The second part is dedicated to the presentation of educational equipment produced by ASTI Automation Bucharest. The last part presents an example of the design elements necessary for the realization of a pneumatic automatic system: designing and testing the system structure and PLC programming for a didactic application.

This paper introduces a fuel gas odorizing equipment based on Siemens LOGO!. The odorizing equipment is mainly composed of detector, Siemens LOGO!, the actuator and the gas leak alarm system. This ...equipment is an overall controlling and monitoring system for the process of gas odorizing. In the design, the automatic control and monitoring system is composed of the upper computer and Siemens LOGO! according to the actual working conditions of different projects. Using Siemens LOGO! as the main component of hardware equipment, we have designed the hardware structure and the software program of data collection, action execution and interrupt.
To reduce the cost of products, the world is always striving to unveil the latest inventions that transform human lives. Automatic shrinking and sorting of finished products has brought a radical ...change in the industrial process. It has added a new dimension in the section of sorting process along with shrinking rather than analog processing which is done by PLC i.e. Programmable Logic controller. The system we have invented which is the combination of two individual processes successfully integrated into one system. On the beginning of the process shrinking is done through the hot chamber and later different sized products get separated into the different conveyer to go to market finally. The PLC we have used Siemens Logo which is programmed with comport version 7.0 software. The system has been run successfully as expectation. The industrial finished section will be benefited through this project by reducing time, cost and labors. One prototype is done for testing the system flexibility.
To upgrade safety and reliability of Self-cleanout Control System for Air Filter, the Siemens programmable logic controller LOGO! was introduced, then the Self-cleanout Control of multi-Air Filter ...was realized. The actual applications get better results.
