In this study, we have prepared cobalt selenide (CoSe2) due to its useful aspects from a catalysis point of view such as abundant active sites from Se edges, and significant stability in alkaline ...conditions. CoSe2, however, has yet to prove its functionality, so we doped palladium oxide (PdO) onto CoSe2 nanostructures using ultraviolet (UV) light, resulting in an efficient and stable water oxidation composite. The crystal arrays, morphology, and chemical composition of the surface were studied using a variety of characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. It was also demonstrated that the composite systems were heterogeneous in their morphology, undergoing a shift in their diffraction patterns, suffering from a variety of metal oxidation states and surface defects. The water oxidation was verified by a low overpotential of 260 mV at a current density of 20 mA cm−2 with a Tafel Slope value of 57 mV dec−1. The presence of multi metal oxidation states, rich surface edges of Se and favorable charge transport played a leading role towards water oxidation with a low energy demand. Furthermore, 48 h of durability is associated with the composite system. With the use of PdO and CoSe2, new, low efficiency, simple electrocatalysts for water catalysis have been developed, enabling the development of practical energy conversion and storage systems. This is an excellent alternative approach for fostering growth in the field.

Purpose
Identity fraud is a growing issue for online retail organisations. The literature on this issue is scattered, and none of the studies presents a holistic view of identity fraud management ...practices in the online retail context. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the identity fraud management practices and present a comprehensive set of practices for e-tail sector.
Design/methodology/approach
A systematic literature review approach was adopted, and the articles were selected through pre-set inclusion criteria. The authors synthesised existing literature to investigate identity fraud management in e-tail sector.
Findings
The research finds that literature on practices for identity fraud management is scattered. The findings also reveal that firms assume identity fraud issues as a technological challenge, which is one of the major reasons for a gap in effective management of identity frauds. This research suggests e-tailers to deal this issue as a management challenge and counter strategies should be developed in technological, human and organisational aspects.
Research limitations/implications
This study is limited to the published sources of data. Studies, based on empirical data, will be helpful to support the argument of this study; additionally, future studies are recommended to include a wide number of databases.
Practical implications
This research will help e-tail organisations to understand the whole of identity fraud management and help them develop and implement a comprehensive set of practices at each stage, for effective management identity frauds.
Originality/value
This research makes unique contributions by synthesising existing literature at each stage of fraud management and encompasses social, organisational and technological aspects. It will also help academicians understanding a holistic view of available research and opens new lines for future research.
•This paper is aimed at synthesizing the existing literature to suggest that why a more holistic approach of information security management is needed in management context.•The paper entertains ...article on the related context for last ten years.•A rigorous method for literature search is used with predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria.•At first more than 300 articles were downloaded for further processing and finally 39 articles were deemed to be relevant to the context under study.•The paper suggests that management role should be considered in information security management.
Information technology has dramatically increased online business opportunities; however these opportunities have also created serious risks in relation to information security. Previously, information security issues were studied in a technological context, but growing security needs have extended researchers' attention to explore the management role in information security management. Various studies have explored different management roles and activities, but none has given a comprehensive picture of these roles and activities to manage information security effectively. So it is necessary to accumulate knowledge about various managerial roles and activities from literature to enable managers to adopt these for a more holistic approach to information security management. In this paper, using a systematic literature review approach, we synthesised literature related to management's roles in information security to explore specific managerial activities to enhance information security management. We found that numerous activities of management, particularly development and execution of information security policy, awareness, compliance training, development of effective enterprise information architecture, IT infrastructure management, business and IT alignment and human resources management, had a significant impact on the quality of management of information security. Thus, this research makes a novel contribution by arguing that a more holistic approach to information security is needed and we suggest the ways in which managers can play an effective role in information security. This research also opens up many new avenues for further research in this area.

