A quantitative research design ...was employed, surveying 200 respondents to gather insights into consumer preferences, brand perceptions, pricing influences, and marketing mix synergies. Results indicate that product quality and competitive pricing emerged as significant determinants of consumer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and purchase intention. Furthermore, correlations between marketing mix elements such as product quality, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities underscored their collective influence on consumer behavior and brand positioning. The findings offer strategic recommendations for Skintific to enhance market performance, sustain competitive advantage, and drive long-term success in the skincare industry.
Purpose: The most important information system application at the health center is the health center management information system or can be called SIMPUS. The SIMPUS is an application program ...specifically designed to help facilitate recording of patient data, processing and presenting data into information in a short time. With the SIMPUS application, it is necessary to examine whether the application is very helpful for users in completing work at the public health center or Puskesmas. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the SIMPUS application users by combining the Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method.Methods: SIMPUS application user analysis is carried out using a combination of the Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The variables used are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Towards Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual System Use. Data collection techniques by distributing closed questionnaires and taking samples with the solvency formula. Sampling was carried out using a multistage random sampling technique, the number of 12 Puskesmas in each Puskesmas from the calculation results determined 40 samples.Result: From the statistical test results, the effect of the perceived usefulness on the ease of use has the highest level of influence, which obtaining a test value of 3.6. Furthermore, the effect of the attitude towards using on the behavioral intention to use has the lowest level of influence, which obtaining a test value of 1.2.Value: Analysis and testing of variables that influence user acceptance of the SIMPUS application using the Partial Least Square (PLS) algorithm and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, that acceptance of the SIMPUS application is influenced by the level of usability and ease of use of the application.
This research investigates the complex dynamics influencing consumer behavior in the Indonesian retail market, focusing on the interrelationships between brand image, price, product quality, consumer ...trust, and consumer buying intentions. Utilizing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, data was collected through a survey of 100 respondents. The results reveal significant positive relationships between brand image, price, product quality, and consumer buying intentions, highlighting the pivotal role of these factors in shaping consumer preferences and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the study identifies consumer trust as a mediating factor, emphasizing its importance in strengthening the relationship between brand image and consumer buying intentions. The practical implications of these findings for retailers and marketers are discussed, emphasizing the importance of strategic brand management, pricing strategies, product quality enhancement, and trust-building initiatives to drive consumer behavior and achieve long-term success in the Indonesian retail market.
Limbah laundry banyak mengandung sejumlah surfaktan, Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose (CMC), kalsium (Ca), phosfat (P), dan pemutih pakaian. Limbah tersebut menimbulkan dampak yang berbahaya bagi ...lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk manganalisis penurunan kadar COD, TSS dan phospat air limbah laundry menggunakan karbon aktif dibandingkan dengan kontrol positif karbon aktif terstandar SNI. Rancangan penelitian adalah pertest posttest control group design. Air limbah dilakukan pengolahan pendahuluan melalui penyaringan terbuat dari susunan ijuk, koral, kerikil dan pasir. Selanjutnya dialirkan ke dalam karbon aktif untuk proses adsorpsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karbon aktif mampu menurunkan parameter COD, TSS dan Phosfat. Ke-empat karbon aktif mampu menurunkan kadar COD, TSS dan Phosfat secara bermakna (p< 0,05). Penurunan terbaik adalah karbon aktif terstandar SNI dan bahan kayu besi, keduanya mempunyai kesamaan dalam menurunkan kadar COD, TSS dan Phosfat dibandingkan dengan karbon aktif dari bahan serpihan/serbuk kayu matoa, lingua dan tempurung kelapa. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ke-empat karbon aktif yang diujicobakan dalam mengolah air limbah laundry mampu menurunkan kadar COD, TSS dan phosfat secara bermakna. Karbon aktif yang terbuat dari kayu besi mampu menurunkan kadar COD, TSS dan phosfat paling tinggi, atau secara bermakna menyamai karbon aktif yang dijual dipasaran dengan standar SNI dalam menurunkan kadar COD, TSS dan phosfat.
Face shield is one of the important PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for health workers in health services in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today. The limited number of face shield ...will certainly hamper the health services provided by the hospital. This Community Services activity was carried out at RSI Sultan Agung and RSIGM Sultan Agung to provide training on making face shield independently and also maintenance, so that face shield is more durable and not easily damaged. The tool used is a 3D printer which is easy to operate. 3D Printing technology will produce solid objects, and not like printing a sheet of paper on a printer that is commonly used. Design 3D models using CAD software. This activity was attended by 80 participants. 91.25% of participants are interested in making their own face shields as an effort to meet the need for face shields From the Community Services activities, around 100 face shields were produced which were handed over to the hospital.
Contamination of lead (Pb) in water due to domestic and industrial activities can endanger the environment and human health. One of the heavy metal waste treatments is adsorption using microorganisms ...(biosorption). In this study, dried microalgae Aphanothece sp. used as biosorbent for binding Pb in aqueous solution. Biosorbent was prepared from the 14 days cultivation of microalgae in a photobioreactor system which was then dried and mashed to the size of 45 mesh. Pb metal biosorption experiments were carried out in a batch system at various initial concentration variations (3.9–18.6 mg/L) and contact times (30–180 minutes) to find the optimum conditions of the biosorption process. The concentration of Pb in solution was analysed using the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). The results of the experiment showed that the highest removal efficiency of Pb metal in the initial concentration variation of 18.6 mg/L and contact time of 30 minutes was 99.9 % with an absorption capacity of 185.64 mg/g. Pb metal adsorption data at equilibrium conditions follows the Langmuir isotherm model equation with R2>0.9. Biosorption kinetics using dried biomass of Aphanothece sp. following the pseudo second-order kinetics model. The results of this study provide an overview of the potential microalgae as Pb metal biosorbent in wastewater treatment on a larger scale.

