Prispevek proučuje problematiko spremljanja rezultatov učenja v organizacijskem kontekstu in poskuša ponuditi odgovor na vprašanje, zakaj in kako na organizacijski ravni spremljamo učinkovanje ...načrtovanega učenja na uspešnost. S pomočjo pregleda literature na področju poslovnih ved avtor sistematizira razprave in ugotavlja, da pri tem zaradi kompleksnosti in zahteve po uporabi različnih metodoloških prijemov še vedno obstaja veliko nesoglasij. Kljub temu meni, da je spremljanje nujno, saj je prvi pogoj za identifikacijo pomembnih točk dela, pojasnjuje pričakovanja vodstva do zaposlenih in spodbuja njihovo kreativnost. V sklepu avtor poudarja, da je pri spremljanju treba poznati kontekst organizacije, proces načrtovanega učenja in njegove rezultate pa je treba spremljati večdimenzionalno ter na več ravneh. Pri tem je nujno ohraniti enostavnost izvedbe spremljanja in razumljivost ugotovitev.

Our study was designed as a retrospective cohort one. Data on gender, workplace, vocal load and exposure to risk factors for voice disorders of the patients who had surgery in the 2014-2015 period at the tertiary centre due to benign vocal fold lesions were collected from their clinical records. We compared professional voice users (PVU) to subjects with no vocal load at work (NPVU). The SPSS programme, version 22.0, was used for statistical analysis.
From 2014 to 2015, 103 PVU and 132 NPVU were surgically treated for benign vocal fold lesions. In comparison to the second group, loud speech use was reported significantly more often by PVU (40.8% vs. 14.4%), as was a fast speaking rate (22.3% vs. 9.8%) and additional vocal load outside of the workplace (23.3% vs. 12.9%). The time that had passed between the occurrence of the hoarseness and the surgical treatment did not differ between the groups. The majority of patients were satisfied with the outcome of the operation.
Nearly a half of the operated patients had a considerable vocal load at work. An ENT assessment prior to starting a job as well as priority phoniatric treatment of voice disorders for PVU would significantly reduce the costs of work absences and contribute to a speedier recovery and return to the workplace.
The connection between exertion and the prevalence of low back pain among hospital staff Theoretical background: Low back pain is more frequent in professional groups with a workload and overall ...physical work required. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the exertion on the low back pain prevalence and medical treatment among hospital staff. Methods: The study is based on the meta-analysis study design. The analysis involved research reports published in the last 5 years as original scientific articles in journals included in the international electronic databases CINAHL®, ERIC and MEDLINE, which were focused on exertion impact on low back pain prevalence among adult hospital staff (Mean=34.9 years), with at least 40 units in the sample. Regarding initial and final criteria for inclusion we classified an additional 8 articles. Results: The results showed 61.58% low back prevalence among hospital staff. Physical activity is a factor with an important impact on the low back pain prevalence among hospital staff. 62.5% of analysed studies have confirmed this significant direct positive impact. There are two forms of exertion that are important: physical activity in the leisure time and physical movement at the work place. They both act synergistically. Discussion and conclusion: Low back pain among hospital staff could be prevented with regular exercise, at least twice a week in an organised form, which includes aerobic exercise for increasing body fitness, exercise for trunk muscle strength and back muscle flexibility, educational programs for safe work body postures and safe patient handling and transfers. Further investigations are needed for evaluating the efficiency of the exercise therapeutic program in low back medical treatment. PUBLICATION ABSTRACT

Pismenost na delovnem mestu postaja vse aktualnejsa taka zaradi zahtev, ki jih pred zaposlene postavlja informacijska tehnologija, kakor tudi zaradi novih pristopov k upravljanju delovnega mesta. ...Pojem pismenosti ne vkljucuje več samo branja in pisanja, ampak tudi t. i. nove temeljne spretnosti in kljucne kompetence, ki delavcem omogocajo, da sami upravljajo svoje delo in prevzemajo odgovornost za izboljsevanje produktivnosti ter doseganje organizacijkih ciljev. Zaradi velikega pomena, ki ga obdobje hiperkonkurence pripisuje podatkovno utemeljenemu odlocanju, je raba spretnosti pismenosti pomaknjena tudi v sredisce upravljanja novega delovnega mesta. Pri tem pa kritiki opozarjajo na evidenco, ki kaze, da se tudi ob sodobnih modelih upravljanja v organizacijah se vedno ohranjajo odnosi kontrole in omejene avtonomije delavcev. V takSnem kontekstu imajo lahko celo enostavne aktivnosti pisanja in branja razsirjene implikacije za delavce, kajti njihove pisane besede postajajo 'podatki' v procesu.
Slavko Križman se je kot mladenič odpravil s trebuhom za kruhom. Eno prvih delovnih mest je bilo na platformi v Jadranu. Na njej je bil več mesecev in se nato vračal. Delo na platformi je težko, ...vendar dobro plačano, zato se je odločil zanj.
