We report precision measurements of hypernuclei $^3_ΛH$ and $^4_ΛH$ lifetimes obtained from Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{sNN}$ = 3.0 GeV and 7.2 GeV collected by the STAR experiment at the ...Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider, and the first measurement of $^3_ΛH$ and $^4_ΛH$ midrapidity yields in Au + Au collisions at $\sqrt{sNN}$ = 3.0 GeV. $^3_ΛH$ and $^4_ΛH$, being the two simplest bound states composed of hyperons and nucleons, are cornerstones in the field of hypernuclear physics. Their lifetimes are measured to be 221 ± 15 (stat) ± 19 (syst) ps for $^3_ΛH$ and 218 ± 6 (stat) ± 13 (syst) ps for $^4_ΛH$. The pT-integrated yields of $^3_ΛH$ and $^4_ΛH$ are presented in different centrality and rapidity intervals. It is observed that the shape of the rapidity distribution of $4_ΛH$ is different for 0%–10% and 10%–50% centrality collisions. Thermal model calculations, using the canonical ensemble for strangeness, describes the $^3_ΛH$ yield well, while underestimating the $^4_ΛH$ yield. Transport models, combining baryonic mean-field and coalescence (jam) or utilizing dynamical cluster formation via baryonic interactions (phqmd) for light nuclei and hypernuclei production, approximately describe the measured $^3_ΛH$ and $^4_ΛH$ yields. Our measurements provide means to precisely assess our understanding of the fundamental baryonic interactions with strange quarks, which can impact our understanding of more complicated systems involving hyperons, such as the interior of neutron stars or exotic hypernuclei.

Relevance. The assessment of assets located in a specific territory is an important methodological and practical task. The purpose of the article is to adjust Thomas Piketty's methodology for ...assessing regional wealth, taking into account the peculiarities of Russian accounting and statistical accounting and applying the adjusted methodology to the assessment of the cost of capital in the southern regions of the Central Federal District. The obtained estimates of the cost of capital for the Russian Federation as a whole are compared with Piketty's estimates as a benchmarking. The purpose is to assess the physical in the Central Federal District and seven southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation for 2021. Objectives: to develop methods for assessing physical capital, taking into account the criticism of T. Piketty's methodology and eliminating its shortcomings; to assess the cost of physical capital of enterprises, organizations, housing, land and savings in the Central Federal District and seven southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation. Methodology. The article was prepared within the framework of Thomas Piketty's capital valuation paradigm, adjusted to take into account the author's vision of the problem. Results . Quantitative estimates of the cost of physical capital in the Central Federal District and seven southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation have been obtained. Conclusions. Piketty's methodology provides an underestimate of the cost of physical capital at the level of the southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation. Underestimation is taking place in the assessment of the value of land, capital of enterprises and organizations and the value of housing stock. The highest cost of physical capital in the southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation is in Voronezh (5,238 trillion rubles) and Belgorod regions (4,255 trillion rubles), the lowest is in Bryansk (1,772 trillion rubles) and Oryol (1,340 trillion rubles) regions. The ratio of the cost of physical capital in the southern regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation to the gross regional product varies in the range from 5.16 (Tambov region) to 3.14 (Belgorod region). The average ratio of capital to GRP in the seven southern regions of the Central Federal District is 3.96, which corresponds to the global average.
Collisions between prolate uranium nuclei are used to study how particle production and azimuthal anisotropies depend on initial geometry in heavy-ion collisions. We report the two- and four-particle ...cumulants, v_{2}{2} and v_{2}{4}, for charged hadrons from U+U collisions at sqrts_{NN}=193 GeV and Au+Au collisions at sqrts_{NN}=200 GeV. Nearly fully overlapping collisions are selected based on the energy deposited by spectators in zero degree calorimeters (ZDCs). Within this sample, the observed dependence of v_{2}{2} on multiplicity demonstrates that ZDC information combined with multiplicity can preferentially select different overlap configurations in U+U collisions. We also show that v_{2} vs multiplicity can be better described by models, such as gluon saturation or quark participant models, that eliminate the dependence of the multiplicity on the number of binary nucleon-nucleon collisions.

