Basic movement skill (FMS) is an important factor that can influence physical activities. Playing outside can support a child overall health, learning process, and basic motor skill development. The ...purpose of this study was to determine early childhood motor development through outdoor play based on gender differences. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consisted of preschool children aged 5–6 years. The sample included 30 preschool children selected using purposive sampling, consisting of 12 boys and 18 girls. TGMD-2 test instrument was used to measure FMS. The results showed that there was no difference of the effect of the outdoor play program on the basic motor skills (FMS) of boys and girls. Locomotor skills and control objects indicates that there was a significant effect of the program intervention. It concludes that early motor skills of boys and girls were improved after participating in an outdoor play program. According to the result of this study, it is necessary to conduct a more detailed approach on gender differences, especially on their basic motor needs and participations in programmed outdoor activities to encourage the development of basic motor skills (FMS).

The research aimed to pursue sports education (SEM) of student motivation and physical activity in physical education classes. This study is an updated review of how implementing the Sport Education Model (SEM) can build students' physical activity motivation and engagement in physical education classes, including the latest research trends for future research.
The quality of physical condition is the foundation for developing an athlete's technique, tactics, strategy, and mentality. The purpose of this study was to determine the dominant physical condition ...components that support sepak takraw skills through measurement of physical aspects including strength, endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility of sepak takraw players. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative by taking data using tests and measurements. The population and sample were seven Cimahi City sepak takraw athletes consisting of three male athletes and five female athletes. The instruments used for physical conditions are physical condition test items including speed, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance. The results showed that the speed component was in the very poor category (12.5%). In the flexibility component in the excellent category (12%). In the agility component in the excellent category (25%). In the strength component in the excellent category (25%). And in the power component in the poor category (25%). The research findings reveal that the dominant physical condition components are agility, balance and strength.
This study aims to see the effect of 5 Post Circuit exercises and Cross Country exercises to improve students' physical fitness, which was carried out by Junior High School students during the ...pandemic. The method used is experimental. The population in this study were 20 students of class 8A SMPN Padalarang. The instruments used are the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for junior high school (SMP) level: 50-meter sprint test, 30-second body lift test, 60-second lying down test, upright jump test and 1000-meter long-distance running test. The results of the analysis of 5 items of physical fitness test with an average category of being. It can be concluded that the 5 post circuit training and cross-country training have a significant effect on increasing students' physical fitness during the pandemic.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran dalam jaringan terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ...metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 orang siswa kelas X-APK SMK Putra Gununghalu. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran dalam jaringan terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani dalam kategori rendah dengan 41%.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Small Sided Games terhadap peningkatan VO2Max. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest ...design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pemain sepak bola PS Rick’s Sayati dengan sample sebanyak 25 orang mengunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Bleep Test. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis paired sample T-test, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 (5%). Dari uji tersebut diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Apabila dilihat dari data mean difference sebesar 1,85. Maka Peningkatan persentase tersebut sebesar 5,39%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode Small Side Games terhadap peningkatan VO2max pada pemain sepak bola di PS Rick’s Sayati
The purpose of this study was to determine the motives, motivations, and benefits for climbers and for the surrounding community of mountaineering activities on Gunung Gede Pangrango. The research ...was conducted in Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park, West Java Province. This research is a qualitative study that uses a phenomenological approach. Data analysis techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. In this study found three themes in mountaineering activities, namely: Activity motives: 1) want to unwind from the routine of daily activities; 2) want to enjoy the natural scenery; 3) try something new; 4) want to interact with nature; 5) as a hobby. 2. Activity motivation: 1) to get satisfaction; 2) want to reach high places and see nature; 3) want to get new experiences. 3. Benefits of activity: 1) physical training or exercise, 2) recreation to get pleasure, 3) revitalize the mind and physical relaxation, 4) get closer to God; 5) learn to live independently; 6) character building; 7) make new friends; 8) as a means of socializing. The findings of this study reveal that people who carry out Gunung Gede Pangrango climbing activities with the motive and motivation for recreation in order to relieve fatigue from the busyness of daily activities by enjoying the beautiful phenomenon of Gunung Gede Pangrango.
This study aims to determine how much influence community interest in gymnastics in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic factors. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey method ...approach using an interest questionnaire. The population of this study was the community in Ciwastra totaling 50 people, using total sampling technique, the sample of this study amounted to 50 people. The results of the research data analysis show that the interest factors that influence people's interest in exercising gymnastics with the percentage results are in the intrinsic category of 66% in the high category on health indicators. In the extrinsic category of 54% in the low category, namely the family support indicator. Thus public interest in gymnastics is influenced by intrinsic factors on health indicators where Ciwastra people exercise gymnastics with the aim of maintaining health and fitness, while support from families on extrinsic factors is needed to support in achieving the goals of gymnastic sports activities. This study produced findings that Ciwastra society has a fairly good interest in a healthy lifestyle by doing gymnastic activities in order to maintain health and fitness.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman atlet olahraga tradisional terhadap sikap fair play. Metode yang digunakan ialah Deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk Survey melalui ...google form (digital) dalam bentuk kuisioner langsung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 14 atlet olahraga tradisional STKIP Pasundan. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah berupa angket kuesioner. Hasil analisis dari keseluruhan indikator pemahaman fair play menujukan bahwa 36% mempunyai tingkat pemahaman fair play yang sangat baik, 43% mempunyai tingkat pemahaman fair play yang baik, sebanyak 7% mempunyai tingkat pemahaman fair play yang cukup baik, dan 14% mempunyai tingkat pemahaman fair play yang sangat kurang. Secara umum tingkat pemahaman fair play atlet olahraga tradisional STKIP Pasundan tergolong baik.
