Se comentan algunos aspectos relacionados con la descripción de
Teucrium valentinum Schreb. sect. Polium (Mill.) Schreb., Labiatae y su valor taxonómico
dentro de la sistemática del género. Se propone como novedad nomenclatural
Teucrium capitatum subsp. valentinun (Schreb.) P. Ferrer, E. Laguna, R.
Roselló, Gómez Nav., A. Guillén & J.B. Peris, comb. & stat. nov.
The presence of Centaurea sphaerocephala L. (Sect. Seridia, Compositae) in the Valencian Community (Spain) has recently been indicated from the identification of herbarium material from Burriana ...(Castellón). In this paper is concluded that this species is not present in the Valencian territory since the herbarium material on which this identification was based corresponds to C. ×maritima nothosubsp. borrianensis.
La presencia de Centaurea sphaerocephala L. (Sect. Seridia, Compositae) en la Comunidad Valenciana (España) ha sido recientemente indicada a partir de la identificación de material de herbario procedente del término de Burriana (Castellón). En la presente comunicación se concluye que esta especie no está presente en el territorio valenciano ya que el material de herbario sobre el que se basa dicha identificación corresponde a C. ×maritima nothosubsp. borrianensis.
A new subspecies in the sect. Polium (Mill.) Schreb. of the genus Teucrium L. (Lamiaceae) from Valencia Community (Spain) is described and iconographied: T. dunense subsp. sublittoralis, subsp. nov. ...After the review of the herbarium material and the location of several

(Mill.) Schreb. del género Teucrium L. (Lamiaceae) en la Comunidad Valenciana
(España): T. dunense subsp. sublittoralis, subsp. nov. Tras la revisión de material de
herbario y la localización de varias poblaciones se concluye que este taxon se reparte
por determinadas áreas de la provincia de Valencia.
RESUMEN: Se describe una nueva especie para el género Teucrium L. Sect. Polium (Mill.) Schreb., Lamiaceae, T. muletii sp. nov., hallada en el litoral de la provincia de Castellón (España) dentro del ...Parque Natural del Desert de les Palmes. Se aporta su descripción morfológica así como un icon y una tabla con los principales caracteres diferenciales comparados con los de especies afines. ABSTRACT: Teucrium muletii sp. nov. (Sect. Polium, Lamiaceae), a new plant for the valencian flora. A new species is described for the genus Teucrium L. Sect. Polium (Mill). Schreb., Lamiaceae, found in the province of Castellón (Spain) in the Natural Park of Desert de les Palmes. A description, icon and a table with the principal discriminant and diagnostic characters are reported for its taxonomic delimitation.