Water stress has become one of the foremost constraints to agricultural development, mostly in areas that are deficient in water. A field trial has been conducted to evaluate the performance of ...different twenty wheat genotypes under three stress treatments viz., control (T0) = normal watering, stress-1 (T1) = water stress from tillering up to maturity, and stress-2 (T2) = water stress from anthesis to maturity were used as treatments. The results revealed that a highly significant (p < 0.01) difference was observed among twenty wheat cultivars for morpho-physiological traits except for several tillers plant−1, spikeletspike−1, and relative water content. In the early days, 50% flowering was noted in Anmole-91 (64.33 days) under (T0), while Anmol-91 showed a relative decrease (RD-1) (−2.34 days) at days 50% flowering in (T1). The TJ-83 genotype showed an early response (−8.34 day) at days to 50% flowering under stress-2 (T2), but TD-I (−3.34) was observed to be relatively tolerant. Underwater stress from tillering to maturity (T1) SKD-1 was found more susceptible (−36.7 days) than other cultivars. Wheat cultivar Soghat-90 showed maximum RD-1 (−24.7) for grain yield plant−1 in stress-1 (T1) from tillering to maturity. Anmole-91, NIA-Sarang, and TD-I observed minimum was (−6) in the same water stress for various traits. Therefore, the findings of present work revealed that the best performing genotypes can be recommended for effective cultivation in future breeding programs.
Identity fraud could lead to loss of revenue, causes operational problems to e-tailers and damages the firm's reputation. Most research in this domain focuses on the security technologies or system ...users’ security compliance related issues. In this research, we direct attention to understanding the content and breadth of identity fraud prevention policies. We conducted thirty-three semi-structured interviews with employees and management of three large UK based e-tailers. It was found that while e-tailers have policies and other related arrangements that address information security and data theft prevention, they often lack policies on identity fraud prevention. Additionally, we found that the design of security policy awareness strategies, approaches to updating security policies, and enforcement of security compliance/audits, do not help prevent identity fraud. Based on this analysis, we developed the Identity Fraud Prevention Framework (IFPF) to help e-tailers develop and implement better identity fraud prevention practices.

The experiment was conducted using a randomized complete block design with three replications at Shah Abdul Latif Experimental Farm, Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam. Employing a line × tester ...mating design in upland cotton (Gossypium hirutum L.), twenty-one cross combinations were obtained from seven females and three males. F1 and F2 generations, along with their parents, were sown in a randomized complete block design with three replications during 2012-13 and 2013-14. Studied traits included lint yield (g) per plant, G.O.T (%), staple length (mm), fiber fineness (mic.value), and fiber strength (g/tex). Throughout the growing period, recommended cultural practices were followed. Analysis of variance revealed high significance for genotypes, parents, crosses, and their interactions (P×C) for all traits. In the F1 generation, lint yield and staple length under line × tester (L×T) were highly significant. For the F2 generation, genotypes, parents, crosses, and P×C were highly significant for all traits except G.O.T%, where lines, testers, and L×T were highly significant for all traits except G.O.T%. Cross VH-292 × VH-291 excelled in lint yield per plant, while CRIS-342 × IR-3701 demonstrated superior fiber fineness and strength. VH-292 × VH-291 also displayed higher lint yield per plant, while CRIS-342 × FH-113 exhibited longer staple length with increased fiber fineness. Significant mean squares for genotypes (parents, crosses, and parents × crosses) indicate the data's utility for assessing parental performance, hybrid evaluation, heterotic effects, and inbreeding depression.
Sunflower is an important oilseed crop that is beneficial not for humans as well as animals. Looking toward the importance of this crop, the present research aimed to study correlation and regression ...analyses in various sunflower genotypes for yield and its related traits. This study was conducted at Oil Seed Section. Agriculture Research Institute (ARI), Tando Jam during 2020. Ten genotypes viz. Corolla, Melabour, Vulgar, Sputnik, Samsun-20, HO-1, Parson, TJ-1, Mehran-2, Turkish were used to assess the correlation and regression analyses in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.). The results showed that all the genotypes were largely significant at p≤0.01 position of probability for the no: of seed heads-1, seed yield plant-1, and harvest index & significant at p≤0.05 position of probability for the plant height, seed index, & the biological yield plant-1. Whereas non-significant result showed for germination %, 75% flowering days, 90% maturity days, & head diameter. The mean performance revealed that Mehran-2 depicted a larger head diameter coupled with stronger seed yield and biological yield plant-1, whereas variety vulgar observed a taller plant with a greater seed index. Whereas significant and positive correlation had been observed for biological yield plant-1, harvest index, head diameter, number of seed heads-1, seed index & seed yield plant-1. This research work is valuable for providing high yielding and early maturity genotypes. Though this crop is valuable for its oil purpose and better genotypes grown under various environments can be used for production of sunflower.

