This study aims to comprehensively find out the effect of empowerment and quality of work life on teachers’ productivity at Private MTs (Islamic Junior High School) of Praya District, Central Lombok ...Regency in the Academic Year of 2020/2021. This study used a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. This research was conducted on 200 teachers as respondents selected at simple random. Analysis and interpretation of the data shows that (1) empowerment has a direct positive effect on productivity, (2) quality of work life has a direct positive effect on productivity, (3) empowerment has a direct positive effect on quality of work life. It can be concluded that high empowerment results in the increase of the quality of working life of teachers in Private MTs, Praya District, Central Lombok Regency.

Using a quantitative approach reinforced by path analysis, the researchers uncovered the causal relationships that shape the madrasah leadership landscape. The study underwent rigorous validation by drawing insights from a carefully curated data set covering over 170 madrassa heads, meticulously collected through customized questionnaires. It emerged as a beacon of reliability and validity. Through the lens of descriptive and inferential statistics, the findings of this study not only highlight the transformative potential of training and commitment but also offer a roadmap for education policymakers and school principals across the country, thereby sparking a collective effort to achieve excellence in madrasa education. Although rooted in the local context of West Lombok Regency, the implications of this research have an impact far beyond the district's borders, marking a new era of educational innovation and progress. In essence, this study underscores the importance of disentangling the complex factors that shape the principal performance landscape to realize a brighter future for madrasa education nationally.

Second, leadership from a political perspective is a leader who has challenges with individuals, institutions, organizations, parties and other institutions so that in facing these challenges, all leaders need to prepare themselves to face the challenges of these requirements and compete in a healthy manner without expecting outside help or political money.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results ...related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.
The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP ...(Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.
The entry of Islam in a country is insepArable from the role of Middle Eastern traders who enter Indonesia. However, not all of Indonesia's territory was touched by the Middle Eastern traders as was ...the case in Sambas. The purpose of this study was to find a picture of the dynamics of curriculum changes in Islamic educational institutions in Sambas during the empire. The method used in this research is literature by searching various sources of books, articles both national and international. The findings of the research conducted is the Islamization in Sambas is insepArable from the role of the sultanate who entered into contact relations through marriage, although Islam has long been present in Sambas through contact traders from Cheng Ho's men with the Hanafi school of thought but its development is not very meaningful. After the extraordinary development of Islam in Sambas, there was only the modernization of education in the era of Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin II, but only experienced a period of development, because Dutch politics were able to play the role of Islamic educational institutions in Sambas even though Sambas was known as the "Veranda of Mecca."