Collisions of cosmic ray particles with ultra-high initial energies with nuclei in the atmosphere open a wide room for appearing of the novel dynamical features for multiparticle production ...processes. In particular, the pion-lasing behavior driven by Bose-Einstein condensation would result in the shift to larger multiplicities and, as consequence, could provide, in general, the enhanced yield of cosmic muons. In the present work the critical value of the space charged particle density for onset of Bose-Einstein condensation of the boson (pion) wave-packets into the same wave-packet state is estimated within the model with complete multiparticle symmetrization for the energy domain corresponded to the ultra-high energy cosmic rays (UHECR). Energy dependence of mean density of charged pions is evaluated for the cases of absent of the Bose-Einstein effects and for presence of laser-like behavior of pions. The possible influence of the Bose-Einstein condensation is discussed for the muon production in UHECR particle collisions with the atmosphere.
We present measurements of π(-) and π(+) elliptic flow, v(2), at midrapidity in Au+Au collisions at √s(NN)=200, 62.4, 39, 27, 19.6, 11.5, and 7.7 GeV, as a function of event-by-event charge ...asymmetry, A(ch), based on data from the STAR experiment at RHIC. We find that π(-) (π(+)) elliptic flow linearly increases (decreases) with charge asymmetry for most centrality bins at √s(NN)=27 GeV and higher. At √s(NN)=200 GeV, the slope of the difference of v(2) between π(-) and π(+) as a function of A(ch) exhibits a centrality dependence, which is qualitatively similar to calculations that incorporate a chiral magnetic wave effect. Similar centrality dependence is also observed at lower energies.

Relevance
. The article presents a statistical analysis between gross regional products and investments in fixed capital for the Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Voronezh, Belgorod, Tambov and Lipetsk regions ...of the Russian Federation. Animation effects and acceleration effects are calculated with a yearly time lag. The gradation of areas was carried out according to the importance of accelerators and multipliers
The purpose
Investigation the statistical significance of the acceleration and multiplier approaches to the interaction between investment and GRP in seven regions of the Central Federal District.
Objectives
: calculate the Fisher index for 1995-2020; carry out a correlation analysis for the "long" time range; determine the statistical significance of the acceleration and multiplication hypotheses.
Methodology
. The article was prepared within the framework of the Keynesian macroeconomic paradigm, taking into account the temporary annual lag.
Results
. The statistical significance of the correlation analysis is greatest in the absence of any assumptions about the presence of a time lag in the effects of determining exogenous and endogenous parameters.
Conclusions
. In the Russian Federation, the regions of the Central Federal District, the Voronezh and Tambov regions, there is a stable multiplier effect of the direct impact of investments on economic growth. The highest degree of determination is observed in larger regions and agglomerations, including at the expense of the city of Moscow. Assuming the presence of a time lag, the multiplier effect in all analyzed subjects decreases, but remains statistically significant. This conclusion is somewhat different from the results obtained earlier on the data of a shorter time series. The effect of acceleration over the analyzed period, from 1999 to 2020, was observed to the greatest extent in the Kursk and Lipetsk regions.
Relevance.
In connection with the decline of neoconservative ideology, methodological disputes have escalated regarding both the methods used by economists and the scientific paradigm underlying ...economic science itself. If in the XIX century economic analysis corresponded to a critical scientific approach, then in the second half of the XX century economists had to revise the requirements for the quality of research from the standpoint of falsificationism. The article deals with the problems of applying the concepts of K. Popper, I. Lakatosh, etc. Kuhn's approach to the theoretical postulates of the modern economic mainstream, Marxism and institutionalism.
The purpose
is to consider the problem of critical application of the concepts of K. Popper, I. Lakatosh and T. Kuhn to modern scientific knowledge and the tasks of current economic research.
Objectives.
The following tasks are considered: concretization of the principle of verificationism in relation to economic analysis; concretization of the principle of falsificationism in relation to economic research; determination of the directions of progressive research economic programs.
Methodology.
The article is prepared within the framework of the positivist paradigm and an adductive approach combining deductive-inductive logic
Results.
Economics is a science from the point of view of the paradigm of Imre Lakatos and Thomas Kuhn, but it is not a sphere of pure scientific knowledge from the standpoint of Karl Popper's falsificationism.
Conclusions.
The principle of verificationism dominates modern scientific economic research. Most economic paradigms are degrading. In economic research, it is necessary not only to strive to statistically confirm the hypothesis put forward, but also to compare it with competing scientific explanations.

The processes with single top quark production provide a prototype search for the types of final state that are expected in many new physics scenarios. Some distinctive features are considered for ...particle production in the top sector in ultra-high energy domain which can be covered partly in the collisions of cosmic ray particles with atmosphere. The single top quark production through electroweak interaction is studied within the Standard Model and the Effective Field Theory approach used for calculations of total partonic cross sections in \(s\)-channel. These quantitative results can be important for both the future collider experiments at center-of-mass energy frontier and the improvement of the phenomenological models for development of the cosmic ray cascades in ultra-high energy domain. Thus the study allows the better understanding of heavy particle production and emphasizes the exciting interrelation between the high-energy physics on accelerators and ultra-high energy cosmic ray measurements.
