Drawing from more than 8,500 data sources that include epidemiological studies, disease registers, and notifications systems, Global Burden of Disease and Risk Factors incorporates information from more than 10,000 datasets relating to population health and mortality, representing one of the largest syntheses of global information on population health to date.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa mengenai materi statiska menurut teori bruner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian ...kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XII IPA 3 di SMA Negeri 2 Klari dengan jumlah 22 siswa dengan tahap awal pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal uraian materi stastistika dan instrumen non tes berupa angket. Selanjutnya tahap kedua yaitu pengambilan 3 subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana masing-masing subjek mewakili kategori kemampuan komunikasi tinggi, sedang, dan rendah berdasarkan hasil tes dan non tes. 3 subjek diambil untuk dikaji lebih dalam terkait kemampuan komunikasi matematis dalam menyelesaikan soal menurut proses kognitif bruner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang diterangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu peneliti melakukan reduksi data, menyajikan data, kemudian membuat kesimpulan mengacu pada jawaban rumusan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kemampuan komunikasi siswa menurut teori bruner masih rendah menuju sedang, pada tahap informasi siswa rata-rata mampu menuliskan informasi yang didapat dari soal artinya siswa mampu mengkomunikasikan apa yang diketahui dan apa yang ditanyakan soal walaupun sebagian siswa melewatkan tahap ini. Pada tahap transformasi, kebanyakan siswa tidak bisa mengkomunikasikan atau menjelaskan secara tulisan strategi penyelesaian soal walaupun informasi yang didapat sudah benar. Pada tahap akhir evaluasi dikarenakan kesalahan strategi penyelesaian maka hasil evaluasinya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.
Opportunity theory is a branch of mathematics concerned with opportunities, analysis of random phenomena. The main objects of opportunity theory are random variables, stochastic processes, and ...events: a non-deterministic mathematical abstraction of measurable events or quantities that can be either single events or develop over time in seemingly random modes. If individual coins throw or dice rolls are considered random events, then if repeated sequences of random events will show certain patterns, which can be learned and predicted. Two representative mathematical results illustrating such patterns are the laws of large numbers and the central limit theorem. As a mathematical basis for statistics, probability theory is important for many human activities that involve quantitative analysis of large sets of data. The method of opportunity theory also applies to complex system descriptions given only partial knowledge of their country, as in statistical mechanics. A great discovery of twentieth-century physics is the nature of probability of physical phenomena on the atomic scale, described in quantum mechanics.
This study aims to develop an interactive digital module using Learning Management System (LMS) application with moodle during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is ...research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model that consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study show that interactive digital modules for applied statistics courses are suitable for use as learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic based on validation results by learning media experts, material experts, lecturers, and students.
The purpose of this research is to develop learning media in the form of videos using the sparkol videoscribe application which is appropriate to help the mathematics learning process in statistics ...material. This research method uses development research with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) but the researchers only use three stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. The instruments used in this study were interview guidelines and validation sheets consisting of material expert validation sheets, media expert validation and linguist validation. Data analysis using descriptive statistics in the form of calculating the average score. Based on the results of the study, an assessment of the videoscribe media from the material expert assessment obtained a valid category with a percentage of 91.87%. The media expert's assessment got a valid category with a percentage of 93.35%. The assessment of linguists is in the valid category with a percentage of 93.74%. From these results, the developed videoscribe media is in the valid category so that the videoscribe learning media can be used in the classroom.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita statistika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian ...deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 20 siswa kelas IX SMPN 4 Pujon yang dipilih melalui hasil siswa mengerjakan soal matematika. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni memberikan soal cerita statistika kepada 20 siswa kemudian melakukan analisis data dengan melihat kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa berdasarkan indikatornya. Kemudian mengelompokkan siswa menjadi tiga yang terdiri dari kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis tinggi, kemampuan sedang, dan kemampuan rendah. Hasil pada penelitian ini yakni satu siswa mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi kategori sedang yang mana menuliskan jawaban kurang tersruktur. Empat siswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis kategori rendah yang menjawab soal tidak tersruktur dan menulis notasi matematika secara kurang tepat. Sebanyak 15 siswa memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis kategori tinggi yang memenuhi semua indikator komunikasi. This study aims to describe students' written mathematical communication in working on statistical story questions. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class IX at SMPN 4 Pujon who were selected through the results of the students working on math problems. The technique used for data collection in this study was to provide statistical story questions to 20 students then analyze the data by looking at the students' written mathematical communication skills based on the indicators. Then group the students into three which consist of high written mathematical communication skills, moderate abilities, and low abilities. The results of this study were that one student had a moderate category of communication skills which wrote less structured answers. Four students have low category mathematical communication skills who answer unstructured questions and write mathematical notations incorrectly. A total of 15 students have high category written mathematical communication skills that meet all communication indicators.
The purpose of this research is to develop learning media in the form of a Statistics Module with a Problem Based Learning (PBL) approach. The Statistics module uses the PBL approach, which is an ...approach that provides support for developing students’ skills in solving problems in statistics courses due to create enjoyable learning and make students more active than lecturers in the class, not lecturer center anymore. The results of the research conducted in this study are PBL-based statistics course modules (mean, median, and mode) which in the future will be used by students of the Informatics Management Study Program – Academy of Computer Sciences Ternate. The advantage of the PBL-based Statistics module that is used as teaching material is that it makes it easier for students to solve problems in statistics courses and make them more interested in learning them. The PBL-based statistical learning module used as a learning medium can be declared feasible to use based on the results of expert validation and the results of small group module trials. Expert validation is carried out by 2 (two) experts with very appropriate, appropriate, adequate, or inadequate assessment categories. All experts (both) assess if 100% of the module is included in the very feasible category. Whereas for small-scale field trials, 75% of respondents stated that the module was in the very feasible category and 25% of respondents said the module was in the feasible category.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang implementasi e-learning berbasis Moodle berupa website dalam matakuliah Statistika program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer. Sistem ...e-learning ini dirancang untuk diimpelementasikan pada semua matakuliah yang ada pada program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, sehingga membantu kegiatan perkuliahan. Sebagai pengembangan awal, sistem e- learning ini diuji coba pada matakuliah statistika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) menurut Sugiyono (2010). Subyek penelitian yaitu dosen statistika dan mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan Statistika ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Data yang diambil adalah kelayakan dari segi materi dan media melalui angket, dan tanggapan mahasiswa melalui angket. Tanggapan ahli menunjukkan e-learning berbasis Moodle sangat baaik dari segi media dan bagus dari segi materi. Hasil angket tanggapan siswa pada uji coba skala kecil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media e-learning berbasis Moodle. Produk final e-learning berbasis Moodle berisi modul, video, ppt, chat, kelas virtual dan forum diskusi. Berbagai konten dan fasilitas yang dimiliki e-learning yang dikembangkan membuat pembelajaran Sistem Gerak menjadi lebih menarik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-learning berbasis Moodle sesuai dan layak diterapkan pada matakuliah Statistika.
