Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa kelas V di MIN i II Padangsidimpuan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah “penelitian melalui proses mengajar di kelas” dan metode penelitiannya adalah metode deskriptif dan analitik. Jumlah siswa terdiri dari tiga puluh tujuh siswa. Alat pengumpul data adalah ujian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan ujian. Peneliti meneliti dengan melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang berlangsung pada pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus kedua. Sebelum pra siklus memperoleh nilai 37%, dan siklus pertama memperoleh nilai 62%, sampai siklus kedua 91% dari nilai.
Polystyrene (PS) is a type of plastic that is often used in daily life as plastic bags, food containers, and medical equipment. However, PS has a drawback in that is difficult to degrade. To overcome ...this problem, PS plastic is modified by mixing it with biodegradable synthetic polymers such as poly(δ-valerolactone) (PVL) to produce polyblends. The PVL used in this work was produced through the polymerization of δ-VL with involve a bis(dibenzoylmethane) zirconium(IV) (bis(dibzm)2Zr) catalyst. This research was conducted to prepare a PS/PVL polyblend with various compositions to produce a more compatible polyblend. The mixing is done by using a blending technique with a PS/PVL ratio of 10/0, 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, and 10/4, respectively. The best mixing results were obtained at the PS/PVL 10/2 ratio, where the tensile strength data was 5.97 MPa and the elongation was 2.51%. In addition, the results of the Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) test indicate that there has been a secondary interaction between PS and PVL. Last, the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) test showed that when PS was mixed with PVL, its thermal properties decreased.

This study aims to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes by applying Edmodo-based e-learning model in the Biology Education Study Program of Medan State University. The research method ...used is class action research with the application of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 17 students who took basic accounting courses and research objects of activities that took place during the learning process. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative with percentages used to measure the level of motivation of students, for the results of learning is evaluated at the end of each learning. The results of class action research obtained by the application of Edmodo can improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. This is evident from the implementation of actions starting from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. Student learning motivation is said to succeed with an average of 75-100%. The results obtained in cycle action I were 84.11% and 88.11% in cycle II. While the percentage of student learning outcomes also increased. The increase in pre-action from 50.75 to 73.53 in cycle I increased by 22.77, from 73.53 to 87.35 in cycle II which means an increase of 13.82.

This research ...was conducted to determine the pathway of the intermediate reaction mechanism that is most likely to produce 2-methylbenzaldehyde acetal product. The software used in this research is HyperChem 8.0, 6-31G* basis sets, with the ab initio method. Before being calculated, the molecular structure is drawn with a 2-dimensional view. After that, the molecular structure is converted into a 3D view and geometry optimization is carried out. The results obtained are in the form of optimized energy from the structure of reactant 2-methylbenzaldehyde, several intermediate products, and product 2-methylbenzaldehyde acetal.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ...verba kelompok kalimat pasif (ukemi) yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa di tugas Bahasa Jepang semester 4 Universitas Harapan Medan dan makna dari verba tersebut. Metode deskriptif kualititatif yang digunakan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari tugas bahasa Jepang mahasiswa semester 4 di Universitas Harapan Medan tentang kalimat pasif (ukemi). Data utama dalam penelitian ini akan berasal dari pekerjaan mahasiswa. Pada verba kalimat pasif Jepang, penanda konjugasi "rareru" (V-rareru) memiliki makna pasif dan mengubah tempat pembicara. Data kalimat pasif (ukemi) yang dikumpulkan dari tugas bahasa Jepang semester 4 mahasiswa DIII menunjukkan bahwa kalimat-kalimat tersebut berdasarkan verba kelompoknya masing-masing: verba kelompok I, verba kelompok II, dan verba kelompok III. Ada empat kalimat yang berakhir dengan verba -rareru dan delapan kalimat yang berakhir dengan verba -rareta.
In Medan, there are Vocational Training Institutions (Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja abbreviated as LPK) actively sending interns or workers to Japan. Before departing to work in Japan, prospective ...participants are prepared in various aspects, including their proficiency in the Japanese language. One of the efforts made in this program is to enhance the communication skills of prospective interns in the Japanese language, specifically their understanding of culturally relevant vocabulary in Japan. Although Japanese language instruction is provided at a basic level, the focus of learning is placed on comprehending culturally significant terms. The service team collaborates with partner LPKs in Medan to implement this teaching program. The training program involves the participation of 20 individuals. The results of the training activities indicate high satisfaction, with enthusiastic and actively engaged participants who contribute to discussions. The participants actively participate in each teaching session, demonstrating a strong interest in learning Japanese cultural vocabulary. The outcomes of these activities have shown enthusiasm and active participation, successfully enhancing the participants' understanding of Japanese cultural vocabulary. This training program provides a solid foundation for prospective interns to adapt well to the work and cultural environment in Japan. It is expected that this program will provide tangible benefits to the prospective interns, the involved LPKs, and the wider community. The emphasis on cultural vocabulary comprehension is anticipated to increase employment opportunities abroad and contribute to the overall development of Indonesia's human resources.
This research aims to look at the influence of factors that affect the consumption patterns of the community of the city of Jambi. In this study using the 140 respondents with the outcome variable of influence lines reflective of Psychology factor variable indicator of attitudes, knowledge, perception and motives of the latent variable influence on psychology. While the influence of the outer line model formative factors of religiosity which consists of an indicator variable is unity, cleanliness, simplicity, cleanliness and latent variables affect the mandate factor religiosity and indicator variables for Justice, halal and the principle of generosity, morality has no effect against the latent variable factors of religiosity. Outer formative personal factor model consisting of demographic and situational variables influence on personal factors while variable engagement has no effect. Social factors in the form of structure of outer formative model is an indicator variable reference group, social class and cultural influence on latent from. Latent varibel consumption patterns of the community in the form of outer formative model variable indicator of prices of goods, the level of opinion, tastes, and advertising the products variable latent influence on consumption patterns of society whereas the variable indicator number of families have no effect. In the form of lines of influence of latent variable model of inner factors of influence on latent religiosity variable factors psychology, personal, social and societal consumption patterns of the city of Jambi in Ramadaan. To track social factors against the influential community consumption patterns while the latent variable factors of psychology and latent variable has no effect on personal factors. Determination of the coefficient of variation of the latent variable factors of religiosity was able to explain to the latent variable factors psychology, personal factors, social factors and consumption patterns each of 43.2%, 31.7% and 42.7%. Determination of the coefficient of the latent variable social factors capable of explaining the variation of the latent variable consumption patterns of the community of the city of Jambi in Ramadaan amounting to 61%. Results perhitugan Q square of a variation in the meaning of diversity 0913 model in the study of 91.3% and 8.7% is explained by his side other models outside of this research.
