With the power conversion efficiency of binary polymer solar cells dramatically improved, the thermal stability of the small-molecule acceptors raised the main concerns on the device operating ...stability. Here, to address this issue, thiophene-dicarboxylate spacer tethered small-molecule acceptors are designed, and their molecular geometries are further regulated via the thiophene-core isomerism engineering, affording dimeric TDY-α with a 2, 5-substitution and TDY-β with 3, 4-substitution on the core. It shows that TDY-α processes a higher glass transition temperature, better crystallinity relative to its individual small-molecule acceptor segment and isomeric counterpart of TDY-β, and a more stable morphology with the polymer donor. As a result, the TDY-α based device delivers a higher device efficiency of 18.1%, and most important, achieves an extrapolated lifetime of about 35000 hours that retaining 80% of their initial efficiency. Our result suggests that with proper geometry design, the tethered small-molecule acceptors can achieve both high device efficiency and operating stability.
PIEZO1 is a mechano-sensitive ion channel that can sense various forms of mechanical stimuli and convert them into biological signals, affecting bone-related diseases. The present study aimed to ...identify key genes and signaling pathways in Piezo1-regulated bone-related diseases and to explain the potential mechanisms using bioinformatic analysis. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in tendon, femur, and humerus bone tissue; cortical bone; and bone-marrow-derived macrophages were identified with the criteria of |log2FC| > 1 and adjusted p-value < 0.05 analysis based on a dataset from GSE169261, GSE139121, GSE135282, and GSE133069, respectively, and visualized in a volcano plot. Venn diagram analyses were performed to identify the overlapping DEGs expressed in the above-mentioned tissues. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis, protein−protein interaction (PPI) analysis, and module analysis were also conducted. Furthermore, qRT-PCR was performed to validate the above results using primary chondrocytes. As a result, a total of 222 overlapping DEGs and 12 mostly overlapping DEGs were identified. Key Piezo1-related genes, such as Lcn2, Dkk3, Obscn, and Tnnt1, were identified, and pathways, such as Wnt/β-catenin and PI3k-Akt, were also identified. Phase filtering is a key issue in interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) applications, such as deformation monitoring and topographic mapping. The accuracy of the deformation and terrain ...height is highly dependent on the quality of phase filtering. Researchers are committed to continuously improving the accuracy and efficiency of phase filtering. Inspired by the successful application of neural networks in SAR image denoising, in this paper we propose a phase filtering method that is based on deep learning to efficiently filter out the noise in the interferometric phase. In this method, the real and imaginary parts of the interferometric phase are filtered while using a scale recurrent network, which includes three single scale subnetworks based on the encoder-decoder architecture. The network can utilize the global structural phase information contained in the different-scaled feature maps, because RNN units are used to connect the three different-scaled subnetworks and transmit current state information among different subnetworks. The encoder part is used for extracting the phase features, and the decoder part restores detailed information from the encoded feature maps and makes the size of the output image the same as that of the input image. Experiments on simulated and real InSAR data prove that the proposed method is superior to three widely-used phase filtering methods by qualitative and quantitative comparisons. In addition, on the same simulated data set, the overall performance of the proposed method is better than another deep learning-based method (DeepInSAR). The runtime of the proposed method is only about 0.043s for an image with a size of 1024×1024 pixels, which has the significant advantage of computational efficiency in practical applications that require real-time processing.

Low temperature plasma (LTP) is a promising cancer therapy in clinical practice. In this study, dielectric barrier discharge plasma with helium gas was used to generate LTP. Significant increases in ...extracellular and intracellular reactive species were found in lung cancer cells (CALU-1 and SPC-A1) after LTP treatments. Cells viability and apoptosis assays demonstrated that LTP inhibited cells viability and induced cells death, respectively. Moreover, Western blotting revealed that the growth of CALU-1 cells was suppressed by LTP via the VEGF/VEGFR2/RAS/ERK axis for the first time. The results showed that LTP-induced ROS and RNS could inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells via VEGF/VEGFR2/RAS/ERK axis. These findings advance our understanding of the inhibitory mechanism of LTP on lung cancer and will facilitate its clinical application.

