The accurate prediction of ship trajectory has great significance in maritime transportation. Among all the prediction methods, multi-step prediction has received increasing attention because it can ...predict both time and position information in the future period. However, the existing methods are either complex or have low prediction accuracy. In order to overcome the limitations, a physical hypothesis is introduced to balance the complexity and the accuracy. The cubic spline interpolation and historical trajectories are used to realize it. The advantages of TPNet and LSTM are combined in the proposed method and four parts are involved: the AIS data preprocessing method, the solutions of destination point and support point, and the uncertainty analysis. The proposed method is not only easy to implement and suitable for real-time analysis, but also has a high prediction accuracy. The case study on a ferry ship in the Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River indicates the validity of the method.
•Complex mapping relationships and large data requirements for multi-step prediction is solved.•A physical constraint is used in the construction of the model.•An automatic generation method of reference trajectory based on ship motion parameters is proposed.•The effectiveness of the method is verified by making predictions under four different navigation states.

Natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is a malignant proliferation of CD56(+) and cytoCD3(+) lymphocytes with aggressive clinical course, which is prevalent in Asian and South American populations. ...The molecular pathogenesis of NKTCL has largely remained elusive. We identified somatic gene mutations in 25 people with NKTCL by whole-exome sequencing and confirmed them in an extended validation group of 80 people by targeted sequencing. Recurrent mutations were most frequently located in the RNA helicase gene DDX3X (21/105 subjects, 20.0%), tumor suppressors (TP53 and MGA), JAK-STAT-pathway molecules (STAT3 and STAT5B) and epigenetic modifiers (MLL2, ARID1A, EP300 and ASXL3). As compared to wild-type protein, DDX3X mutants exhibited decreased RNA-unwinding activity, loss of suppressive effects on cell-cycle progression in NK cells and transcriptional activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathways. Clinically, patients with DDX3X mutations presented a poor prognosis. Our work thus contributes to the understanding of the disease mechanism of NKTCL.

The exploration of highly efficient Pd/MOF heterogeneous catalyst system for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling (SMC) reactions of aryl chlorides is still challenging. Herein, a PdCl2/UiO‐67‐bpydc was ...successfully synthesized by immobilizing a low amount of PdCl2 onto the zirconium‐based MOF (UiO‐67‐bpydc). PdCl2/UiO‐67‐bpydc showed excellent catalytic performance and good recycle ability for the SMC reaction of aryl chlorides under an ambient condition. Furthermore, PdCl2/UiO‐67‐bpydc retains the high catalytic activity even after five cycles, and exhibited excellent substrate size selectivity.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the performance of metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in identifying microbiological etiologies in pediatric patients with hematological malignancies undergoing fever of unknown origin (FUO).
A total of 147 children with hematological malignancy suffering febrile diseases without definite microbiological etiologies under conventional tests were enrolled. The clinical record, serum inflammatory biomarkers and mNGS results were analyzed.
At least one microorganism was identified by mNGS in 112 of 147 patients (76.2 %). Two or more types of organisms were detected simultaneously in 35.7 % (40/112) of samples. Of the 112 cases with positive mNGS results, the reported microorganisms were considered as etiologies of fever in 50 (44.6 %) cases. The initial antimicrobial regimens were adjusted according to the mNGS results in 48 cases, with 41 patients’ febrile diseases resolved. Totally, 27.9 % (41/147) of patients benefit from mNGS. High IL-6 (>390 pg/mL) level was associated with bacterial infection and could help to interpret the results of mNGS.
mNGS is a novel approach to determine the microbiological etiology of FUO in hematological malignancy patients, which benefits about a quarter of all patients tested. Integration of IL-6 can improve the diagnostic precision of bacterial infection.

