The ^226Ra and ^228Ra activities of Qinghai Lake surface water, groundwater, river water, suspended particles, and bottom sediments were measured in a gamma-ray spectrometer. The sources of ^226Ra ...and ^228Ra were discussed according to their distribution characteristics. ^226Ra and ^228Ra activities (dpm/(100 L)) ranged from 14.13±0.22 to 19.22±0.42 and 17.724-0.66 to 30.96:kl.47 in the surface water of the North Bay, respectively, and from 7.88±0.24 to 33.80±0.47 and 15.73±0.74 to 57.31±1.44, respectively, in the South Bay. The surface water near the estuary had a lower salinity and had a higher concentration of radium isotopes than the samples collected further away. The farther offshore the sample, the higher the salinity was, and the lower the radium isotope activity. The distribution of radium activities in the western part of Qinghai Lake is controlled by several factors, including Buha River runoff, desorption from suspended particles derived from the river, groundwater discharge, and a small amount of diffusion from the sediment.
The sharpness evaluation of the digital holographic reconstructed image is the key problem of holographic auto-focusing. This paper proposes a sharpness evaluation method for digital holographic ...auto-focusing of micro-diameter milling tools, and the focusing process is divided into coarse focusing and fine focusing. In coarse focusing, the search step of the reconstructed distance calculation is in millimeter level, and the edge of the reconstructed image will have obvious oscillation, which cannot be accurately judged by the traditional sharpness evaluation function, but the amplitude of the wavelet transform high frequency coefficient of the most clearly focused image in the focusing window is the largest, and the sharpness evaluation of the reconstructed image can be accurately performed by using this characteristic. When fine focusing, the search step of the calculation of the reconduction distance is adjusted to micron level, and by obtaining the evaluation results of different evaluation functions, it is found that different evaluation functions can be evaluated accurately.
At present, as a micro-machining technology, micro-milling has a high demand in the fields of machinery, aviation and aerospace. Whether in the macro or micro milling process, tool wear will ...inevitably occur, and tool wear has a great influence on the machining efficiency and machining accuracy of the product. Therefore, it is of great significance to select the correct tool wear evaluation index for the study of tool wear in the production process. Because there is no standard blunt standard for micro-milling cutters, this paper explores the blunt standard of cutting tools through the milling test of micromilling cutters with a diameter of \emptyset lmm and the selection of corresponding wear evaluation indicators.
Four typical monitoring transects (C transect,E transect, G transect and H transect) along the lower reaches of Tarim river were selected. The results showed the following important points. (1) From ...the medium to extremely degraded regions, the relative density, relative cover and relative frequency of the annuals and perennials decrease gradually, while the relative density, relative cover and relative frequency of the shrub and arbor gradually increase, although the cover and the diversity of the vegetation tend to decline. (2) A total of fifteen species was found in the soil seed bank in the lower reaches of Tarim River, but the numbers of species decreased with increasing level of degradation. The seed bank density ranged from 250-2013 seed/m2, but the results showed marked differences in the seed bank density along the degradation gradients (F= 7.922, P<0.05). Trichomonas vaginalis induces proinflammation in cervicovaginal mucosal epithelium. To investigate the signaling pathways in TNF-alpha production in cervical mucosal epithelium after T. vaginalis ...infection, the phosphorylation of PI3K/ AKT and MAPK pathways were evaluated in T. vaginalis-infected SiHa cells in the presence and absence of specific inhibitors. T. vaginalis increased TNF-alpha production in SiHa cells, in a parasite burden-dependent and incubation time-dependent manner. In T. vaginalis-infected SiHa cells, AKT, ERK1/2, p38 MAPK, and JNK were phosphorylated from 1 hr after infection; however, the phosphorylation patterns were different from each other. After pretreatment with inhibitors of the PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways, TNF-alpha production was significantly decreased compared to the control; however, TNF-alpha reduction patterns were different depending on the type of PI3K/MAPK inhibitors. TNF-alpha production was reduced in a dose-dependent manner by treatment with wortmannin and PD98059, whereas it was increased by SP600125. These data suggested that PI3K/AKT and MAPK signaling pathways are important in regulation of TNF-alpha production in cervical mucosal epithelial SiHa cells. However, activation patterns of each pathway were different from the types of PI3K/ MAPK pathways.
