According to the definition of the UNWTO, one of the pillars of smart tourism research is the context of seasonality. Based on this approach, the authors aimed to reveal the results of the extent to ...which field-specific literature addresses this issue. However, regarding the concept of smart tourism, the authors of this study have shown a lack of attention to the relationship between these two logically related areas of tourism research: seasonality and smart tourism. Thus, the study proposed a new approach and possible research directions in connection with seasonality research in the context of smart tourism.
A TANULMÁNY CÉLJA
A digitális technológia megjelenése és alkalmazása a turizmus rendszerének egészében a modern turisztikai folyamatok egyre fontosabb formálója. Erre a jelenségre alapozva kutatásunk ...középpontjában a turisztikai fogyasztási szokásokban tapasztalható digitalizációval kapcsolatos hazai fogyasztói attitűdök vizsgálata áll. Tanulmányunk célja, hogy felfedje a Covid-19 járvány által jelentősen érintett turizmus szektorban a pandémia előtt, alatt és után tapasztalható digitalizációval kapcsolatos fogyasztói attitűdöket.
ALKALMAZOTT MÓDSZERTAN
Egy komplex kutatási projekt részeként a Covid-19 járvány idején és azt követően online kérdőíves megkérdezések és strukturált mélyinterjúk segítségével mértük fel a turisztikai fogyasztói magatartás digitalizációval kapcsolatos attitűdjeit. A kérdőív eredményeinek kiértékeléséhez leíró statisztikákat, míg a strukturált mélyinterjúk elemzéséhez kvalitatív tartalomelemzést alkalmaztunk.
LEGFONTOSABB EREDMÉNYEK
Összességében a világjárvány jelentősen megváltoztatta a turisztikai fogyasztói magatartást, és egyre fontosabbá tette a digitális lehetőségek használatát az utazók számára világszerte. Az eredmények (a felmérés nagymintás, de nem reprezentatív mivolta) alapján azonban az valószínűsíthető, hogy a magyar lakosság még mindig korlátozott és viszonylag kevés információval és tapasztalattal rendelkezik a digitalizációhoz köthető turisztikai szolgáltatásokkal és megoldásokkal kapcsolatban. A lakosság ezirányú igényei egyelőre csekélynek tekinthetők, ami a pandémia alatt ugyan érdemben megváltozni látszott, azonban a pandémia utáni fogyasztói attitűdök egyértelműen a fizikai, klasszikus utazás irányának visszaerősödése felé mutatnak.
GYAKORLATI JAVASLATOK
Fontos hozzáadott értékkel bír a tanulmányozott jelenségek kutatásának és a turisztikai fogyasztók reakcióinak folyamatos nyomon követése, annak érdekében, hogy jobban megértsük a hazai turisztikai fogyasztók digitalizációjával kapcsolatos, folyamatosan változó attitűdjeit. Ezáltal felismerhetővé válhat majd a fordulópont, amikor a digitális megoldások iránti igény a világ más tájain tapasztalhatóhoz elkezd felzárkózni.
Tourism has been one of the most dynamically developing sectors in recent decades, is also vulnerable in numerous aspects. Since the COVID-19 pandemic caused such global drastic fallbacks and ...challenges as never before, the authors believe that it is crucial to learn from the past to understand the nature of crises in tourism and the micro- and macroeconomic responses to them, in order to be better prepared. The aim of this study is to map past crises affecting tourism and to analyse their impact on travel decisions according to the type of crisis, using the methodology of a systematic literature review (SLR). The authors believe that the results establish the reasons for the extremely increasing need for expanding our scholarly and practical knowledge concerning consumer market in-depth understanding of the impact of crises on travel decisions to apprise recent and future theoretical and empirical advances in the area, especially in tourism marketing and planning. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed and given the exploratory nature of the work, the paper concludes calling for further targeted research.

Turizam je ekonomska aktivnost koja je posljednih desetljeća doživjela najdinamičniji razvoj, ali ga karakterizira i osjetljivost u mnogim aspektima. Kako je pandemija Covid-a-19 prouzročila globalno ...drastična usporavanja i izazove kao nikada ranije, autori smatraju da je važno učiti iz prošlosti kako bi se razumjela priroda kriza u turizmu te mikro- i makroekonomski odgovori na njih te kako bi se bolje pripremili na njih. Cilj je ove rasprave mapirati prošle krize koje su utjecale na turizam i analizirati njihov utjecaj na odluke o putovanjima prema vrsti krize uz korištenje metodologije sustavnog pregleda literature (SLR). Autori vjeruju da rezultati ukazuju na razloge za sve veću potrebu proširivanja našeg akademskog i praktičnog znanja o segmentaciji tržišta potrošača. Na osnovu ukupnih rezultata pregleda, ovaj rad doprinosi boljem razumijevanju utjecaja kriza na odluke o putovanju kako bi se izvijestilo o dostignutim i budućim teoretskim i empirijskim saznanjima u području, naročito u marketingu i planiranju u turizmu. Nakon rasprave teorijskih i praktičnih implikacija rezultata te interpretacije prirode studije, članak zaključuje pozivom na daljnja ciljana istraživanja.

Digital technology plays a crucial and increasingly important role in tourism, both for travellers and tourism service providers. Based on this phenomenon, the focus of our research is to investigate ...consumer attitudes towards digitalisation in tourism consumption patterns, based on the recent trends that have fundamentally influenced tourism and everyday life. Thus, the authors aimed to obtain results of tourism consumer behaviour based on the attitudes towards digitalisation by carrying out online surveys and interviews during the Covid-19 pandemic as part of a complex research project, which partly sought to find out whether the epidemic has accelerated the digitalisation of tourism and thus the use of virtual solutions or not. Based on the results, the authors proved that the Hungarian population still has limited and relatively little information and experience with digital tourism services and virtual reality solutions. In our opinion, it is significant to research these phenomena and to continuously monitor the reactions of the tourism consumers in order to better understand their changing attitudes towards digitalisation in tourism.
