Europskoj uniji neiscrpna je tema stručnih i znanstvenih promišljanja vezanih ...za istraživanja o europskim integracijama. Bosna
i Hercegovina u svim etapama svojih odnosa s Europskom unijom
koristila je određene financijske instrumente u različitim obimima svojih apsorpcijskih kapaciteta. Stoga rad obrađuje okvire
dosadašnjih i trenutačnih programa u kojima sudjeluje BiH, uključujući analizu kako su se tijekom vremena mijenjale politike
EU-a u ovome području pa tako i formalne i sadržajne odrednice
instrumenata pretpristupne pomoći Unije. Poseban fokus istraživanja usmjeren je na regionalni aspekt ponuđenih i iskorištenih
potencijala ove vrste financijske pomoći, to jest kvantitativnu i
kvalitativnu procjenu konkretnih projekata provedenih u nekoliko
županija, a sve radi grupiranja postojećih izazova i poboljšanja
iskorištenosti aktualnoga instrumenta u navedenim područjima
na temelju prethodno naučenih lekcija.

Velika Britanja je referendumom odlučila napustiti EU. Od prvih ekonomskih združivanja europskih zemalja, pokazivala je interes isključivo za stvaranje liberalnih integracija u kojima bi Britanci ...maskimalno sačuvali svoju autonomnost, odbacujući reciprocitet u bilo kojem smislu. Neadekvatna veličina tržišta prouzročila je nezadovoljavajući gospodarski rast i razvoj, ali i implicirala zahtjevima za članstvom u europskim integracijama. Polupripadnost EU i otvorena sklonost Americi na jednoj strani i stalni rast euroskeptita na drugoj, rezultirala je BEXIT-om odnosno referendumom koji je izrazio negativan stav većine Britanaca prema ostanku u EU, odnosno utvrdio stajalište, desetljećima popularizirano, da je EU projekt protiv interesa naroda i njihovog suvereniteta. Ovaj rad je svojevrsna analiza ponašanja i uloge Velike Britanije u europskim integracijama od prvih europskih združivanja do referendumske odluke Britanaca da napuste EU.

Međunarodno poslovanje, kao ključni nositelj nacionalne konkurentnosti odnosi se na svaku situaciju u kojoj proizvodnja ili distribucija robe ili usluga prelazi državne granice, uz termin se lako ...vezuje globalizacija - pomak ka više međuovisnoj i integriranijoj globalnoj ekonomiji koja zapravo stvara veće mogućnosti za međunarodno poslovanje. Globalizacija kao takva se tako može odvijati u uvjetima tržišta, gdje trgovinske barijere padaju, a preferencije kupaca se mijenjaju. To se može vidjeti na primjerima proizvodnje, gdje tvrtka može lako nabavljati robu i usluge iz drugih zemalja. Dakle, vanjskotrgovinsko poslovanje obuhvaća čitav niz prekograničnih razmjena robe, usluga ili resursa između dvije ili više nacija. No, vanjskotrgovinsko poslovanje, bez obzira na globalizacijske napore, mogu poremetiti krize, koje opet zahtijevaju i poseban makroekonomski okvir, odnosno trgovinsku politiku kako bi se iz istih što bezbolnije izašlo. Gospodarska kriza izazvana korona virusom Covid-19 jedinstvena je u dosadašnjoj ekonomskoj povijesti po načinu i brzini nastanka, globalnom obuhvatu i posljedicama. Nesumnjivo je da će zbog jedinstvenog načina nastanka, mehanizama i dubokih posljedica, ova kriza biti veliki izazov za ekonomsku znanost i struku. U ovom radu dat ćemo pregled kako je COVID-19 kriza utjecala na međunarodno poslovanje i trgovinske politike.

In today's open and integrated world economy, the problem of competitiveness without doubt has a central place. It has shown that ever more intense competition in the conditions of all present ...globalisation is threatening to the survival, equaly, as of companies that are not able to transform, be inovative, productive and responsive to pressures from the environment, and as well whole national economies and communities. Bosnia and Herzegovina get a chance to improve national competitiveness through Stablisation and Association Agreement, ie. through the process of accession to the European family. Reforms that are necessary to happen are a good path to correct principles of global competitiveness and to create preconditions for economic sustainability, development and growth. However the role of the state, at the time of growing economic and political power of transnational mega-corporations, the devious development of technology, knowledge economy, despite numerous oppositions, is very important to balance development and to reduce negative consequences for unprepared and underdeveloped economies and national economies, which is also economy of BiH.

