The derivation of basic conservation laws in the shallow-water theory from the multidimensional integral laws of conservation of mass and total momentum describing the plane-parallel flow of an ideal ...incompressible fluid above a horizontal bottom is proposed. The restrictions on flow parameters arising in this case have the integral form and are much weaker in comparison with the requirement of flow potentiality and the condition of long-wavelength approximation. The last fact substantiates the use of the shallow-water model for the mathematical modeling of a much wider class of wave flows, the parameters of which are not related directly to the restrictions of the long-wavelength approximation.

The article presents result of the development and application of the Mapping retrieval method. The method is based on the construction, location in two-dimensional space and the analysis of the ...citation graph, which found in bibliographic databases. The method allows increase the speed and quality of the scientific research, as well as to review publications on a given topic. It is possible to identify the most authoritative co-authors communities in the field of topics of interest, as well as identify trends and predict the development of the topic. In addition, the Mapping retrieval method allows finding academic publications on related interdisciplinary research without known keywords that are needed for traditional text retrieval methods. The method is demonstrated by the example of constructing and analyzing the retrieval map in the field of safety of aerospace technologies, which made it possible to identify and track the development of thematic clusters. As a result of a mapping retrieval, a number of the most interesting academic publications were identified. Their brief review is presented in the article
Rice is the staple food of many nations of the world, as it gives the greatest amount of grain per unit area. The most important task in developing a new high-yielding variety is to increase the ...technological indicators of grain and milled rice quality, or at least to keep them at the optimal level (standard-check variety). Rice for food purposes is used in the form of cereals, as an admixture to bread or confectionery, in the production of flakes, puffy grains. This is due to the demand for high-quality rice with excellent taste and culinary qualities in a dynamic market. This article presents the results of three-year studies on the formation of technological indicators of grain and milled rice quality with different heat supply during the growing season. It is established that the accumulation of heat in 2016-2018. exceeded the average long-term data (783 °C) - 1054, 1089 and 1238 °C, respectively. Under these conditions, the varieties VNIIR 10244, VNIIR 10276 and VNIIR 10279 with a mass of 1000 grains - 29.3; 30.5 and 30.4 g, respectively were selected, significantly exceeding the standard (27.8 g). Vitreousness in all varieties was at a high level - 89.7-97.7%. Filming over the years of research varied on average from 17.7 to 21.4%. The fracture of the presented varieties was 4.7-32.3%. The varieties VNIIR 10275, VNIIR 10278 and VNIIR 10828 showed the maximum resistance to grain cracking - 9.7; 9.3 and 4.7%. Total milling yield in almost all genotypes was at the level of variety Flagman (st), with the exception of VNIIR 10278 (72.7%), which significantly exceeded the standard. By head rice content the variety VNIIR 10282 turned out to be significantly higher than the standard, and the rest within the LSD05. The correlation of technological indicators of grain and milled rice quality with the heat supply of the growing season were revealed. It was established that the varieties VNIIR 10279 and VNIIR 10282 by head rice content weakly correlate with heat supply. There are also varieties (VNIIR 10275, VNIIR 10276, VNIIR 10277 and VNIIR 10282) with a weak connection of a mass of 1000 grains and the sum of effective temperatures (0.60; 0.18; 0.27 and 0.36, respectively). This fact suggests a weak variability of these traits in new rice varieties with heat accumulation, which determines their genetic nature and the possibility of forming a high-quality yield.
In this paper, criteria for the distribution of stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem (IE), such as subsystems, functional features and positions, are formed. Stakeholder matrices and maps have ...been constructed for monitoring and identifying trends in changes in the rank of stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem. According to the conducted calculations, in addition to quantitative calculations, their qualitative assessments were provided according to linguistic sets. In the process of research, the method of constructing membership functions of discrete fuzzy sets, as cognitive modeling, was used to determine the influence of cause-and-effect relationships. The elements of the matrix of mutual influences of the cognitive map were expertly formed in the modeling process. The purpose of the paper is to identify the stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem, structure them by subsystem categories, sphere and level of influence, to model the interaction of stakeholders within the innovation ecosystem. Understanding the systemic roles and interactions of stakeholders is critical to gaining a more accurate and detailed view of their contributions. A purposeful approach to building an innovative ecosystem allows you to form stakeholders to ensure their effective interaction.
The article summarizes the important elements of recruiting, which demonstrates to business entities the current state of personnel recruitment and will be practical advice for enterprises (firms) ...that are just thinking about modern methods of personnel selection and recruitment. The aim of the article is to generalize the experience of hiring personnel from the standpoint of recruiting (both at the level of employer enterprises and at the level of agencies, i. e. recruiting companies). The authors summarized the essence of the recruiting (recruitment) process, subject composition, significance for the enterprise, modern popular options for recruiting personnel, modern recruiting technologies, areas of business that serve recruitment, methods (tools) of recruitment. Recruiting in its general form is a set of actions to provide the enterprise (employer) with personnel with the necessary competencies – quantitative and qualitative provision of the enterprise’s workers. The subject composition of recruiting includes: re-cruiters (they represent recruiting companies, personnel agencies, funds and centers, State structures for the selection of candidates to fill vacancies); employees of the personnel department, heads of divi-sions in which there are vacancies, psychologists, polygraph examiners, handwriting experts, experts and other personnel recruitment specialists (they represent relevant divisions of the enterprise or pro-fessional structures (agencies)). The advantages and disadvantages of internal and external sources of personnel recruitment are presented. Common options for job search and personnel selection are: direct application to the employer, publication of vacancies, personal recommendations, internal personnel reserve, niche resources for mass recruitment. Recruiting services (external recruitment) are used by various areas of business: pharmaceutical, IT, finance, banking, etc. If we distinguish between the announcement and closing of vacancies by the State-owned recruiting structures (State employment service bodies) and private recruiting companies, then the State recruiting structures mainly serve or-ders (vacancies) of the State-owned enterprises, organizations, and private companies – orders (vacan-cies) of private economic entities. Regardless of the type of recruiting (internal, external), the same methods (tools) are used: traditional, additional and innovative. Knowing how to apply recruiting me-thods (tools) helps HR managers to select the best job candidates. The principles of classical recruiting are considered as the most important from the point of view of overcoming unemployment and per-sonnel selection: systematization, democratization, individualization, informatization, goal orientation, delegation. The priority directions for improving recruiting activity are summarized (improving the quality of hiring, or recruitment efficiency); speeding up hiring (recruitment); increasing the flow of quality candidates for vacant positions; automating recruiting procedures; increasing employee reten-tion rates (i. e., reducing turnover and increasing employee commitment); ensuring diversity in hiring (recruitment of employees by ethnic indicators, gender, age, experience, etc.). An analysis of the quali-fication characteristics of managers, specialists, and workers was carried out, which made it possible to determine the main components of the required human capital from the point of view of the division of employees into professional groups: management personnel (intellectual component , motivational, cultural, social, economic, creative, educational, professional, environmental, social, informational, use of time); personnel from production activities (demographic component, health, educational compo-nent, professional (activity) component).

