Abstract This research endeavors to comprehensively explore the sorption dynamics of dyes from aqueous solutions utilizing a graphene oxide‐chitin (GO‐chitin) biosorbent. The investigation ...systematically evaluates the influence of key parameters, including temperature, pH, duration of contact, and initial dye doses, on the sorption efficiency of the biosorbent. Results obtained indicated that at acidic pH range, the dye removal efficacy was more than 80% for methyl orange and Remazol Brilliant Blue. Maximum removal efficacy was achieved within the 30 min of adsorption studies. Notably, the study underscores the remarkable adsorption capacity of GO‐chitin, varies in the range of 75% and 95%, for all three dyes, positioning it as a highly promising material for the remediation of polluted aquatic environments. The adsorption follows pseudo‐second‐order kinetics and Freundlich isotherm. These findings contribute valuable insights into the potential application of GO‐chitin as an effective biosorbent in the context of wastewater treatment, emphasizing its role in addressing environmental challenges associated with dye contamination in aqueous systems.

The application will also recommend different games, music, and movies as per the user's interest. Developing software on which the first user can log in or register himself. Then the user will be asked about his interests, we will be providing some options like Action, Adventure, Animation, Comedy, Crime, Documentary, Drama, Family, Fantasy, History, Horror, Suspense, Romance, Sci-Fi, TV Movies, Thriller, War, and more. As per the user's interest, he will be able to see people with similar interests globally and can make them friends and can join them in virtual groups. The virtual groups will be recommending movies and music as per the common interest (which they have selected at the start of the project) of all the people in the group so everyone can enjoy with each other similar interests. The users will be given the feature to chat and talk with the members of the group while watching movies or playing games.

A face recognition-based automatic attendance scheme requires the deployment of a system to address the shortcomings of traditional manual attendance. It can also be used as an access control system ...by registering an organization's personnel or students with their faces, and then recognizing them by taking their photos with faces and marking their attendance in the database. The face recognition module is built upon the dataset "labelled faces in the wild" which got an accuracy 99%. While observing the face recognizer it is concluded that the less number of faces can be recognized very accurately and in less time. Open-CV is an open-source image processing package that can be used in a variety of applications. Flask is a python-based web application micro-framework enabling easy app management. The system is built using the Python Open-CV module and a Flask web application. It begins by detecting faces in images captured from a web camera and comparing them to images of pupils who have previously been enrolled. New users or students can register by providing accurate information and a photograph. A member's existing information can be managed by an administrator. The web application may retrieve detailed attendance reports for a class on a certain date from the database. For quick access, this system will combine face recognition technology with an automated web application system.

To ...determine effective marketing policies and strategies, it is necessary to predict and understand customer desires. Predicting customer behavior when making purchases can have significant implications, including providing more targeted and efficient advertising to increase sales. This study aims to analyze the ability to predict prospective customers' purchasing behavior using deep learning and pre-trained models. The data for this analysis was collected through follow-up with prospective customers by sales personnel and processed using techniques such as text embedding with FastText and BERT, followed by training with FastText, BERT, and BiLSTM. The results showed that the FastText model achieved the highest performance, with an accuracy value of 94.19%, an AUC value of 92.03%, and 94.28% precision. The model was then implemented into a web application using the Flask framework.
The methylotrophic yeast Pichia pastoris can be used to express recombinant genes at high levels under the control of the methanol-inducible alcohol oxidase 1 (AOX1) promoter. Accurate regulation of ...the methanol concentration in P. pastoris cultures is necessary to maintain induction, while preventing accumulation of methanol to cytotoxic levels. We developed an inexpensive methanol sensor that uses a gas-permeable silicone rubber tube immersed in the culture medium and an organic solvent vapor detector. The sensor was used to monitor methanol concentration continuously throughout a fed-batch shake-flask culture of a P. pastoris clone producing the N-lobe of human transferrin. The sensor calibration was stable for the duration of the culture and the output signal accurately reflected the methanol concentration determined off-line by HPLC. A closed-loop control system utilizing this sensor was developed and used to maintain a 0.3% (v/v) methanol concentration in the culture. Use of this system resulted in a fivefold increase in volumetric protein productivity over levels obtained using the conventional fed-batch protocol

Biosynthesis of lovastatin (a polyketide metabolite of Aspergillus terreus) in bioreactors of different working volume was studied to indicate how the change of scale of the process influences the ...formation of this metabolite. The experiments conducted in shake flasks of 150 ml working volume allowed to obtain lovastatin titres at the level of 87.5 mg LOV l-1, when two carbon sources, namely lactose and glycerol were used. The application of the same components in a large stirred-tank bioreactor of 5.3-litre working volume caused a decrease of lovastatin production by 87% compared to the shake flask culture. The deficiency of nitrogen in this bioreactor did not favour the formation of lovastatin, in contrast to the small bioreactor of 1.95-litre working volume, in which lovastatin titres comparable to those in the shake flasks could be achieved, when organic nitrogen concentration was two-fold decreased. When the control of pH and/or pO2 was used simultaneously, an increase in lovastatin production was observed in the bioreactors. However, these results were still slightly lower than lovastatin titres obtained in the shake flasks.

Public transport is crowded, and with increasing demand, we must find a balance between space and allocated resources to meet the needs of residents. The BEST is the second largest mass transit ...system in Mumbai along the network of suburban trains and ferries, However, problems such as an irregular bus schedule and overcrowding are still faced.With the rapid development of technology such as informat ion, AI/ ML, and communication in recent years, it is becoming increasingly possible to improve the efficiency of conventional transportation systems through the application of advanced technologies. In general, most of the available passenger counting systems consist of sensors and counters to count the number of passengers on public transport but this system might give inaccurate counting. To overcome the highlighted issues, this paper proposes an automatic passenger counting system by using a deep-learning algorithm to count the number of passengers in the bus. The proposed system provides accurate and up-to-date headcount estimates. This headcount is further reflected in the android application along with several other features like Bus number, the route, and location of the bus. The passenger gets information whether the bus is crowded or not, making the journey comfortable. This approach has the potential to revolutionize the way that bus headcount data is analyzed, providing insights into passenger behavior, and enabling optimized resource allocation for bus operators.
Neural Style Transfer (NST) is an influential technique in the field of deep learning that combines the content of one image with the style of another, resulting in visually impressive compositions. ...By utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) such as VGG19, a well-known pretrained model that excels at extracting advanced characteristics from images, NST algorithms may efficiently isolate and merge content and style representations. This project aims to create a user-friendly Neural Style Transfer (NST) application. The frontend of the program will be constructed using React, enabling users to easily upload their content and style images. Next, the user can initiate the process of neural style transfer by clicking on the style transfer button. The computational process of style transfer is managed by a backend system that utilizes Celery, a distributed task queue, and Redis, an in-memory data structure store. This architectural design allows for effective asynchronous execution of style transfer activities, assuring the ability to handle large workloads while maintaining scalability and responsiveness. Our NST application combines advanced deep learning algorithms with modern web development technology to make artistic creativity accessible to everyone. Users may effortlessly produce compelling visual compositions with just a few clicks. Our website provides a smooth and entertaining experience for both beginners and expert users, whether they want to turn regular photos into works of art resembling famous styles or explore innovative combinations. The proposed NST application combines state-of-the-art algorithms with a user-friendly interface, making powerful AI-driven creativity accessible to everyone.
