The unmanned driving of underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in coal mine can significantly reduce the number of underground auxiliary transportation operating personnel, and reduce labor ...intensity. It is one of the leading development directions of intelligent auxiliary transportation. Compared with the unmanned driving of the ground vehicles, there are a series of new challenges for unmanned driving of underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicles. There is the interference of 'corridor effect' and 'multipath effect' in the underground roadway. There are high requirements for precise vehicle control under complex road conditions such as mixed traffic in narrow scenes. The underground satellite refusal environment causes positioning problems. Machine vision application is affected by the changeable illumination underground and the blocking of the roadway wall. The equipment shall meet MA certification. Multiple redundancy design is required for safety measures. In order to solve the above challenges, th
Existing operation maintenance mode of coal mine electromechanical equipment is collecting data in underground and analyzing data by ground controller or cloud platform, which has poor real-time ...performance and flexibility, limited data collection amount, high cost, etc. While predictive maintenance solution scheme in general industry of edge computer plus data collection card is not applicable for operation maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment because of difficulty of mine-used intrinsically safe design, poor flexibility of field arrangement, too high cost, etc. For the above problems, a collecting and computing platform used for predictive maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment was designed, which was based on main controlling chip of STM32F4. The platform can parallel collect vibration, temperature, pressure and other data of coal mine electromechanical equipment with high speed and take out fast Fourier transform and envelope spectrum analysis real-timely, so as to obtain heal

ABSTRACTFive varieties of beans from Laibin, Guangxi, China, including mung beans, soybeans, black beans, red beans, and adzuki beans, were chosen as study subjects for multi-index determination and ...full assessment. Data on the fat, ash, crude fiber, trace element, thermogravimetric analysis and combustion heat of five different types of beans were gathered. The results showed that the order of combustion heat of the 5 kinds of beans was black beans>soybeans>mung beans>adzuki beans>red beans, the order of combustion stability was soybeans>mung beans>black beans>red beans>adzuki beans, the order of fat content was soybeans>red beans>adzuki beans>black beans>mung beans, the order of ash content was black beans>soybeans>adzuki beans>mung beans>red beans, the order of crude fiber content was red beans>soybeans>adzuki beans, and the order of multi-index stoichiometric analysis was soybeans>red beans>black beans>mung beans>adzuki beans. The quality of the food was assessed and classified using the stoichiometric approach, while the food nutrition was assessed from the perspectives of fat, ash, crude fiber, trace elements, thermogravimetric analysis and combustion heat. This work provides a solid scientific foundation for the assessment and investigation of the thermo gravimetric analysis of food combustion stability. This study’s multi-index comprehensive evaluation approach offers a novel concept for food nutrition.

Ependymal cells form the epithelial lining of cerebral ventricles. Their apical surface is covered by cilia that beat in a coordinated fashion to facilitate circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid ...(CSF). The genetic factors that govern the development and function of ependymal cilia remain poorly understood. We found that the planar cell polarity cadherins Celsr2 and Celsr3 control these processes. In Celsr2-deficient mice, the development and planar organization of ependymal cilia are compromised, leading to defective CSF dynamics and hydrocephalus. In Celsr2 and Celsr3 double mutant ependyma, ciliogenesis is markedly impaired, resulting in lethal hydrocephalus. The membrane distribution of Vangl2 and Fzd3, two key planar cell polarity proteins, was disturbed in Celsr2 mutants, and even more so in Celsr2 and Celsr3 double mutants. Our findings suggest that planar cell polarity signaling is involved in ependymal cilia development and in the pathophysiology of hydrocephalus, with possible implications in other ciliopathies.

High cogging torque is a common drawback of the interior permanent magnet machine. In this paper, a novel technique is adopted to reduce cogging torque and torque ripple by using an asymmetrical ...V-type rotor configuration. First, the analysis modes are presented, and the proposed rotor is optimized by the hybrid design of experiment. A satisfactory set of parameters is determined. Next, the cogging torque and the torque ripple of the proposed model are compared with those of the basic model. The results demonstrate that the cogging torque and the torque ripple are reduced significantly by the adoption of the proposed rotor. Then, the performance of the proposed model rotating clockwise is compared that of the proposed model rotating counterclockwise to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed rotor. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is confirmed by experiment.
This paper presents an accurate method to extract parameters of induction motor (IM) from finite element field solutions. A 2-D non-linear time-harmonic application of IM is used in the simulation. ...And to separate the leakage reactances, the frozen permeability method is used in the static magnetic field simulation for the slot leakage flux calculation. Then, the slot leakage reactance and the harmonic reactance can be determined separately with the consideration of skin effect and the saturation. A defect of modeling the rotation of rotor in time-harmonic field is pointed out in this paper. Finally, the determination of reactances as a function of speed variation is concerned. An application example is provided to confirm the accuracy of the presented method.
Immune responses and neuroinflammation are critically involved in spinal cord injury (SCI). γδ T cells, a small subset of T cells, regulate the inflammation process in many diseases, yet their ...function in SCI is still poorly understood. In this paper, we demonstrate that mice deficient in γδ T cells (
) showed improved functional recovery after SCI. γδ T cells are detected at the lesion sites within 24 hours after injury and are predominantly of the Vγ4 subtype and express the inflammatory cytokine IFN-γ. Inactivating IFN-γ signaling in macrophages results in a significantly reduced production of proinflammatory cytokines in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of mice with SCIs and improves functional recovery. Furthermore, treatment of SCI with anti-Vγ4 antibodies has a beneficial effect, similar to that obtained with anti-TNF-α. In SCI patients, γδ T cells are detected in the CSF, and most of them are IFN-γ positive. In conclusion, manipulation of γδ T cell functions may be a potential approach for future SCI treatment.
Short-read sequencing has enabled the de novo assembly of several individual human genomes, but with inherent limitations in characterizing repeat elements. Here we sequence a Chinese individual HX1 ...by single-molecule real-time (SMRT) long-read sequencing, construct a physical map by NanoChannel arrays and generate a de novo assembly of 2.93 Gb (contig N50: 8.3 Mb, scaffold N50: 22.0 Mb, including 39.3 Mb N-bases), together with 206 Mb of alternative haplotypes. The assembly fully or partially fills 274 (28.4%) N-gaps in the reference genome GRCh38. Comparison to GRCh38 reveals 12.8 Mb of HX1-specific sequences, including 4.1 Mb that are not present in previously reported Asian genomes. Furthermore, long-read sequencing of the transcriptome reveals novel spliced genes that are not annotated in GENCODE and are missed by short-read RNA-Seq. Our results imply that improved characterization of genome functional variation may require the use of a range of genomic technologies on diverse human populations.
