Using Rhodopesudomonas palustris CQV97 as a reference, we used image gray intensity analysis, absorption spectrophotometry, thin layer chromatography (TLC), HPLC and mass spectrometry (MS) for photopigment analysis.
The total amount of photopigments increased by 13.5% by using modified acetone-methanol extraction. We developed two types of photopigment fingerprintings by TLC and HPLC, estimated the apparent relative content of each photopigment of fingerprintings, and determined the corresponding relationships between R(f) value of each photopigment on TLC fingerprinting and retention time of each photopigment elution in HPLC fingerprinting. The removal of tomato axillary buds is of great significance for improving fruit yield and quality. In response to the current lack of effective identification and localization of tomato axillary bud ...growth points, a growth point detection and localization method based on lightweight YOLOv3 is proposed. Improve the traditional YOLOv3 model architecture and introduce the lightweight recognition model MobileNet to replace the YOLOv3 feature extraction network, ensuring detection accuracy while improving detection speed. Replacing some standard convolutions with deep separable convolutions reduces model parameters without compromising network performance. The comparative experimental results show that the average recognition accuracy of the improved YOLOv3 model has been effectively improved, reducing the detection time of each image, and reducing the number of parameters and weight files compared to the original model. This will help to achieve detection and localization of tomato axillary bud growth points on airborne low-performance terminals in the future.
Experimentally synthesized perovskite-type YRh\(_{3}\)B with a \(Pm\bar{3}m\) type structure was proposed as a novel topological material (TM) via first-principles calculations and the low-energy ...\(k\cdot p\) effective Hamiltonian, which has a quadratic contact triple point (QCTP) at point \(\Gamma\) and six pairs of open nodal lines (NLs) of the hybrid type. Clear surface states observed in the surface spectrum confirmed the topological states. When spin-orbit coupling was considered, the QCTP at \(\Gamma\) transferred to the quadratic-type Dirac nodal point (NP). Under 1\(\%\) tetragonal strained lattice constants, YRh\(_{3}\)B hosted richer topological states, including a quadratic-type two-fold degenerate NP, six pairs of open NLs of the hybrid type, and two closed NLs of type I and hybrid type. Moreover, it was proved that the NLs of YRh\(_{3}\)B at its strained lattice constants contain all types of band-crossing points (BCPs) (i.e., type I, type II, and critical type). Such rich types of NP and NL states in one compound make it potentially applicable for multifunctional electronic devices as well as an appropriate platform to study entanglement among topological states.
This letter presents a flexible antenna with artificial magnetic conductor (AMC). A CPW antenna is designed because its broadband characteristics with the relative bandwidth of 39.7% and 13.0% ...respectively. The proposed antenna operable at 2.45/5.8 GHz for wireless body area network applications and PDMS substrate is used makes the antenna thin and bendable. The AMC surface is integrated with the antenna to improve its radiation performance and to reduce the specific absorption rate (SAR). The 2 × 4 unit structure of AMC ensures a low profile with a thickness and a small size with the area of 50 * 100 mm 2 . The simulate result shows an AMC reflector increases the front-to-back ratio and antenna gain in free space. Moreover, the performance of the antenna with and without the AMC reflector under different crumpling conditions has been studied and presented, and the result shows the antenna performance is observed to be very robust against the effect of bending. The proposed wearable antenna structure can be used for wireless body area network (WBAN) wireless devices.
In this paper, a compact and miniaturized wideband bandpass filter based on resonant ring loading stepped impedance resonator is designed. The filter designed in this paper uses the resonant ring as ...the basic resonator unit. By loading the SIR, the passband width of the filter is improved. The 3 dB bandwidth of this filter is 300 MHz, and the relative fractional bandwidth is 15%. Etching a complementary open resonant ring defected ground structure (DGS) on the floor that changes the current distribution on the floor and creates a band gap with passband characteristics, making the filter compact and compact. The size of filter is 3.5 cm * 4.0 cm. The simulation results show that the filter center frequency is 2.0 GHz, the return loss is 29 dB, and the insertion loss is 1.1 dB. The filter introduces two transmission zero points of 1.3 GHz and 2.6 GHz on both sides of the passband, which improves the out-of-band rejection of the filter. The filter structure designed in this paper has the advantages of small size, wide bandwidth and strong stop band rejection, which verifies the feasibility of the filter design.
Summary form only given, as follows. Lanthanum hexaboride has been tested as a photoemitter when irradiated by a KrF eximer laser. Measured current, from 0.4cm/sup 2/ emitting area, was 10 A at ...irradiating wavelength of 248 nm; current density was about 25 A/cm/sup 2/. Beam normalized rms emittance measured with pepper pot method was 20 mm-mrad. The corresponding normalized rms brightness was about 2.5 X 10/sup 10/ A/cm/sup 2/-rad/sup 2/. The quantum efficiency was about 1.0 X 10/sup -4/ . The chamber pressure radius was better than 2 X 10/sup -6/ torr. Further research is underway.