This study investigated pupillary and behavioral responses to an emotional word valence identification paradigm among 32 pre-/early pubertal and 34 mid-/late pubertal typically developing children ...and adolescents. Participants were asked to identify the valence of positive, negative, and neutral words while pupil dilation was assessed using an eyetracker. Mid-/late pubertal children showed greater peak pupillary reactivity to words presented during the emotional word identification task than pre-/early pubertal children, regardless of word valence. Mid-/late pubertal children also showed smaller sustained pupil dilation than pre-/early pubertal children after the word was no longer on screen. These findings were replicated controlling for participants' age. In addition, mid-/late pubertal children had faster reaction times to all words, and rated themselves as more emotional during their laboratory visit compared to pre-/early pubertal children. Greater recall of emotional words following the task was associated with mid-/late pubertal status, and greater recall of emotional words was also associated with higher peak pupil dilation. These results provide physiological, behavioral, and subjective evidence consistent with a model of puberty-specific changes in neurobehavioral systems underpinning emotional reactivity.

A survey of works concerning high-order accurate numerical methods designed for shock-capturing computations of discontinuous solutions to hyperbolic systems of conservation laws is presented. The ...basic problems arising in the theory of such methods are formulated, and approaches to their solution are proposed. Primary attention is given to fundamentally new shock-capturing methods (known as combined schemes) that monotonically localize shock fronts, while preserving high accuracy in shock influence areas. Test computations are presented that demonstrate the significant advantages of combined schemes over standard NFC ones when applied to computing discontinuous solutions with shock waves.
