Clinical decision-making may be directly impacted by wearable application. Some people think that wearable technologies, such as patient rehabilitation outside of hospitals, could boost patient care ...quality while lowering costs. The big data produced by wearable technology presents researchers with both a challenge and an opportunity to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques on these data. By establishing new healthcare service systems, it is possible to organise diverse information and communications technologies into service linkages. This includes emerging smart systems, cloud computing, social networks, and enhanced sensing and data analysis techniques. The characteristics and features of big data, the significance of big data analytics in the healthcare industry, and a discussion of the effectiveness of several machine learning algorithms employed in big data analytics served as our conclusion.
Cardiac imaging allows physicians to view the structure and function of the heart to detect various heart abnormalities, ranging from inefficiencies in contraction, regulation of volumetric input and ...output of blood, deficits in valve function and structure, accumulation of plaque in arteries, and more. Commonly used cardiovascular imaging techniques include x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), echocardiogram, and positron emission tomography (PET)/single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). More recently, even more tools are at our disposal for investigating the heart's physiology, performance, structure, and function due to technological advancements. This review study summarizes cardiac imaging techniques with a particular interest in MRI and CT, noting each tool's origin, benefits, downfalls, clinical application, and advancement of cardiac imaging in the near future.
Many people now-a-days are facing amputation in their early 20's or 30's, mainly because of lack of awareness regarding quality measures to be used while mining process in coal mines or in various ...industries. Different types of amputees has to tackle different day-to-day problems. Majority of amputees lies under people who have lost their arms or legs or sometimes both during military conflicts. There are various types of prosthesis available in market across globe for physically challenged people who have lost their arm or legs, to give them a support system for uplifting their spirit.
“analyzability” and “variability” and this differentiation affecting on human resource practices. This paper uses “Charles pro’s four type of technologies: Repetitive, Engineering, non-repctitive and ...artifacts in order to explanting HRM practices. Therefore four major industries and 50 tasks based on its “analyzability”, and “variability selected. 'Then, two type of questionnaires were designed and distributed between 180 managers, results showed that “variability of tasks” affected reward and control modes and “analyzability of tasks” affecting on human resource planning horizon and rewards modes.
Human visual and auditory systems have been evolving through the long history of human being and have attained very high performance. However, artificial systems for those are often poorer in ...performance despite of remarkable progress in their efficiency. In order to construct artificial systems with high performance such as human visual and auditory systems, it is necessary to elucidate the mechanisms of human visual and auditory systems. In order to investigate the characteristics of human visual and auditory advanced information processing, the authors have measured the advanced function of human brain related with the calculation processing. In this study, to construct the tasks measuring the ability of human calculation information processing, the characteristics of the visual and the auditory calculation information processing were measured with using the mental arithmetic problems as the visual and the auditory stimuli by psychological experiment. Furthermore, activated areas of human brain related with the calculation processing were also measured by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Based on the measurement results, the authors discuss the difference between the visual and the auditory calculation information processing. The results of psychological experiment and fMRI will be significant the mechanism of visual and auditory information processing and to construct artificial systems.

U opisima razvoja zbivanja u prirodi od trenutka prapraska koriste se pojmovi ‘energija’ i ‘materija’. Sustavnosno, tim opisima nedostaje treća sastavnica svakog sustava – informacija.
proizvodne tehnike). U budućnosti je moguć revolucionarni ...razvoj
materijala na subatomskoj razini n-1. Naprotiv, jednom razvijene
proizvodne postupke i proizvode moguće je samo usavršavati.

Based on fractal analysis of the past and future of general technology, the prediction of future development of materials technology (materialtechnology and production technology) will be possible. The development of material technology can be revolutionary on the subatomic level. The development of the existing production procedures and products can be only innovative.
Purpose
Congenital HCMV infection affects about 0.5–0.9 % of newborns in Europe. Primary prevention could effectively be implemented in screening programmes for couples treated for infertility. By ...supplying epidemiological data, the proportion of women susceptible to primary HCMV infection is estimated.
Methods
Retrospective evaluation of HCMV IgG of couples with recurrent implantation failure in German IVF programmes referred to a tertiary immunological centre for lymphocyte immunotherapy in 2002 (727 couples) and 2012 (294 male partners only).
Results
HCMV seroprevalence was 45 % in women and 33 % in men of childbearing age in 2002 and has not declined any further in the male group (34 %) in 2012. It was higher in women (39.8 %) than in males (28.0 %) of German descent (
p
< 0.00001). Most couples were concordantly seropositive (20.5 %) or negative (41.8 %). Discordant partnerships comprised of seropositive women with negative partners (24.6 %) and seronegative women with positive partners (13.1 %).
Conclusions
More than 50 % of the women are HCMV seronegative and may benefit from primary prevention. About one fourth of them live with a seropositive partner. Risks to contract HCMV via the sexual route in a long-term discordant partnership may be very low, and the advice of protective safer sex methods in this group of prospective parents is critical since it leads to a conflict of interests.
