Modern economic conditions, characterized by the processes of globalization, increased competition, interconnection of scientific-technical and information-analytical spheres of activity, put the ...enterprise in front of the need to solve such a vital problem as the development of marketing potential. In a market environment, an enterprise cannot take stable positions for a long time without assessing its marketing potential. The aim of the article is to develop a methodical approach to assessing the marketing potential of enterprise through the prism of marketing management. In the process of carrying out the study, general scientific and special methods were used: analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, classification, structural analysis, grouping, expert analysis, the method of hierarchies, and graphical methods. The article substantiates the necessity of formation of a system of marketing management of enterprise. The authors’ own definition of marketing management as a holistic concept of system management of enterprise on the basis of marketing with the use of strategic and tactical measures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and maximum profit is presented. Three approaches to defining the definition of «marketing potential» have been analyzed and allocated: resultant, resource, and targeted. Among the main approaches to assessing the marketing potential, the following were allocated: effective, diagnostic, and comprehensive. The carried out analysis of approaches allowed to substantiate the need to develop a methodical approach to assessing the marketing potential of enterprise in the context of marketing management, which, on the one hand, is comprehensive, and on the other hand, it is not informationally overloaded. The proposed methodical approach to assessing the marketing potential is implemented in several stages: assessment of both generalized and partial indicators; qualitative assessment of indicators according to a 9-point scale; calculation of the integral assessment of the marketing potential of the enterprise and interpretation of the results of the calculation. Approbation of the methodical approach to assessing the marketing potential in the context of marketing management was carried out for the fuel and energy complex enterprise located in the western region of Ukraine. According to the results of marketing potential calculations, the company had the average, close to high (2020) and high (2019 and 2021) levels of potential. Prospect for further research in this direction is the development of a strategy for the development of enterprise in the context of marketing management.
The design of new composite materials using extreme biomimetics is of crucial importance for bioinspired materials science. Further progress in research and application of these new materials is ...impossible without understanding the mechanisms of formation, as well as structural features at the molecular and nano‐level. It presents a challenge to obtain a holistic understanding of the mechanisms underlying the interaction of organic and inorganic phases under conditions of harsh chemical reactions for biopolymers. Yet, an understanding of these mechanisms can lead to the development of unusual—but functional—hybrid materials. In this work, a key way of designing centimeter‐scale macroporous 3D composites, using renewable marine biopolymer spongin and a model industrial solution that simulates the highly toxic copper‐containing waste generated in the production of printed circuit boards worldwide, is proposed. A new spongin–atacamite composite material is developed and its structure is confirmed using neutron diffraction, X‐ray diffraction, high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy/selected‐area electron diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, near‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. The formation mechanism for this material is also proposed. This study provides experimental evidence suggesting multifunctional applicability of the designed composite in the development of 3D constructed sensors, catalysts, and antibacterial filter systems.

