Penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) merupakan kerusakan fungsi renal secara irreversible serta progresif dimana kapabilitas tubuh gagal demi melakukan pertahanan metabolisme. Hemodialisis ialah satu dari ...beberapa pengobatan yang bisa dilakukan, tetapi penderita banyak yang menghadapi komplikasi medis. Masalah yang selalu dialami ialah hipertensi serta hipotensi. Satu dari beberapa metodedalam memperbaiki status hemodinamika yakni terapi murottal Al Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi murottal Al Qur’an atas status hemodinamika. Riset ini ialah Quasy-Experiment menggunakan pre and post test with control group design. Sampel riset ini sebanyak 38 responden menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisa yang dipakai ialah uji T Test. Hasil riset membuktikan bahwa terjadi, penurunan tekanan darah sistolik (p value 0,000) dan MAP (p value 0,000), HR (p value 0,017) dan RR (p value 0,011) serta tidak terjadi penurunan tekanan darah diastolik (p value 0,112). Kesimpulan riset ini ialah murottal Al Qur’an yang dilakukan selama satu minggu berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya status hemodinamika (tekanan darah sistolik, mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) dan respiratory rate (RR) untuk penderita hemodialisis.

The stock market is an integral part of economic activity in many countries. One of the stock market types is financial obligations. In Indonesia has developed two types of financial ...obligations are Sharia-based obligations called Sukuk, and non-Sharia ones called conventional obligation. This study aims to analyze the impact of Sukuk and conventional obligation issuance on stock returns. The company under review is a company that issues obligation. The study uses event studies to see the reaction of the stock market to the event of issuance of Sukuk and conventional obligation. The results of the study show that Sukuk and conventional obligation affect stock returns.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa SMP dalam pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran matematika selama pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan penelitian yang ...digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VII materi segitiga dan segiempat. Tes yang dikerjakan siswa diberi skor dan dilakukan analisis terhadap kesalahan jawaban. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII yang melakukan pembelajaran secara daring sebanyak 9 orang peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 2 orang peserta didik berada pada kategori sangat baik, 5 orang peserta didik berada pada kategori baik, dan 2 orang peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup. Sehingga, dapat dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas VII tergolong sedang atau baik dengan presentase 55.56%.
Tofu is one of the products made from soybeans that a sizable portion of people in a larger society consume. There are several ways to make tofu, from conventional to modern. The conventional tofu ...production process generates a lot of waste. Many of the researchers have explored numerous strategies to handle tofu waste in a way that minimizes its harmful influence on the environment. However, in many cases, the environmental impact is simply transferred from one process to another during the treatment of tofu waste. As a result, the whole tofu-making process requires an evaluation of the effects. Among these approaches is life cycle assessment (LCA). The study discovered that energy use was the primary factor leading to environmental impacts. Burning firewood for energy resulted in 55.61 kg of carbon dioxide equivalent. The emission value has been reduced to 32 kg CO₂ eq and 28 kg CO₂ eq, respectively, according to the findings of simulations by utilizing biogas and natural gas as fuels.
Karbohidrat merupakan salah satu bahan makanan utama yang diperlukan oleh tubuh. Beras merupakan makanan yang banyak mengandung karbohidrat dan juga merupakan sumber gula bagi penderita diabetes, ...sehingga sebaiknya dibatasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan karbohidrat pada nasi yang diperoleh dari berbagai perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode Luff Schoorl. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan pada sampel nasi tanpa perlakuan memiliki kadar karbohidrat sebesar 0,016%, sedangkan sampel nasi yang mengandung daun pandan memiliki kadar karbohidrat sebesar 0,014%, dan sampel nasi yang mengandung minyak kelapa memiliki kadar karbohidrat sebesar 0,011%. Dari hasil menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan kadar karbohidrat pada sampel tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup signifikan.
This research discusses the capital and political marketing strategy of the regent and deputy regent candidate pairs in the 2020 Sleman District Election. This research identified the political ...marketing strategy for the victory of the Kustini-Danang pair in the 2020 Sleman Regional Election. This study aims to analyze the capital and strategies used to win elections. The theory used study combined Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of capital and Firmanzah’s theory of Political Marketing 4P (Product, Promotion Price, and Place). This research is qualitative. The data analysis used Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS); the tool used was Nvivo 12Plus. The data were obtained from interviews, social media, local media, and other sources of literature, such as documents obtained from the internet, as well as from books, journals, reports and archives related to this research. The results showed that the most significant indicator for the victory of the Kustini-Danang pair is “Price”. This study concludes that the price indicator is the most dominant in winning the regional elections because of image value. The image built by the Kustini-Danang pair is quite strong because Kustini is the wife of the former Sleman regent who served for two terms, and Danang is a DPRD member from the PDIP party so he was able to convince the people of Sleman to vote for the Kustini-Danang pair.
Morinda citrifolia. L leaf is a plant that has the potential as an antioxidant due to the presence of compounds in the form of flavonoids and other phenolic compounds that can function as natural ...antioxidants. In connection with this, research was carried out to Morinda citrifolia. L formulate leaf extract in the form of effervescent granules. Morinda citrifolia leaf extract was macerated with ethanol 96% as solvent. Phytochemical screening showsthat the extract contains flavonoids, tannins, saponins and alkaloids. The extract was formulated with various concentrations of F1 (20%), F2 (25%), F3 (4%). Determination of antioxidant activity using the DPPH free radical immersion method. The results showed that the concentration in the granules influenced antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 109.05 ppm, 101.33 ppm and 73.28 ppm, respectively
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lifestyle, computer self efficacy, serta persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis e-commerce ...pada PT GO-JEK Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 14 kantor cabang GO-JEK Indonesia yang berada di wilayah Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu perwakilan staf dan karyawan, khususnya staf akuntan PT GO-JEK Indonesia yang bertugas di 14 kantor cabang tersebut, yakni sebanyak 34. Karena jumlah populasi minim, maka teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga sampel penelitian ini sebanyak populasi yang ada, yakni 34 orang karyawan staf akuntan GO-JEK. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lifestyle, computer self efficacy, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan sistem akuntansi berbasis e-commerce pada PT GO-JEK. Strategi PT GO-JEK dalam mengantisipasi perkembangan revolusi industri 4.0, adalah meningkatkan wawasan, skill, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan SDM agar memiliki lifestyle yang adaptif, computer self efficacy yang tinggi, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi risiko yang baik, dengan memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang transformasi teknologi.
This study aims to analyze government communication during the Covid-19 pandemic through social media. This study uses qualitative methods and secondary data obtained through documentation ...techniques. The unit of analysis for this research is the official social media accounts and websites of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, and the Covid-19 Task Force. The findings show that in the 2019-2020 pandemic, the government is experiencing stuttering and has not been able to carry out crisis communication properly through official social media, even though it already had regulations on crisis communication and management in disaster management. In the 2020-2021, the implementation of crisis communication through official social media can be seen with the Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC) model which integrates risk communication and crisis communication. Three communication indicators in social media have high scores: be right, be capable, and promote action. Meanwhile, 3 communication indicators in social media have low scores: be first, be emphatic, show respect. This shows that communication indicators related to the community are still lacking compared to communication indicators related to the government. Government apparatus must understand the operational level, not only the conceptual level.
