The paper analyses traffic accidents in which one of the participants were tractors, in the period of eleven years (2002 – 2012) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The aim of the research is ...the exploration of the consequences, number and type of causes of these type accidents, in order to create a knowledge base that is needed for the improvement of the construction and identification of tractors, from the aspect of safety. Data analysis was performed on the sample of n=13246 traffic accidents in which one of the participants was a tractor. The authors used one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) including post hoc test (Scheffe). The significance of the study lies in the precise detection of the connection between the consequence and the number and types of causes in this aspect of accidents, while stressing the need for a more detailed approach in the prevention of accidents.

Changes in the structure and fragmentation of land plots, arising from the process of privatization and restitution, as well as from the realization of large-scale infrastructural projects in ...Southeast Europe and similar, actualize problems in terms of intensive agricultural production, and aesthetic and functional spacing design. The need for initiating new projects regarding land consolidation cycles is increasing with the aim to solve spatial, environmental, and strategic issues in agriculture, as well as to provide appropriate conditions for the application of modern land treating methods. However, land consolidation projects are very complex, long-lasting and financially very demanding. To minimize risk and exclude the possibility of inadequate selection methods, this paper describes the methodology for integrated assessment, which allows decision making on the basis of two or more methods. Per integrated assessment methodology, this study includes several multi-criteria analysis methods, which do not exclude the possibility of integrating other methods. The results obtained in this study are not only beneficial to the South-Eastern Europe region, but also to all countries where land redistribution is expanding.
This paper shows research results about the assessment of the implementation of key LEAN dimensionsin the organisations of AP Vojvodina(Serbia). The study is supported by the Provincial Secretariat ...for Science and TechnologicalDevelopment of AP Vojvodina. The sample is composed of217 organisations, from various industry sectors. For theresearch purposes the questionnaire is used as a research instrument. The questionnaire development process iscarried out in accordance with literature recommendations,theoretical backgrounds and previous research findings inthe field. The study results have shown that organisations from the research population do not implement, neither dothey recognise higher LEAN concepts. Thus, it could be said that there is a lack of awareness about mentionedresearch concepts among organisations from the research population. Given the EU enterprises possessfar superiorlevel of technological development, extensive innovative potential and higher knowledge about the advancedorganisational-management concepts, it can be said that organisations from the research population are notcompetitive and ready for competition with EU economy
Ovaj članak predstavlja novo EMG (elektromiografsko) brzo oporavljivo pojačalo, koje se može koristiti kao sučelje za kontrolu neuronskih proteza. Osnova predloženog električnog kruga je standardno ...instrumentacijsko pojačalo implementirano pomoću tri operacijska pojačala s integratorom u negativnoj povratnoj petlji diferencijalnog pojačala. Standardno instrumentacijsko pojačalo s tri operacijska pojačala je modificirano uvođenjem analogne linije za kašnjenje između prvog stupnja (diferencijalni ulaz - diferencijalno izlazno pojačalo) i drugog stupnja (diferencijalno pojačalo). Glavna svrha analogne linije za kašnjenje je kašnjenje EMG signala i poticaj artefakta između prvog i drugog stupnja. Uvođenjem linije za kašnjenje u standardnom instrumentacijskom pojačalu s tri operacijska pojačala, pokazano je da se poticaj artefakta može otkriti prije nego što se pojavi na izlazu iz pojačala. Na taj način kontrolni sklopovi pojačala imaju dovoljno vremena da onemoguće integrator u diferencijalnom pojačalu, i spriječe nakupljanje naboja u kondenzatoru integratora. Također je pokazano da ova konfiguracija EMG pojačala ima ultra brzo vrijeme oporavka, tako da se može koristiti kao sučelje za kontrolu neuronskih proteza.
With the rapid advancements in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the widespread enthusiasm of both theoreticians and practitioners, the broader transition to Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in ...major industries appears imminent. This empirical study analyzes business data from 1140 automotive companies operating in Europe, utilizing various business intelligence platforms and employing decision tree analytics to establish connections between enablers, drivers, company size, and financial resources. The goal is to identify persistent barriers hindering the rational transition to Industry 4.0. The findings reveal an uneven transformation within the industry nexus. While larger companies possess the financial means to allocate collective intelligence, technical resources, and drive necessary for fulfilling I4.0 requirements, smaller members of the nexus lag behind despite their enthusiasm and intent. This imbalanced evolution poses a threat to the comprehensive transformation required for realizing all the benefits of Industry 4.0 within the sector. The primary discovery indicates that small to medium-sized enterprises do not exhibit the same rates of Industry 4.0 adoption, a lag highly correlated with their available financial and human resources for digital transition. The decision tree proposed in this study offers guidelines for achieving an Industry 4.0-compliant nexus. Given its diversity and substantial global impact, the case study from the automotive industry proves intriguing and may later be generalized to other sectors. The study’s outcome could empower engineering managers and researchers to implement, execute, and assess the impact of digital strategies based on the financial capabilities of industrial institutions.
The initiation and implementation of land consolidation projects are a complex and serious job, which carries a large financial investments, so fair and objective selection of cadastral municipality ...in which is going to be performed land redistribution of agricultural land is very important. Application of criteria optimization in recent times is an unavoidable segment in all spheres of science and profession, and therefore in the initiation of land consolidation projects is done too. The subject of this paper is multiple- criteria COPRAS method, with emphasis on different ways of subjective and objective assessments of the weight of defined criteria. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of different ways of assessing the weight of the criteria for the final ranking of alternatives in the application of multi-criteria COPRAS methods for ranking cadastral municipalities in the City of Ruma.
Project of land consolidation are very complex and demanding ventures. Given that and the fact that there are a large number of stakeholders, it is clear that the projects load a large number of ...risks that affect the realization of the land consolidation projects. This work treats study cases of completed projects on territory in the Republic of Serbia, which are the basis to identify risks which affect the realization of land consolidation projects. Right this way in model being developed, will incorporate past experience and thus reducing the effect of adverse events during realization of the land consolidation projects. Results obtained in this study, the implementation can be found, not only in the Republic of Serbia, but also in other countries where the land of consolidation are in expansion.
