONIRCAM. We find several high-density arc-like structures in the Br
and Fe II images of the ionized gas in NGC 7538 and extended shells and arcs visible through the H
emission. The H ionization front and H
dissociation front are merged in NGC 7538. In S 255 and S 257 we detected only Br
emission from the H II regions and bright H
emission from the PDRs. The projected distance between the H ionization and H
dissociation fronts is approximately 0.3–0.4 pc, which cannot be explained using models of a uniform medium. Most probably, the ionized and neutral gas in these PDRs is clumpy. The H I-to-H
transitions in the NGC 7538, S 255, S 257 and S 140 PDRs are gradual with no sharp borders. This conclusion also agrees with the suggestion of a clumpy medium.

Introduction
. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is extremely common in the structure of gastroenterological diseases. Aim. To conduct a prospective observational post-marketing study of ...rabeprazole (Razo®) 20 mg taking once daily in patients with non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) after 2 and 4 weeks of therapy and esophagitis stage A and B after 4 weeks of therapy (GERBERA).
Materials and methods
. 75 patients with GERD were included in the study (36 men and 39 women, mean age 41.7 ± 1.5 years). Clinical examination with the completion of standard questionnaires, assessment of the quality of life of patients were performed at three visits: before the start of the treatment, after 2 and 4 weeks of therapy. Fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopy was performed in all patients before treatment and in patients with esophagitis after 4 weeks of therapy. All patients received rabeprazole (Razo®) at a dose of 20 mg once a day for the treatment of GERD. The diagnosis of heartburn and sour eructation was carried out according to the recommendations of the Montreal Consensus, the diagnosis of esophagitis was performed based on the Los Angeles classification.
Results and discussion
. Among patients with NERD, 74.1% of patients responded to Razo® therapy after 2 weeks of treatment, after 4 weeks the proportion of responders increased to 94.4% (p = 0.008). Healing of erosions after 4 weeks was observed in 90.5% of patients with esophagitis. Razo® therapy was accompanied by a pronounced improvement in GERD patients in all parameters of quality of life and patient satisfaction with the results of Razo® treatment.
Conclusion
. Based on the results of our study, we obtained high efficacy of Razo® at a dose of 20 mg once a day for the treatment of patients with NERD and erosive esophagitis.

for stars of late spectral types. Algorithms for the reduction of observational data for the
and
filters are presented. The results of observations of the rapid variability of two symbiotic stars CH Cyg and SU Lyn with cold components of very late spectral types are provided. For CH Cyg, rapid variability was detected on both observation dates. Taking into account the ‘‘red leak’’ effect, the amplitude of brightness changes in the
band was 0.10
on November 6, 2019 and 0.19
on December 15, 2022, with a characteristic variability time of about 20 min. For SU Lyn, rapid brightness variability in the
band on February 25, 2023 was not detected (with an accuracy of up to 0.003
).
