With the increasing number of social media and online platforms, sentiment analysis has become an important research object in new fields. This study aims to explore and improve text sentiment ...analysis methods to improve the ability to extract and understand sentiment information in social media data. A public data set called "Sentiment analysis book review on Amazon Kindle" is used, which contains product analyses in the Amazon Kindle store category, with a total of 982,619 records. Through effective data preprocessing, including text cleaning, tokenization, removal of stop words and lemmatization, we are ready for the subsequent development of sentiment analysis models. This study uses natural language processing technology to classify reviews into positive and negative categories, and uses RNN and logistic regression machine learning algorithms for sentiment analysis and comparison. Finally, a basic web application prototype based on FLASK, HTML, CSS and Python was designed, integrating AI models to provide sentiment analysis results and data visualization in real time.
Enhancement of fermentative biohydrogen production was investigated both by treatment of microbial community and optimization of key parameters using the statistical methodology. The effect of ...temperature, initial pH, and feed to microorganisms (F/M) ratios, individually and interactively, on fermentative hydrogen production by mixed cultures was investigated in batch tests and the optimization of fermentative hydrogen production process was conducted by response surface methodology using a Box–Behnken design. The maximum hydrogen yield of 372.90 mL/g glucose was estimated at the temperature of 30.91°C, the initial pH of 8, and the F/M ratio of 0.25. The maximum hydrogen production rate of 6.55 mL/h was estimated at the temperature of 30.03°C, the initial pH of 7.27, and the F/M ratio of 1.79. The maximum substrate consumption efficiency of 98.8% was estimated at the temperature of 30.35 °C, the initial pH of 7.5, and the F/M ratio of 0.25. Total of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) and ethanol were analyzed at the end of all experiments and their changes with operational parameters were investigated. Modified Gompertz equation could describe the progress of cumulative hydrogen production in the batch tests of this study successfully.

Studying bioreactor hydrodynamics under growth conditions holds great significance in the scale-up of plant cell cultures. In this study, a 3D Laser Doppler Anemometer (LDA) system was used to ...measure liquid velocity fields in bubble columns with different nozzle sizes, and their hydrodynamic stresses were calculated by liquid velocity fluctuation components. The magnitude of axial normal Reynolds stress was higher compared to other directions, varying from 2.0Pa to 7.2Pa. The maximum axial normal stress took place near the gas–liquid interface, followed by the sparger where bubbles form and the bulk flow area where bubbles rise, suggesting from a hydrodynamic perspective that cell damage occurs mainly at the gas–liquid interface. Reynolds stresses at the gas–liquid interface increased with decreasing nozzle size of distributor. Taxus cuspidata cultured in bubble columns with larger nozzle sizes showed better performance with respect to cell growth and viability, which matched well with hydrodynamics fluctuation in bubble columns with different nozzle sizes. The correlation of cellular response with hydrodynamics may be helpful in optimizing bioreactor design and scale-up of plant cell culture.

Several key topics in solubility measurement and interpretation are briefly summarized and illustrated with case studies drawing on published solubility determinations as a function of pH. Featured ...are examples of ionizable molecules that exhibit solubility-pH curve distortion from that predicted by the traditionally used Henderson-Hasselbalch equation and possible interpretations for these distortions are provided. The scope is not exhaustive; rather it is focused on detailed descriptions of a few cases. Topics discussed are limitations of kinetic solubility, 'brick-dust and grease-balls,' applications of simulated and human intestinal fluids, supersaturation and the relevance of pre-nucleation clusters and sub-micellar aggregates in the formation of solids, drug-buffer/excipient complexation, hydrotropic solubilization, acid-base 'supersolubilization,' cocrystal route to supersaturation, as well as data quality assessment and solubility prediction. The goal is to highlight principles of solution equilibria - graphically more than mathematically - that could invite better assay design, to result in improved quality of measurements, and to impart a deeper understanding of the underlying solution chemistry in suspensions of drug solids. The value of solid state characterizations is stressed but not covered explicitly in this mini-review.

Various aspects of rain amount and other real-world parameters are taken into account when predicting crop yields and suggesting fertilizer applications. To predict output, the application uses the Flask web framework to store a large number of datasets. The application then creates a link between Random Forest algorithms, Decision Tree algorithms, and XGBoost algorithms. This work focuses on crops that are significant in the area chosen. Based on soil fertility and weather data, the proposed model predicts crop type. The type of fertilizer to use for the chosen crop should be determined. Predict crop yields using a fertilizer calculator and estimate the economic impact of cultivation by calculating the amount of fertilizer needed.
In recent years, commercial insurers have faced many cases of fraud in all types of claims. Fraud claims have been huge in amount and can cause serious problems. As a result, various organizations ...that are private or public, including the government, work to identify and prevent fraudulent activities. One of the most prevalent forms of fake insurance claims is related to the auto industry, which are often made through false accident claims. This project aims to solve this problem by developing a machine learning model that uses insurance claim datasets to detect and classify fraud and false claims from the legitimate ones. The project will use the Python PySpark library and the Random Forest Classifying algorithm to label and rank claims and compare their performance using metrics such as soft accuracy, precision, recall and confusion matrix.

There is a significant need for therapies to enhance healing in large skeletal defects because there exist over 1 million cases each year of patients requiring bone graft procedures to correct such ...defects1. These defects can arise for a variety of reasons including trauma, congenital deformity, and tumor resection and thus exist in a wide range of shapes, sizes, and functional locations. The most successful of current treatments for large bone defects is autologous bone graft. This therapy is attractive because there is no risk of immune rejection to the transplanted tissue; however, there are two major drawbacks associated with this procedure. First, there is a limited supply of donor bone, which is harvested primarily from the trabecular bone of the iliac crest, or from a whole rib or fibula. Thus, there may not be enough donor tissue for proper shape reconstruction of the defect that can also support the necessary mechanical load during healing.2 Second, autologous bone graft therapies are associated with a risk of morbidity at the donor site which was healthy to begin with. Due to these issues, there is a need for alternative strategies to bone healing that allow exact shape reconstruction, are mechanically strong, and are biocompatible in both the short and long term. To this end, bone tissue engineering has evolved as a practical method of regenerating large bony defects.

The increase in the world's population is forcing a shift towards smart agricultural practices. This, together with dwindling natural resources, limited availability of arable land and increasing ...unpredictable weather conditions, makes food security a major concern for most countries. As a result, the use of Internet of Things (IoT), ToIP and data analytics (DA) are helping to improve operational efficiency and productivity in the agricultural sector. There is a paradigm shift from the use of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) as a major driver of smart agriculture to the use of IoT and DA. In this article, we are going to couple the robustness of connected objects with IP telephony (the SIP protocol) to set up a system allowing an agronomist to consult but also to be informed about the state of the soil of his plants in moisture matter. He does not have to be present in the field but simply have his phone to check the condition of the soil in the plants. He will dial a number and the system will communicate the water level in the ground to him and he can make decisions. In case he does not consult for a certain time and the ground level reaches a defined value, the system sends him an alert by automatic call and a channel will communicate to him the state of the garden soil, he can in turn call his sensible gardener will water to restore the condition of the soil to normal.