Masuknya Islam dalam sebuah negara tidak terlepas dari peran pedagang Timur Tengah yang masuk di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, tidak semuanya wilayah Indonesia tersentuh oleh pedagang Timur Tengah tersebut seperti halnya yang terjadi di Sambas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang dinamika perubahan kurikulum lembaga pendidikan Islam di Sambas di masa kesultanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur dengan mencari berbagai macam sumber buku, artikel baik nasional maupun internasional. Temuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah islamisasi di Sambas tidak terlepas dari peran kesultanan yang mengadakan hubungan kontak melalui perkawinan, walaupun Islam sudah lama hadir di Sambas melalui kontak pedagang dari anak buah Cheng ho dengan mazhab Hanafi tetapi perkembangannya tidak begitu berarti. Setelah perkembangan Islam yang luar biasa di Sambas, baru ada modernisasi pendidikan di Zaman Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin II, tetapi hanya mengalami perkembangan periode, karena politik Belanda mampu memainkan peran lembaga pendidikan Islam di Sambas walaupun Sambas saat itu dikenal dengan “Serambi Mekah.”
This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and self-confidence on the work accountability of elementary school principals in Jonggat sub-district, Central Lombok ...Regency, odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a survey research method involving causality studies. The researcher involved three variables originating from the same respondent who were answered simultaneously and simultaneously. The population in this study were all principals of state and private elementary schools in the Jonggat sub-district, Central Lombok, totaling 35. The sample choice for principals was public elementary schools and private elementary schools, which was carried out using purposive random sampling. This research examines one exogenous variable and one endogenous variable. Each variable is measured using a questionnaire technique which is arranged in the form of question items which are built based on the theoretical basis, dimensions and indicators of each variable. The hypothesis tested in this research is: the occurrence of a causal relationship between research variables X1, X2, X3. To test this hypothesis, path analysis was carried out. The research results are as follows: Hypothesis testing shows that there is a strong influence between the variables Organizational Commitment on Self-Confidence, which produces a correlation determinant coefficient of 0.875, which means that the contribution of Organizational Commitment to Self-Confidence is 87.5% and the remaining 12.5% ??is not included in the model . The path coefficient for Organizational Commitment on Self-Confidence is 0.936 and the p-value is 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a very significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X1) on Self-Confidence (X2). Hypothesis testing shows that there is an influence between the variables Organizational Commitment (X1) and Self-Confidence (X2) on the Principal's Work Accountability (X3), which is indicated by the coefficient of determination value of 0.937. This figure illustrates that the contribution of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Self-Confidence (X2) to Principal Work Accountability (X3) is 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% is not included in the model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that all alternative hypotheses proposed can be significantly accepted. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey yang melibatkan studi kausalitas. peneliti melibatkan tiga variabel yang berasal dari satu responden yang sama yang dijawab secara serentak dan sekaligus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kepala Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri dan Swasta se-kecematan Jonggat Lombok Tengah yang berjumlah 35. Pilihan sampel Kepala Sekolah yaitu SD negeri dan SD Swasta yang dilakukan dengan purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini meneliti satu variabel exogenus dan satu variabel endogenus. Masing-masing variabel diukur dengan menggunakan teknik kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk butir-butir pertanyaan yang dibangun berdasarkan landasan teori, dimensi dan indikator masing-masing variabel. Hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah: terjadinya hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitian X1, X2, X3. Untuk meguji hipotesis ini dilakukan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat diantara variabel Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Percaya Diri, yang menghasilkan koefisien determinan korelasi sebesar 0,875 yang artinya kontribusi Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Percaya Diri sebesar 87,5% dan sisanya 12,5% tidak masuk dalam model. Koefisien jalur Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Percaya Diri 0,936 dan p-value 0.00 < 0.05 yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara Komitmen Organisasi (X1) terhadap Percaya Diri (X2). Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X1) dan Percaya Diri (X2) terhadap Akuntabilitas Kerja Kepala Sekolah (X3), yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisen determinasi sebesar 0,937. Angka tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kontribusi Komitmen Organisasi (X1) dan Percaya Diri (X2) terhadap Akuntabilitas Kerja Kepala Sekolah (X3) sebesar 93,7% sedangkan sisanya 6,3% tidak termasuk dalam model. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis alternatif yang diajukan dapat diterima secara signifikan.
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceptions of organizational support and quality of work life on the work performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Keruak for the 2021/2022 ...academic year. The research methodology is a survey selected using a simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of data shows that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on job performance, (2) quality of work life has a positive direct effect on job performance, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on quality of work life .
ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMKN 1 Keruak tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Metodologi penelitian adalah survey yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (2) kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (3) dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kualitas kehidupan kerja.
This research aims to obtain information regarding the influence of team characteristics and team collaboration on the effectiveness of administrative teams of state high school administrative ...employees in West Lombok Regency for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted using a survey method with path analysis to test the hypothesis. In this study, 92 out of 120 school administration teachers were selected by random sampling. Research is focused on the main aspects; Team characteristics and teamwork on team employee school administration effectiveness. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there was a positive direct influence of team characteristics on team effectiveness, (2) there was a positive direct influence of teamwork on team effectiveness and (3) there was a positive direct influence of team characteristics on teamwork.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh karakteristik tim dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas tim administrasi pegawai tata usaha SMA Negeri se Kabupaten Lombok Barat tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam menguji hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 92 dari 120 guru pegawai administrasi sekolah dipilih secara random sampling. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pokok; karakteristik tim dan kerja tim terhadap tim efektivitas administrasi sekolah karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif karakteristik tim terhadap efektivitas tim, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kerja tim terhadap efektivitas tim dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif karakteristik tim menuju kerja tim.
