Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode bernyanyi dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa kelas V di MIN i II Padangsidimpuan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah “penelitian melalui proses mengajar di kelas” dan metode penelitiannya adalah metode deskriptif dan analitik. Jumlah siswa terdiri dari tiga puluh tujuh siswa. Alat pengumpul data adalah ujian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan ujian. Peneliti meneliti dengan melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, yang berlangsung pada pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus kedua. Sebelum pra siklus memperoleh nilai 37%, dan siklus pertama memperoleh nilai 62%, sampai siklus kedua 91% dari nilai.
Polystyrene (PS) is a type of plastic that is often used in daily life as plastic bags, food containers, and medical equipment. However, PS has a drawback in that is difficult to degrade. To overcome ...this problem, PS plastic is modified by mixing it with biodegradable synthetic polymers such as poly(δ-valerolactone) (PVL) to produce polyblends. The PVL used in this work was produced through the polymerization of δ-VL with involve a bis(dibenzoylmethane) zirconium(IV) (bis(dibzm)2Zr) catalyst. This research was conducted to prepare a PS/PVL polyblend with various compositions to produce a more compatible polyblend. The mixing is done by using a blending technique with a PS/PVL ratio of 10/0, 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, and 10/4, respectively. The best mixing results were obtained at the PS/PVL 10/2 ratio, where the tensile strength data was 5.97 MPa and the elongation was 2.51%. In addition, the results of the Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR) test indicate that there has been a secondary interaction between PS and PVL. Last, the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) test showed that when PS was mixed with PVL, its thermal properties decreased.

The high rate of divorce that occurs in society is caused by several factors, including; due to disharmony, no responsibility, and economic problems. Among divorce cases, the most filed for divorce ...are from the wife. There are several reasons for divorce regulated by Islamic Law, Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Law Number 9 of 1975, and the Compilation of Islamic Law, including, disputes and quarrels that occur continuously as reasons for divorce. However, Islamic Law, Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 in conjunction with Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975, and the Compilation of Islamic Law, do not explicitly stipulate in detail the minimum time limit for marriage to be able to file for divorce for this reason, and there is no explanation any reason belongs to the constant strife and bickering. This causes multiple interpretations, because the scope is too broad, so many things are used as reasons for disputes and fights for divorce, and later it can become one of the drivers of divorce which is too easy to do in people's lives. The Marriage Law cannot determine a minimum time limit for disputes and continuous bickering as reasons for divorce, because divorce is a human right.
This study aims to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes by applying Edmodo-based e-learning model in the Biology Education Study Program of Medan State University. The research method ...used is class action research with the application of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 17 students who took basic accounting courses and research objects of activities that took place during the learning process. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative with percentages used to measure the level of motivation of students, for the results of learning is evaluated at the end of each learning. The results of class action research obtained by the application of Edmodo can improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. This is evident from the implementation of actions starting from pre-action, cycle I, and cycle II. Student learning motivation is said to succeed with an average of 75-100%. The results obtained in cycle action I were 84.11% and 88.11% in cycle II. While the percentage of student learning outcomes also increased. The increase in pre-action from 50.75 to 73.53 in cycle I increased by 22.77, from 73.53 to 87.35 in cycle II which means an increase of 13.82.
Acetalization of 2-methylbenzaldehyde is a type of reaction that occur by reacting 2-methylbenzaldehyde with methanol. Meanwhile, the catalyst used in the reaction is an acid catalyst. This research ...was conducted to determine the pathway of the intermediate reaction mechanism that is most likely to produce 2-methylbenzaldehyde acetal product. The software used in this research is HyperChem 8.0, 6-31G* basis sets, with the ab initio method. Before being calculated, the molecular structure is drawn with a 2-dimensional view. After that, the molecular structure is converted into a 3D view and geometry optimization is carried out. The results obtained are in the form of optimized energy from the structure of reactant 2-methylbenzaldehyde, several intermediate products, and product 2-methylbenzaldehyde acetal.
Penelitian ini menyelidiki verba kalimat pasif (ukemi) yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa di semester 4 DIII Bahasa Jepang Universitas Harapan Medan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ...verba kelompok kalimat pasif (ukemi) yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa di tugas Bahasa Jepang semester 4 Universitas Harapan Medan dan makna dari verba tersebut. Metode deskriptif kualititatif yang digunakan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari tugas bahasa Jepang mahasiswa semester 4 di Universitas Harapan Medan tentang kalimat pasif (ukemi). Data utama dalam penelitian ini akan berasal dari pekerjaan mahasiswa. Pada verba kalimat pasif Jepang, penanda konjugasi "rareru" (V-rareru) memiliki makna pasif dan mengubah tempat pembicara. Data kalimat pasif (ukemi) yang dikumpulkan dari tugas bahasa Jepang semester 4 mahasiswa DIII menunjukkan bahwa kalimat-kalimat tersebut berdasarkan verba kelompoknya masing-masing: verba kelompok I, verba kelompok II, dan verba kelompok III. Ada empat kalimat yang berakhir dengan verba -rareru dan delapan kalimat yang berakhir dengan verba -rareta.
