Mobile housing has extensive experience in various regions of the world. The popularity of mobile housing is due to the practical advantages of their designs and universal application in various ...functional typological areas. The use of mobile residential structures in Ukraine has significant prospects for the development of the tourism business, in particular, with the recreational development of the islands. Analysis of the possibilities of using mobile housing in the natural-landscape potential of the islands of the post-industrial Dnieper. The study is based on an integrated approach - application of general scientific and applied methods: the study of literary sources regarding the historical experience of using mobile housing, historical and local history heritage, modern scientific developments and state regulatory documentation; photofixations, experimental modelling. The Dnieper islands constitute a significant part of the recreational and tourist potential in the structure of the complex landscape zone of the modern Dnieper city. The use of recreational mobile residential facilities with the possibility of their placement on the islands and in coastal waters is proposed. The use residential technologies for organizing recreational and tourist activities on the Dnieper islands seems promising, since it is based on the concept of an ecological approach to the recreational load on natural landscapes.
A phenomenological study of the final combined HERA data on inclusive deep inelastic scattering has been performed. The data are presented and investigated for a kinematic range extending from values ...of the four-momentum transfer, Q2, above 104 GeV2 down to the lowest values observable at HERA of Q2=0.045 GeV2 and Bjorken x, xBj=6×10−7. The data are well described by fits based on perturbative quantum chromodynamics (QCD) using collinear factorisation and evolution of the parton densities encompassed in the Dokshitzer-Gribov-Lipatov-Altarelli-Parisi formalism from the highest Q2 down to Q2 of a few GeV2. The Regge formalism with the soft Pomeron pole can describe the data up to Q2≈0.65 GeV2. The complete data set can be described by a new fit using the Abramowicz-Levin-Levy-Maor parametrization. The region between the Regge and the perturbative QCD regimes is of particular interest.

Recent measurements of the
W
-boson charge asymmetry and of the
Z
-boson production cross sections, performed at the Tevatron collider in Run II by the D0 and CDF collaborations, are studied using ...the HERAFitter framework to assess their impact on the proton parton distribution functions (PDFs). The Tevatron measurements, together with deep-inelastic scattering data from HERA, are included in a QCD analysis performed at next-to-leading order, and compared to the predictions obtained using other PDF sets from different groups. Good agreement between measurements and theoretical predictions is observed. The Tevatron data provide significant constraints on the
d
-valence quark distribution.

The article examines the main stages in the development of nuclear missile programs of the United States of America from the moment of their development to the modern period. In the course of the ...research, general scientific research methods were used, as well as logical methods and empirical methods. In particular, historical methods of scientific knowledge, comparative methods, methods of deduction and induction were used, historical reconstruction and analytical interpretation of the development of US nuclear missile programs were carried out. The main factors that influenced the features of various stages of the formation and development of nuclear missile programs in different periods of the Republican and Democratic rule are presented. The main characteristics of the stages of development of nuclear missile programs in North American military doctrines are shown during the periods of domination of various political ideologies. Particular attention is focused on the periods of the presidency of the presidents of the Democratic and Republican parties, the differences in the development of these programs. The article substantiates that the development of American nuclear missile programs is a complex and important scientific problem, given the presence in the United States of the status of the most powerful state in world politics. It has been substantiated that this factor is one of the main reasons for its influence in world political processes in the conditions of post-bipolar development of international relations. It has been proved that the dynamics of the development of US nuclear missile programs was influenced by security factors that were formed in the process of aggravating international relations with states with nuclear potential, trying to influence world politics, as well as in the context of strengthening the fight against international terrorism. It is shown that at the present stage, in comparison with the initial period, the deterrence criterion is fundamental in the US nuclear missile political doctrine, due to the fundamental transformation of the American military doctrine.
One of the city-forming factors for the development of the Donbas region is the creation of large full-cycle industrial complexes situated together as a group of several related industries. It ...allowed for the efficient use of urban lands and opened up wide range of opportunities for achievement of technological, compositional and spatial unity of industrial complexes. During industrial cities development, the residential districts was formed as large industrial complexes expanded. The historic centers of industrial cities are characterized by the grouping of cultural heritage sites around individual (usually the most powerful) industrial enterprises, most often coal mines, metallurgical and coke-chemical enterprises. The most advanced city planning ideas of the 20-50's were fully reflected in the planning structure and features of construction of industrial cities of Donbas. Many preserved and partially lost monuments of industrial architecture, as well as those that can claim such a status, are objects of protection of historical and cultural heritage, characteristic of the industrial type of cities. There are a number of specific problems inherent to cities of different categories. The major ones are those caused by significant discrepancy between the real state of the urban environment and its required state. Finding solutions to problems of corporate cities requires a multifaceted approach, as the prerequisites and characteristics of different cities can vary greatly due to historical and economic factors. Therefore, approaches to addressing the issue of corporate cities should be considered individually, considering global trends and regional peculiarities of individual regions.

The purpose of this article was to analyze the cultural policies in the field of architecture in various European countries and consider the principles of using the tools of schools of architecture ...as its element. Such issues are especially relevant for Ukraine, where the problem is the lack of regulated norms for Ukrainian architectural policy and specialized state institutions. The need to draw attention to the architectural education of Ukraine is due to its lack of actualization compared to advanced European countries and the depletion of the physical plant of universities. An analysis of foreign experience will make it possible to use the potential of universities to solve the problems facing the society.
Abstract The high-luminosity upgrade of the LHC brings unprecedented requirements for real-time and precision bunch-by-bunch online luminosity measurement and beam-induced background monitoring. A ...key component of the CMS Beam Radiation, Instrumentation and Luminosity system is a stand-alone luminometer, the Fast Beam Condition Monitor (FBCM), which is fully independent from the CMS central trigger and data acquisition services and able to operate at all times with a triggerless readout. FBCM utilizes a dedicated front-end application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) to amplify the signals from CO 2 -cooled silicon-pad sensors with a timing resolution of a few nanoseconds, which enables the measurement of the beam-induced background. FBCM uses a modular design with two half-disks of twelve modules at each end of CMS, with four service modules placed close to the outer edge to reduce radiation-induced aging. The electronics system design adapts several components from the CMS Tracker for power, control and read-out functionalities. The dedicated FBCM23 ASIC contains six channels and adjustable shaping time to optimize the noise with regards to sensor leakage current. Each ASIC channel outputs a single binary high-speed asynchronous signal carrying time-of-arrival and time-over-threshold information. The chip output signal is digitized, encoded, and sent via a radiation-hard gigabit transceiver and an optical link to the back-end electronics for analysis. This paper reports on the updated design of the FBCM detector and the ongoing testing program.