An electrochemical sensor based on molecularly imprinted polypyrrole (MIPPy) was developed for selective and sensitive detection of the herbicide glyphosate (Gly) in cucumber and tap water samples. ...The sensor was prepared via synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers on a gold electrode in the presence of Gly as the template molecule and pyrrole as the functional monomer by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The sensor preparation conditions including the ratio of template to functional monomers, number of CV cycles in the electropolymerization process, the method of template removal, incubation time, and pH were optimized. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the DPV peak currents of hexacyanoferrate/hexacyanoferrite changed linearly with Gly concentration in the range from 5 to 800 ng mL

= 3). The sensor was used to detect the concentration of Gly in cucumber and tap water samples, with recoveries ranging from 72.70 to 98.96%. The proposed sensor showed excellent selectivity, good stability and reversibility, and could detect the Gly in real samples rapidly and sensitively.

Objective: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease. This study aims to explore the intervention and treatment effects of aerobic exercise and different exercise modes on AD through ...meta-analysis. Methods: Using the set inclusion and exclusion criteria, retrieve the China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Cochrane Library, and PubMed were searched from January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2021. Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included articles, and ReMan5.4.1 was used for forest plot analysis of mini-mental state exam (MMSE) score indicators included in the included articles. Results: Twelve randomized controlled trials and 795 samples were included. Meta analysis of all articles: I 2 = 91%, P ≤ .00001, (MD = 2.95, 95%CI 2.49, 3.40, P ≤ .00001). Meta analysis of 5 fit aerobics groups: I 2 = 4%, P = .38, (MD = 1.53, 95%CI 0.72, 2.33, P = .0002); meta-analysis of three spinning groups: I 2 = 3%, P = .36, (MD = 1.79, 95%CI 0.29, 3.29, P = .02). Conclusion: Aerobic exercise can effectively improve intellectual and cognitive impairment in AD patients, and for different forms of aerobic exercise, the therapeutic effect of spinning aerobic exercise is better than that of fit aerobics.
Acetaminophen (APAP) overdose-induced hepatotoxicity is tightly associated with oxidative stress. Tetrahydrocurcumin (THC) and octahydrocurcumin (OHC), the primary and final hydrogenated metabolites ...of curcumin (CUR), possess stronger antioxidant activity in vitro. The present study was performed to investigate the potential and mechanism of OHC and THC against APAP-induced hepatotoxicity in parallel to CUR. Our results showed that OHC and THC dose-dependently enhanced liver function (ALT and AST levels) and alleviated histopathological deterioration. Besides, OHC and THC significantly restored the hepatic antioxidant status by miring level of MDA and ROS, and elevated levels of GSH, SOD, CAT and T-AOC. In addition, OHC and THC markedly suppressed the activity and expressions of CYP2E1, and bound to the active sites of CYP2E1. Moreover, OHC and THC activated the Keap1-Nrf2 pathway and enormously enhanced the translational activation of Nrf2-targeted gene (GCLC, GCLM, NQO1 and HO-1) against oxidative stress, via inhibiting the expression of Keap1 and blocking the interaction between Keap1 and Nrf2. Particularly, OHC and THC exerted superior hepato-protective and antioxidant activities to CUR. In conclusion, OHC and THC possess favorable hepato-protective effect through restoring antioxidant status, inhibiting CYP2E1 and activating Keap1-Nrf2 pathway, which might represent promising antioxidants for the treatment of APAP-induced hepatotoxicity.

To investigate the fate of penicillin G (PEN G) in the wastewater from a PEN G production facility and the receiving river, an analytical method was developed for the simultaneous detection of PEN G ...and five degradation products using liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (LC–ESI/MS). PEN G had already undergone transformation before entering into the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), with concentrations of 153±4
μg/L in raw wastewater. Most of the PEN G could be eliminated following successive treatments of anaerobic, hydrolysis, and two aerobic units under a hydraulic residence time (HRT) of 30
h, and the final concentrations were 1.68±0.48
μg/L in treated water. In the receiving river, the concentration of PEN G decreased from 0.31±0.04
μg/L at the discharging point to under the detection limit (0.03
μg/L) at the last sampling site (about 30
km from the discharging point). The main PEN G degradation products in surface water were found to be penilloic acid, penicilloic acid and isopenillic acid, which occupied 65.8%, 20.4% and 12.9%, respectively, of the total concentration at the last site. This is the first study on the behaviors of PEN G and its main degradation products in wastewater treatment processes and the aquatic environment.