With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, work connectivity behaviors are becoming increasingly pervasive, which has gradually attracted extensive attention from scholars and ...practitioners. According to the work-home resource model, we propose a theoretical model that proactive/passive work connectivity behaviors induce family harmony through self-efficacy and ego depletion, and we explore the moderating role of family support in this relationship. Based on survey data collected from 364 questionnaires using a three-wave time-lagged design, the results show that: (1) Proactive work connection behaviors have a negative effect on family harmony; Passive work connection behaviors have a negative effect on family harmony. (2) Self-efficacy plays a suppressing role in the relationship between proactive work connection behaviors and family harmony. (3) Ego depletion plays a mediating role in the relationship between passive work connectivity behaviors and family harmony; (4) Family support not only positively moderates the relationship between proactive work connectivity behaviors and self-efficacy, but also moderates the suppressing effect of proactive work connectivity behaviors on family harmony through self-efficacy; (5) Family support not only negatively moderates the relationship between passive work connectivity behaviors and ego depletion, but also moderates the mediating effect of passive work connectivity behaviors on family harmony through ego depletion. The above results can broaden our understanding of the effect of work connectivity behaviors and provide some inspiration for how to optimize the management strategy of employees' work connectivity behaviors.
Crystallographic dislocation has been well-known to be one of the major causes responsible for the unfavorable carrier dynamics in conventional semiconductor devices. Halide perovskite has exhibited ...promising applications in optoelectronic devices. However, how dislocation impacts its carrier dynamics in the 'defects-tolerant' halide perovskite is largely unknown. Here, via a remote epitaxy approach using polar substrates coated with graphene, we synthesize epitaxial halide perovskite with controlled dislocation density. First-principle calculations and molecular-dynamics simulations reveal weak film-substrate interaction and low density dislocation mechanism in remote epitaxy, respectively. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution atomic force microscopy and Cs-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy unveil the lattice/atomic and dislocation structure of the remote epitaxial film. The controlling of dislocation density enables the unveiling of the dislocation-carrier dynamic relation in halide perovskite. The study provides an avenue to develop free-standing halide perovskite film with low dislocation density and improved carried dynamics.
By integrating the resource accumulation perspective and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, this research explores the impact mechanism of responsible leadership on employees' pro-environmental ...behaviors (EPB). We conducted a survey to collect data from 319 employees in Chinese companies in three waves. Our research found that responsible leadership had significantly positive effect on EPB; employees' perceived organizational support toward the environment (POS-E) and green self-efficacy played a serial multiple mediating role; meanwhile, employees' chronic regulatory focus moderated the relationship between responsible leadership and EPB, with promotion focus strengthening the relationship and prevention focus weakening the relationship. Our findings support the applicability of JD-R model in the field of EPB, enrich the theoretical research on responsible leadership and EPB, and also provide a practical basis for organizations to effectively stimulate EPB and promote sustainable development.
Cultural patterns, through the process of socialization, determine the national identity of a nation and influence the way of thinking, value orientation, and behavior of individuals. In this paper, ...we analyze Japanese values education from the dimensions of “group”, “interpersonal”, and “self”. The information mining algorithm based on web logs is used to establish a correlation matrix of Japanese learners’ values, and the values of Japanese learners are clustered according to the similarity of access subgraphs between the correlation matrices. During the period, the ID3 algorithm is used under the decision tree to eliminate the gap in metric size between clustering subgroups and achieve spatial division of learners’ value types. The three critical dimensions of Japanese values education and their sub-dimensions were empirically analyzed, and the F-values of the three dimensions of values for students of different majors were 0.265, 0.431, and 0.078, respectively, with P-values of 0.05 or higher, so there was no significant difference in the perception of values among students of different majors. In the value analysis of “self” sub-dimension, the descriptive statistics mean prestige, economy, and society values are 4.3592, 4.249, and 3.8696 respectively, which are all above 3. The value of education in Japanese universities is practical.
Large-scale landslide dams triggered by earthquakes or rainfall can cause disasters due to inundation upstream and outburst floods downstream after dam failure. Landslide dams formed by rock/debris ...avalanches are loose in structure and have a lack of stability; thus they are more susceptible to breaking. The morphological and structural features of landslide dams directly depend on the formation process, and greatly affect the dam stability as well as the dam failure modes. This study presents the transportation and deposition characteristics of dry granular flows with grains of mixed sizes during the formation of landslide dams via 3D discrete element method (DEM) simulations, mainly taking into consideration of the influence of the sliding area length, angle and roughness. The results show reverse segregation during grain transportation and deposition processes. The position of the particles forming the initial deposited layers was also reversed. It was found that when the sliding area angle was larger, the crest surface frontal angle and deposit width increased with the increment of the sliding area length. For lower sliding area angles, the deposit width and crest surface frontal angle showed little change. The increase of sliding length and base friction coefficient as well as the decrease of the sliding area angle will enhance the size segregation. As the slope angle increases, the dominant direction of the force chains shifts significantly and the sliding length mainly influences the magnitude of the normal contact force in the other directions. These considerations can contribute to a better understanding of the landslide dam morphology and structure after their formation.
