Together with its partners, Szolnok College is planning to evaluate a new project for networking on the utilization of local natural resources. This project is based on a research work (using the ...findings of the surveys completed by the representatives of hosts living in the eastern part of Hungary). The project itself is based on the adaptation of the theory of tourism into practice by presenting existing natural values in the supply portfolio of tourist service providers. A unique natural environment can be found alongside a 120 km-long stretch of River Tisza. These natural values interlink and complete each other with respect to Lake Tisza and River Tisza. Regions and settlements situated further from the specified settlements are also rich in natural values which guests will definitely be pleased to get acquainted with. The six landscape centres (including LHH regions) alongside river Tisza (in the two regions) symbolise the interdependent system of the sample area of the project while a single landscape centre in the Pásztó Minor Region embodies a unique character. A register will be prepared for each landscape centre containing unique natural values that can be involved in the tourist supply and handicraft/economic activities (e.g. basket weaving, floodplain economy) that are or can be built on these natural values. A pictorial English/German-Hungarian professional dictionary summarises the distinctive nature of landscape centres. The education material demonstrating the registers is going to be developed both in conventional and electronic form; its spatial IT appearance on the Internet is considered a special feature. The education material will be supplemented with other information currently missing such as those related to environmentally friendly economy, and the legal context. The methodology allows the adaptation of the method in other regions, even in the whole country. The new qualifying and benchmarking system and the trademark managed by a profession-specific cluster that strengthens network co-operation and controls the development guarantee the achievement of high quality tourism.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the advantages and limitations of employing perspectives of observation in an educational evaluation of artistic play activities by conducting such of the ...lower grades of elementary school. The author examined second graders comprehensively by conducting an analysis employing perspectives of observation as the coding method and a quasi-episode description. The results revealed that perspectives of observation have a function of securing the construct validity of learning content. Teachers’ views are broadened and they become aware of the outcomes, problems, and potentialities of their learners. However, it was not sufficient to support children’s logic, which may be considered the origin of artistic play activities. In conjunction with phenomenological methods, it is imperative to develop measures that create hypothetical structures.
In order to achieve SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), from the stage of elementary school, the children have to increase their motivation of energy and environmental education and work on the ...practice of energy and environment conscious behavior, otherwise ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) in the higher education institution cannot be put into practice. In this study, for the elementary school students, the possibility of improving awareness of energy and environmental issues and performing their conscious behavior was investigated by manufacturing the wind car. As a result, it was clear that the students not only became interested in energy and environmental issues, but also actually tended to perform their conscious behavior. And they came to work independently, responsibly, cooperatively and decisively.
The concept of Britishness - and its constituent facets - has, over the past decade, come increasingly to the fore. In particular, this can be seen in the politically and socially engaging debates ...surrounding the Scottish Referendum in 2014. It is an idea - manifested both physically and cognitively - that every Briton is aware of and engages with to a greater or lesser extent. Thus, the concept of Britishness is extremely current and crosses cultural, political and socio-economic boundaries. Nevertheless, Britishness is a challenging term to define and explore, given its tremendously wide-ranging nature and dynamic, personally shaped characteristics. Considering historical ideas of Britishness, however, can enhance the understanding of national identity in the modern world. This volume does just that by gathering together original academic essays that explore the expression and understanding of Britishness in literature, philosophy, music, historical documents, art and design. Each contribution offers a detailed investigation of primary material, including architecture, furniture, historical literature, plays and sermons, and marketing. As a collection, ideas are marshalled to reveal a rich tapestry of Britishness and its forging.
Between 2020 to mid-2022,the world economy was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Maintaining operations during a global crisis was extremely difficult for small and medium enterprises, ...especially in handicraft sectors. Entrepreneurs who do not have crisis management strategies in place, risk having their businesses shut down unexpectedly. Hence, the researchers aimed to understand and analyze the determinants of microenterprises (Handicraft sector) shutdown and exit strategies during the pandemic. This study utilized a descriptive research design, and registered microenterprises in India were purposively selected in the areas of Cavite. The findings of the study revealed that the majority of the microenterprises were sole proprietors that had been in operation for 2 to 5 years and had a capitalization of less than INR 500,000.00. Consequently, the respondents' most common problems in managing the enterprise were limitations on direct marketing which also involved bill payments, adoption of the online platform, and work-from-home setup. Most of the determinants of problems that led to business failure during the pandemic were obstacles in the realignment of their respective goals owing to the pandemic, their ability to pay operational expenses, difficulties in product innovation, and their failure to react to the changes in the business environment. Exit strategies used by microenterprises included declaring bankruptcy, refinancing, and selling the business to family or friends. Finally, the researchers recommended crisis-sensitive interventions among the small industries (Handicraft sector) entrepreneurs which involve national government provisions of financial safety nets, retooling, and training of pandemic-sensitive enterprise strategies for micro-entrepreneurs, especially in the handicraft sector and also study the impact of lockdown on MSME.