This research research was conducted in 2019 within six months of the year starting from a method using a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of six doses of Petrovita Liquid Fertilizer, with three replications and two sample plants. Use of Liquid Petrovita at doses Z0 = no fertilizer/control, Z1 = 1 ml/l/plant, Z2 = 2 ml/l/plant, Z3 = 3 ml/l/plant, Z4= 4 ml/l/plant, and Z5 = 5 ml/l/plant. Observations consisted of plant length, number of leaves, fresh weight of plants, the weight of plant tubers, and number of plant tubers. The results showed that the dose of Petrovita Liquid Fertilizer Significantly affected all observation variables, namely plant length, number of leaves, number of bulbs, fresh weight of plants and wet weight of shallot bulbs. The treatment of Petrovita Liquid Fertilizer dose of 5 ml per liter of water showed the highest growth and yield with a yield of 30.16 cm plant length, 46.00 leaves, 68.33 grams of wet plant weight, 49.00 grams of tuber weight, and the number of tubers per plant 10.00 although statistically not significantly different from the Petrovita Fertilizer Liquid fertilizer treatment using a dose of 1 ml per liter of water with a plant length of 29.00 cm, number of leaves 34.83, plant wet weight 58.16 gram, tuber weight per plant 38.56 grams and the number of tubers planted were 8.16.
Abstract Studies related to reclamation on asphalt post-mining land are lacking. This study aimed to analyze the diversity of vegetation on asphalt post-mining sites in Buton, Southeast Sulawesi ...Province, Indonesia. The study focused on the composition, structure and diversity of plants on asphalt post-mining sites with varying ages (0-20 years) and overburden conditions. In total, this study recorded 105 plant species belonging to 37 families with richness index of 0.33-6.30 (low-high), diversity index of 0.31-2.96 (low-medium), and evenness index of 0.28-0.94 (low-high). The highest number of plant species was observed on the 7-year-old overburden site (46 species), suggesting that post-mining age is not necessarily the determinant factor of vegetation condition. There was arrested succession on the post-mining site with no overburden, implying that management of overburden is essential. Our study recommends that active planting using species from Rubiaceae family can be applied for reclamation of degraded land on asphalt post-mining areas.

The purpose of this study was to find a picture of the dynamics of curriculum changes in Islamic educational institutions in Sambas during the empire. The method used in this research is literature by searching various sources of books, articles both national and international. The findings of the research conducted is the Islamization in Sambas is insepArable from the role of the sultanate who entered into contact relations through marriage, although Islam has long been present in Sambas through contact traders from Cheng Ho's men with the Hanafi school of thought but its development is not very meaningful. After the extraordinary development of Islam in Sambas, there was only the modernization of education in the era of Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin II, but only experienced a period of development, because Dutch politics were able to play the role of Islamic educational institutions in Sambas even though Sambas was known as the "Veranda of Mecca."

Masuknya Islam dalam sebuah negara tidak terlepas dari peran pedagang Timur Tengah yang masuk di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, tidak semuanya wilayah Indonesia tersentuh oleh pedagang Timur Tengah tersebut seperti halnya yang terjadi di Sambas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang dinamika perubahan kurikulum lembaga pendidikan Islam di Sambas di masa kesultanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur dengan mencari berbagai macam sumber buku, artikel baik nasional maupun internasional. Temuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah islamisasi di Sambas tidak terlepas dari peran kesultanan yang mengadakan hubungan kontak melalui perkawinan, walaupun Islam sudah lama hadir di Sambas melalui kontak pedagang dari anak buah Cheng ho dengan mazhab Hanafi tetapi perkembangannya tidak begitu berarti. Setelah perkembangan Islam yang luar biasa di Sambas, baru ada modernisasi pendidikan di Zaman Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin II, tetapi hanya mengalami perkembangan periode, karena politik Belanda mampu memainkan peran lembaga pendidikan Islam di Sambas walaupun Sambas saat itu dikenal dengan “Serambi Mekah.”
