The current Internet revolution has changed the entrepreneurial opportunities and trends. This study explores the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics (e.g., innovation, leadership, ...planning, and sociability) and the performance of entrepreneurial vloggers in India. In addition, this study considers the mediating effect of entrepreneurial intentions. This study is cross-sectional, and it considered 128 entrepreneurial vloggers for the analysis. The SmartPLS application was used to estimate the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis for the estimation of reliability and validity along with the path relationship. The findings are more important as the entrepreneurial characteristics can meaningfully predict the performance of entrepreneurial vloggers in a positive direction. Moreover, the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and the performance of entrepreneurs is partially mediated by entrepreneurial intentions. These findings have important implications for vloggers in Indian or other countries with similar nature. This study has also put some future research directions at the end.
The basic aim of the study was to understand the role of the Big Five model of personality in predicting emotional intelligence and consequently in triggering the entrepreneurial behavior of the ...employees. The emotional intelligence of the individuals plays a very important role in decision making, enhancement of quality of living, and many other social realms. Hence, the intelligent use of emotions can make or break an individual's future considering their attitude toward exploiting the entrepreneurial opportunities available. This study has measured the impact of personality traits on emotional intelligence and EI's role in digital entrepreneurial behavior. The population used in this study was the middle management employees in the corporate sector of the mainland in China. The sample size taken in this study was 260 and selected through convenient sampling. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire measuring each variable. The data collected was employed to SmartPLS 3.3 for analyzing through structural equation modeling to measure the hypotheses. The study has found the partial effect of the Big Five model of personality on emotional intelligence, which significantly predicted the digital entrepreneurial behavior of the employees. The organizations can use the study findings to anticipate the employees' possible prospects and endeavors regarding their digital entrepreneurial behaviors.
This research study measures psychological attraction in relation to food brands by football player’s advertisements. This research is based on consumer behavior and examines the effect of product ...choices—and has been conducted in the context of China using primary data analysis techniques. For analysis, the data is generated on the basis of responses to specific questions related to the psychological attraction, food brand advertisement, consumer behavior, and product choice. To measure the data, the smart PLS software ran different results such as statistical ratio analysis, T-test analysis, regression analysis, generalized linear model, and that reliability test analysis. This study aimed to better understand the components of product attributes in the sporting environment in order to better understand what makes a product-athlete endorsement connection more effective. While it is usual for businesses to utilize athletes for advertising and marketing their products or services, only a limited number of studies have looked at the qualities of athletes and the roles these characteristics play in developing an effective advertisement relationship. Analysis of data findings shows that psychological attraction has a positive and significant impact on consumer behavior and product choice. On the other hand, food brand advertisement shows a positive but insignificant effect on product choice.

Growing health concerns and being overweight as a result of excessive consumption of soft drink have become a major concern around the world. The primary purpose of this research study is to measure ...the effect of sports psychology, human behavior, and advertisement on the sale of player's shirts and drinks. This research study uses primary data analysis, collected through a questionnaire including specific questions related to the independent and dependent variables understudy. In this research study, sports psychology, human behavior, and advertisement are consider independent variables, and sales of player's shirts and sales of drinks are the dependent variables. For measuring data analysis, the study uses chi-square analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, regression analysis, least-square analysis and other histogram graphs. According to the overall study results, it has been found that sport psychology shows a positive and insignificant impact on the sale of players' shirts. On the other hand, human behavior is found to have a negative but significant impact on the sale of players' shirts. In other words, sport psychology has a negative effect on the sale of drinks, and human behavior has a positive effect on drinks sales. This study has important implications for marketers and policy-makers concerned with public health in general, and obesity reduction in particular. Through social marketing, soft drink marketers may incorporate obesity-reduction activities. This study proposes a conceptual framework soft drink anti-consumption behavior, emphasizing health concerns and exploring the impact of sociocultural variables on anti-consumption.

Purpose: The current study aims to investigate the role of green human resource management (GHRM, i.e., green competence building, green motivation enhancement, and green employee involvement) ...practices in enhancing employee environmental performance in the health care sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.Design/methodology/approach: The data were collected from hospital staff (N=350) working in different private and public hospitals of China. Structural equational modelling–partial least squares (PLS–SEM) modelling was used to test the proposed model based on the respondents' data.Findings: The study results support the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance directly and through employees' green attitudes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study results also extend this support to the negative moderating role of perceived personal inconvenience on the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance.
The self-regulation of internet activities is a challenge between technology and human interaction, particularly in adolescents. It is very important to study the relationship between self-regulation ...and internet addiction since humans have become closely connected to technology in recent decades. The objective of the present research was to study the relationship between internet addiction and self-regulation by assessing the habits of university students. The samples consisted of 500 first-year students residing in Chiang Mai University dormitories, and data were collected from questionnaires regarding personal information, the Internet Addiction Test (IAT), and self-regulation assessment. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between internet addiction and self-regulation. The results of the study revealed that the level of internet addiction had a moderately positive relation with poor self-regulation, which had a correlation coefficient of 0.560 with a statistical significance level of 0.01. Further, the level of internet addiction had a low negative relation with good self-regulation, which had a correlation coefficient equal to -0.262 with a statistical significance level of 0.01. Hence, creating the necessary assistance and solutions is required to achieve a healthy balance in the behavior of young individuals.