World is facing the foremost challenges of abiotic stresses in agriculture among which salinity is one of the disastrous factors towards rice production. Rice is a salinity sensitive crop; however, ...the level of salinity varies in different cultivars. Hence, for this scenario salt tolerant genotypes are required to enhance the productivity of rice, to overcome the demand of world's population. The present research was carried out to evaluate the performance of fifteen F1 hybrids and their parents of (Oryza sativa) at different intensities of salt stress under hydroponic condition (green house) at Plant Physiology Division, Nuclear Institute of Agriculture (NIA), Tandojam during Kharif season of 2021 by using Factorial Design in (RCBD). Based on the performance of., by using three different treatments of salt stress such as (T1 = control 0.0 dS m-1, T2 = 6 dS m-1 and T3 = 8 dS m-1 NaCl). During experiment, morphological attributes under observations were, root length (cm), shoot length (cm), root fresh weight (g), shoot fresh weight (g) and root, and shoot dry weight (g). Fifteen F1 hybrids and six parents were assessed for various morphological traits under various salt treatments at hydroponic condition and showed significant variation for genotypes, treatments and interaction at P<0.01 probability under both saline stress T2 = 6 dS m-1 and T3 = 8 dS m-1 NaCl. The superior hybrids as (KSK-133xHHZ-10-SAL-DT1 DT1) (90.38cm), (RST-177x Kharagnjia), (HHZ-10 SALxGML-498), (HHZ-10-SAL DT1 DT1x Kharaganjia) and (FL-478xKharangania) observed short stature height, more number of grains panicle-1 and seed yield plant-1 than their parents under both T2 = 6 dS m-1 and T3 = 8 dS m-1 conditions of NaCl which indicate high tolerability of genotypes. The crosses KSK-133 × RST-177, HHZ-10-SAL × FL-478, HHZ-10-SAL × FL-478, GML-498 × Kharaganjia, HHZ-10-SAL × FL-478, KSK-133 × RST-177, KSK-133 × HHZ-10-SAL DT1 DT1, RST-177 xHHZ-10-SAL DT1 DT1, RST-177 × GML-498 exhibited greater performance in morphological and yield associated traits in control and saline stress, respectively. Hence, FL-478 × GML-498, KSK-133 × 44 RST-177, RST-177 × FL-478, HHZ-10-SAL × GML-498, GML-498 × Kharaganjia, KSK- 133 × GML-498, HHZ-10-SAL × Kharaganjia, RST-177 × Kharagnjia and HHZ-10-SAL × GML-498 can be recommended as salt tolerant genotypes and can be used for further breeding program. Therefore, such hybrids and parents with potential yield and salt tolerance are required to provide healthy rice genotypes to grown under saline fields which may acquire better yield production
Wheat is a staple food grain ranked that first as consumed globally and occupies a central position in the cereal trade. Grain yield is a polygenic inherited trait and is the product of several ...attributes which contribute to it direct or indirectly. Wheat production is affected by various calamities, among them; water stress is a destructive factor to the seed yield of wheat. In present study, we investigated the performance of F1 wheat hybrids for heterosis and the relation between morpho-physiological characters under water stress at field conditions. Split plot design was used consisted of two factors; genotypes and water stress with three replications. Ten F1 wheat hybrids generated using half-diallel crossing and were evaluated under water stress treatments viz., normal watering (T0), extreme water stress from tillering to maturity (T1), and post-flowering water stress from anthesis to maturity (T2). The obtained results revealed that the F1 wheat hybrids Sarsabz x Kiran-95 (V7), TD-1 x NIA-Sarang (V8) and NIA-Sarang x Kiran-95 (V10) were found potential wheat hybrids for seed yield under both water stress and normal watering which could be included in the future wheat breeding scheme. Hybrid performance during the wheat breeding scheme can be improved by analyzing genetic potential among wheat genotypes, determining the association between traits and selection with greater genetic diversity and heterosis for water stress tolerance and identification of traits most influenced grain yield. Overall these newly evolved hybrids should be recommended for cultivation under normal field conditions.