International business, as a key carrier of national competitiveness, refers to any situation in which the production or distribution of goods or services crosses state borders, with the term easily ...associated with globalization - a shift towards a more interdependent and more integrated global economy that actually creates greater opportunities for international business. Globalization as such can thus take place in market conditions, where trade barriers fall, and customer preferences change. Thus, foreign trade involves a whole range of cross-border exchanges of goods, services or resources between two or more nations. However, foreign trade, regardless of globalization efforts, can disrupt crises, which again require a special macroeconomical framework, that is, trade policy in order to get out of them as painlessly as possible. The economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 corona virus is unique in its economic history so far in terms of manner and speed of occurrence, global coverage and consequences. Undoubtedly, due to the unique way of emergence, mechanisms and profound consequences, this crisis will be a great challenge for economic science and the profession. In this paper we will give an overview of how the COVID-19 crisis has affected international business and trade policies.

Analizirajući istraživanja o ravnopravnosti spolova na institucijama visokoga obrazovanja statistike idu u prilog činjenici da te institucije reproduciraju društvene vrijednosti koje dovode
do spolne, rodne pristranosti, odnosno diskriminacije. Statistike pokazuju da postoji vidna razlika u
tipičnim karijernim profilima za žene i muškarce, odnosno u odabiru znanstvenih područja. Razvidna je horizontalna segregacija, koja nimalo ne zaostaje za onom drugom, vertikalnom segregacijom
koja upućuje na to da je top menadžment, ali i uspješniji karijerni put u visokoobrazovnim institucijama uglavnom rezerviran za muškarce. Ne zanemarujući činjenicu da je dostizanje ravnopravnosti
spolova u visokome obrazovanju ipak dugoročni projekt koji bi trebao biti rezultat ne samo sveučilišnih politika, nego i institucionalnih vladinih mjera i politika, ovim se radom konstruktivno promišlja i aktualizira tema za buduća istraživanja, s provedenim istraživanjem na jedanaest ustrojbenih
jedinica Sveučilišta u Mostaru.
The more competitive external economic environment and challenges brought by a long-term growth can only be solved by investment in research and development, innovations and human capital. Developed ...countries try to stimulate research and development in all important fields by forming special institutions and organizations, adopting clear policies and concrete measures. The European Union has made smart specialization strategy as platform to focus on development investments in area where Europe has critical mass of knowledge, capacities and competencies that are innovative potential for maintaining the highest positions of competitiveness at world markets. One of the most important tools in implementation of strategy are Centres of competences aimed to increase of small and medium entrepreneurship capacities that are in lack of own capacities for research and development. This paperwork will analyse how much countries are aware of importance and readiness to create national strategy of smart specialization. How ready they are to start transformation of national economies through forming and strengthening innovation chain of value i.e. how ready they are to be lead by the principle: ”Research is transformation of money in knowledge, and innovation is transformation of knowledge in money.” What is current condition and how are perspectives in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding incentives for innovation and technology development, creating better business conditions of new and growing companies, promoting partnership and synergy in order to create value chains, ensuring continuous modernization of industry and solving social and regional competitiveness that are the main challenges of the EU. Encouragement of growth and competitiveness for economic development and goals of the Europe 2020 Strategy belongs to the most important priorities of the Commission and the EU member countries after crisis. The Europe 2020 Strategy is focused on solving structural disabilities of existing growth models by creating conditions for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.

Instruments for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) are one of the most important instruments fo EU development and regional policy avaliable to the candidate countries for EU accession. Enlargement of EU ...can cause, what already can be seen, considerable problems. Especially when the level of economic development is lower in some new member states and candidate countries than in “ old “ EU member states. Amon these countries are also western Balkan countries which use IPA funds (IPA I and IPA II) to solve problems caused by lack of money on national, regional nad city level as well as for the citizens.
The aim of this paperwork is to explain what the European Commission has done by analyzing experiences in the utilizing IPA I funds. In the paper work we try to explain the new conditions, beside indispensable Stabilisation and Association Agreement, for programming and absorbing IPA funds that should increase impacts of financial and technical support for achievement of reform goals, particulary emphasising EU 2020 Strategy for smart, suinstable and inclusive development.
