To this end, adding an extender material to semen that increases spermatozoa's survival during cryopreservation is important. Green tea extract (GTE) can be used as cryoprotectant because its high antioxidant activity can help avoid reactive oxygen species formation.
Semen of five Bali bulls from the National Artificial Insemination Center at Singosari, Indonesia was collected routinely twice a week. First, fresh semen inspection was performed to determine the feasibility of using Bali bulls as animal samples. The extender used in this study was Tris-based egg yolk. The samples were divided into four treatments: T0, no GTE added to the extender; T1, 0.05 mg GTE plus 100 mL extender; T2, 0.10 mg GTE plus 100 mL extender; and T3, 0.15 mg GTE plus 100 mL extender. The semen freezing process was conducted according to standard procedures and sperm quality parameters, i.e., sperm motility, viability, abnormalities, and membrane integrity observed pre-freezing and post-thawing.
There were significant differences in total motility, progressive motility, viability, and integrity membrane of Bali bull sperm at both pre-freezing and post-thawing after adding GTE into the extender. In contrast, there were no differences in abnormalities among treatments.
Adding GTE at a 0.15 mg into 100 mL Tris-based egg yolk extender can improve the quality of cryopreserved Bali bull sperm.

This study aimed to determine the effect of adding 96% ethanol extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis) in egg yolk tris diluter on the quality of spermatozoa of Bali cattle (Bos sondaicus) after ...freezing. The samples were divided into four different treatment groups, which contained semen sample + 13% glycerol + each egg yolk tris diluter + green tea extract (P0) 0 mg/100 ml, (P1) 0,05 mg/100 ml, ( P2) 0,10 mg/100 ml, and (P3) 0,15 mg/100 ml. The variables observed included motility, viability, and spermatozoa abnormalities. Data were analyzed using OneWay ANOVA and continued with Duncan's test (p<0,05). The results showed that the P3 group had motility of 49,00 ± 2,15, viability of 61,92 ± 1,70, and abnormality of 4,24 ± 2,16 significantly compared to the other groups. In conclusion, the P3 group with the addition of 0,15 mg/100 ml of green tea could increase the motility, viability, and abnormal spermatozoa of Bali cattle.

Salah satu aspek ekonomi yang berdampak adalah UMKM.Padahal UMKM merupakan salah satu pendorong meningkatnya perekonomian suatu negara.Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui dampak covid-19 pada UMKM khususnya pada usaha Dapoer Bronsu di Blitar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengambilan data dengan observasi dan wawancara.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemic covid -19 membawa dampak positif pada usaha dapoer bronsu di blitar.Hal ini bisa di lihat dari meningkatnya jumlah pesanan maupun jumlah outlet serta meningkatnya jumlah penjualan.Hal ini memberikan dampak pada keuangan dapoer bronsu di blitar yaitu semakin meningkatnya pendapatan dan laba.Hal ini menandakan semakin baiknya kinerja keuangan dapoer bronsu.
Apart from changing learning and teaching habits, the COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the way parents involve themselves in learning from home. This study explores the challenges parents face ...when participating in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and what ways can be done to encourage students to learn mathematics online. We use multiple case studies to achieve research objectives. This study involved eight mothers of children in elementary school. Six of them are housewives, and the rest are government employees. Semi-structured interviews were used to gather data. Aside from technical constraints such as the availability of internet networks and infrastructure, the findings of this study show that technological literacy and parental involvement in cognitive, emotional, social, and pedagogical aspects are still lacking. We discussed four key findings, including issues with network availability and technological literacy, issues with parents’ routine work and how to accompany their children, parents’ beliefs about mathematics, and parental involvement in cognitive, affective, social, and pedagogical aspects. Finally, the parents’ learning community must be accommodated, developed, and assisted for their involvement to be more effective.
A number of benign EEG patterns are often misinterpreted as interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs) because of their epileptiform appearances, one of them is wicket spike. Differentiating wicket ...spike from IEDs may help in preventing epilepsy misdiagnosis. The temporal location of IEDs and wicket spike were chosen from 143 EEG recordings. Amplitude, duration and angles were measured from the wave triangles and were used as the variables. In this study, linear discriminant analysis is used to create the formula to differentiate wicket spike from IEDs consisting spike and sharp waves. We obtained a formula with excellent accuracy. This study emphasizes the need for objective criteria to distinguish wicket spike from IEDs to avoid misreading of the EEG and misdiagnosis of epilepsy.

Pasienchipertensi yang mengikuti Program RujukcBalik memerlukancpengobatan jangka panjangcsehingga perlunya dilakukancevaluasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsumsi obatcantihipertensi pasien PRB dengan metode ATC/DDD dan DU 90%. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan crosscsectional dan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel penelitian adalah pasienchipertensi yang mengikuti PRBcpada periode Januari-Desemberc2021. Data yang diambilcberupa data penggunaancobat hipertensi pada Apotek X dan Apotek Y kemudiancdianalisis dengan metode Anatomical TherapeuticcChemical Defined DailycDose (ATC/DDD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antihipertensi terbanyak adalah golongan CCB yaitu amlodipine dengan 3212,5 DDD/KPRJ di Apotek X dan 1075,833 di Apotek Y. Obat yang masuk dalam segmen DU 90% adalah amlodipine, candesartan, lisinopril, bisoprolol, ramipril, dan furosemide pada Apotek X serta amlodipine, candesartan, ramipril, furosemide, dan hidrochlorothiazid pada Apotek X. Kesesuaian penggunaan obat dengan FORNAS adalah 62,285% di Apotek X dan 68,75% di Apotek Y.

Terwujudnya kinerja yang baik bergantung pada kemampuan manajemen untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.
Tujuan - Mengetahui pelaksanaan total quality manajemen (TQM), lingkungan kerja, dan pengaruh total quality management terhadap penerapan K3 dengan menempatkan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi.
Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Penelitian ini dilakukan di Proyek PT. Paku Jaya dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 70 pekerja pada proyek PT. Paku Jaya.
Temuan – Total Quality Management secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja namun secara langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan K3. Lingkungan Kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dan juga mampu menjadi mediasi dalam pengaruh tidak langsung antara Total Quality Management terhadap penerapan K3 sehingga Total Quality Management secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 dengan Lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi.
Implikasi Penelitian - PT. Paku Jaya agar memperhatikan lingkungan kerja saat melaksanakan perkerjaan yang menjadikan pekerja nyaman dan aman saat bekerja supaya berdampak positif dalam penyelesaian proyek yang ditentukan sesuai dengan target yang sudah ditetapkan sehingga menjadikan suatu organisasi dapat bergerak secara terarah dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.
Batasan Penelitian - Penelitian ini hanya melibatkan pekerja di PT. Paku Jaya sehingga peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian serupa di wilayah yang lebih luas lagi untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
