One of the great phenomena of today's world, and thus one of the great challenges facing the Church, is migration. This article tries to think theologically about this phenomenon, about the meaning it has for the Church, and about particular challenges that migration poses to theology. First it is presented how the Church has taken this phenomenon seriously throughout its history. However, it is impossible to cover the whole range of the Church's activities in this area. It is the same when one wants to show all the interventions of the magisterium and the theological perspectives of the approach to migration. Therefore, here we briefly present the most important documents of church teaching, and the prominent place that migrations have in the pontificate of Pope Francis. Then, in the second part, an attempt is made to show how the phenomenon of migration is in the very nature of the Church, since she is a traveling and missionary Church. These two dimensions, although different, are inseparable. The Church is not only directed towards migrants but she is permanently migrating if she is always on the way to her final completion in heavenly glory. It is also migratory if the mission of Christ's disciples is to go to all nations, but also if the faith of Christ's disciples implies a lasting inner exodus. The third part tries to give our own understanding of the peculiarities of theological thinking about migration, which is described through two perspectives, dogmatic and evangelizing. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the importance of migration for the faith and the Church, and shows what kind of theology the phenomenon of migration requires.

Europe i migracijska kriza.
Europe has been wrestling with itself in recent decades. The cultural changes that have taken place have shaken its identity significantly, and adherence to fundamental principles and values has faced a new challenge. New anthropological paradigms arising from postmodernism have
influenced the oblivion of Christian roots and truths, which have largely determined the direction of the development of European culture.
Consequently, Europe as we know it is dying. The main purpose of this paper is to see the relationship between the dying of Europe and the migration crisis. It is not about death (and life) as a biological process, but more about a philosophical-theological observation of “dying “and “reviving “of all that is European, Christian, human ... On the basis of the observation of today's most important cultural features
of Europe and religious truths of Christianity and Islam, especially on
the understanding of life and death, we will answer the question of whether migrants and refugees are the bearers of life or death on the European continent. Being careful not to idealize immigrants as saviours
of Europe, but also not to demonize them as the only culprits of Europe's decline, we will try to see if a positive attitude towards them
can provide an essential precondition for fruitful integration. Europe's life or death depends on itself, and migrants and refugees can contribute to both realities. Yet for Christians there is an obligation of love, and we must not forget that it has the power to revive and change.
Migracije i migracijska kriza zaposjeda cijelu Europu.
Migration and the migration crisis
are taking over the whole Europe. Not just its territory, but its spirit,
thought and feelings. Europe is forced to think, plan, and often be scared.
Someone unknown and threatening is here, among us. It is someone who scares us.
One of the triggers for Europe’s urgent engagement is certainly the fear of actual
or possible violence (too) often themed in the media. Unfortunately, it happens
that the fear of violence and the unknown becomes a means of intimidating the local
population against those who need perhaps only understanding and acceptance.
Therefore, the basic purpose of this paper is to show, on the basis of understanding
the essential features of the phenomenon of violence, and on the basis of a
close rexamination of some of the statistical elements of the migration crisis,
in particular the fact that migrants are both perpetrators and victims of violence,
that there is no concrete evidence that would specifically link migration and violence
in the sense of a significant increase in migration-related violence. The
migrant crisis and the 'unknown someone' are not solved by manipulation, fear,
threat and violence, but by the actualization of the fundamental evangelical values
of love and solidarity, acceptance and hospitality.

This paper presents one solution of the video media server (VMS) extension for an Android based digital television (DTV) set-top box. Proposed VMS extension will provide simultaneous live playback ...and personal video recorder (PVR) functions on various DTV services, as well as adaptive streaming of DTV content on second screen devices over MPEG-DASH protocol. Furthermore, VMS can be controlled by second screen devices.