Стаття присвячена філософському осмисленню автономної людини. Філософія людини – один із найбільш актуальних напрямків сучасної філософії. Нашою метою є дослідити лінії артикуляції автономної людини ...в західноєвропейській філософії. Звертається увага на те, що дослідження філософської антропології дозволяє вирізнити дві стратегії артикуляції автономної людини: радикальну скінченність і план іманенції. Перша стратегія зумовлена новим співвідношенням скінченного і нескінченного. Запроваджена І. Кантом формоутворювальна скінченність займає місце нескінченності, що дозволяє розуміти людину як обмежувача сил скінченного. Друга стратегія пов’язана з відкриттям радикальної іманентності, яка дає змогу мислити людину поза трансцендентними подвоєннями. Радикальну іманентність не варто зводити лише до секуляризації, тому що вона репрезентує принципову настанову, яка визначила конфігурацію диспозитивів знання і влади. Означені диспозитиви, з одного боку, сформували автономне розуміння людського, а з іншого – створили умови кризи цієї автономності. Одним із наслідків цих процесів є виникнення філософії культури, яка маркує сферу автономно осмисленого людського.
The article is devoted to metrological characteristics increase of two-color compensative thermometry by clarifying its adjustment using the linear method of indirect measurements of emissivity. The ...aim of the article is to investigate the influence of radiative characteristics (determinative factors) of the thermometered object on methodical errors of indirect emissivity and temperature measurements. The formulae and graphic representations of complex influence of object radiative characteristics on errors of indirect emissivity and temperature measurements have been obtained. Higher metrological characteristics of two-color compensative thermometry with clarified adjustment by linear method, compared with apriori averaged adjustment, have been established. Thus, in the case of linear emissivity spectral distributions the errors of emissivity and temperature measurements are excluded. At the values of object factors that correspond to tungsten, the linear method, in comparison with limit conditions at averaged apriori adjustment, allows the emissivity measurement error to be reduced 3,8 times, and the temperature error – by 4,8 times. Two-color compensative thermometry with clarified adjustment widens the application field of non-alternative for the most effective resource-saving continuous high-temperature thermal control optical thermometry in the conditions of unknown and randomly variable optical characteristics of objects of control in energetics, metallurgy, glass, refractory, and other industries. Developed thermometry methods can also be utilized for aerospace research and control. An issue, regarding famine (Holodomor) – genocide organization that was performed by the Soviet system on Kuban where the Ukrainians constituted majority, is considered in the article. The particular ...schemes of the deliberate policy oriented on physical annihilation of the Ukrainian population on Kuban, destruction of the national, ethnical and group (Cossacks’) identity, cessation of national-cultural development, forced russification, all abovementioned are the characteristics of genocide, the main features of which were determined by a particular UN resolution in 1948. The authors provide the particular data that reveal a deliberate policy of the USSR aimed at annihilation of the Ukrainians on the Northern Caucasus (Kuban). Provided factual data is based on the wide range of archival sources, testimonies of witnesses, publications of the scientific studies. The authors’ analysis permits to conclude that a deliberate policy was provided regarding the Ukrainians on Kuban that were an inherent part of the general Ukrainian national space during 1932-1933-s, namely the policy included mass physical annihilation via artificial famine, repressions, deportations as well as via different means of the Ukrainians’ denationalization. The processes were on the territory of the USRR as well as in the places of high concentration of the Ukrainians beyond its borders, particularly on the Northern Caucasus. The specific implications of the work are to highlight the methods that the Soviet government used against the Ukrainians on Kuban at the abovementioned period, the authors consider the measures as genocide based on the UN resolution of 1948, moreover, the analysis of the statistical data is provided to prove the scale of physical loss of the Ukrainians on Kuban. Considering that the scientific issue of the his-tory of the Ukrainians on the Northern Caucasus (Kuban) at the period of famine (Holodomor) du¬ring 1932-1933-s only begins to be reflected, the results of the article can be a base for the further studies and more deep consideration of one of the greatest disasters in the 20th century – Famine (Holodomor)-genocide of the Ukrainian nation.
The loss of transcranial motor evoked potentials (TcMEP) during spinal surgery is a great problem, because surgical team is required to adequately interpret the real-time changes in observed ...neuromonitoring and take a decision about further treatment policy. The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency of IOM events, the consideration of corrective actions, and patient outcomes during the surgical correction of Idiopathic scoliosis (IS).
For that a total 150 cases of IOM surgery IS were retrospective analyzed. Patients were aged 5–43 years and underwent surgery between 2013 and 2017. The neurophysiology system for the surgeon “NIM-Eclipse system” (Medtronic) was used. MEP were registered on m.abdominis rectus, m.abdominis obliquus, m.vastus lateralis, m.tibialis anterior.
Sixty-four (42.6%) cases were conducted on 200–250 V Tc power, MEP amplitudes were close to baseline and tended to increase to the interventions end. The IOM events were observed in 56 (37,3%) cases, when amplitudes were decreased more than 50% from baseline, but after increasing Tc power to 450–630 V the potentials returned to baseline. In 30 (20%) cases were observed loss MEP – in 24(80%) the potentials returned after washing the wound with a warm solution and rising arterial pressue; in 5 (16.6%) cases – after surgical correction actions; and 1 (3%) irreversible MEP loss case resulted lower paraplegia.
The loss of MEP is a consequence of corrective maneuvers on the spine. It can be explained by long-term changes in the functioning of the spinal cord under conditions of its chronic compression, which leads to interruption of corticospinal conduction.

Alginate as a versatile naturally occurring biomaterial has found widespread use in the biomedical field due to its unique features such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. The ability of its ...semipermeable hydrogels to provide a favourable microenvironment for clinically relevant cells made alginate encapsulation a leading technology for immunoisolation, 3D culture, cryopreservation as well as cell and drug delivery. The aim of this work is the evaluation of structural properties and swelling behaviour of the core-shell capsules for the encapsulation of multipotent stromal cells (MSCs), their 3D culture and cryopreservation using slow freezing. The cells were encapsulated in core-shell capsules using coaxial electrospraying, cultured for 35 days and cryopreserved. Cell viability, metabolic activity and cell-cell interactions were analysed. Cryopreservation of MSCs-laden core-shell capsules was performed according to parameters pre-selected on cell-free capsules. The results suggest that core-shell capsules produced from the low viscosity high-G alginate are superior to high-M ones in terms of stability during in vitro culture, as well as to solid beads in terms of promoting formation of viable self-assembled cellular structures and maintenance of MSCs functionality on a long-term basis. The application of 0.3 M sucrose demonstrated a beneficial effect on the integrity of capsules and viability of formed 3D cell assemblies, as compared to 10% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) alone. The proposed workflow from the preparation of core-shell capsules with self-assembled cellular structures to the cryopreservation appears to be a promising strategy for their off-the-shelf availability.

This study investigates the use of generative adversarial network (GAN)-based data augmentation to enhance data discretization for smoother drone input. The goal is to improve unmanned aerial ...vehicles’ (UAVs) performance and maneuverability by incorporating synthetic inertial measurement unit (IMU) data. The GAN model is employed to generate synthetic IMU data that closely resemble real-world IMU measurements. The methodology involves training the GAN model using a dataset of real IMU data and then using the trained model to generate synthetic IMU data. The generated synthetic data are then combined with the real data for data discretization. The resulting improved data discretization is evaluated using statistical metrics and a similarity evaluation. The improved data discretization demonstrates enhanced drone performance in terms of flight stability, control accuracy, and smoothness of movements when compared to standard data discretization methods. These results highlight the potential of GAN-based data augmentation for enhancing data discretization and improving drone performance. The proposition of improved data discretization offers a tangible benefit for the successful integration of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) systems. Enhancing the accuracy and reliability of data acquisition and processing in UAS makes UAS operations safer and more reliable. This improvement is crucial for achieving the goal of automated and autonomous operations in diverse settlement environments, encompassing multiple mobility modes such as ground and air transportation.
