Abstract Background 177Lu-radiopharmaceuticals are routinely used for the treatment of various tumor entities. The productions of radiopharmaceuticals follow strict good-manufacturing practice ...guidelines and synthesis optimizations thereof have a strong impact on e.g. the quality of the product, radiation safety and costs. The purpose of this study is to optimize the precursor load of three radiopharmaceuticals. For that, different precursor loads were evaluated and compared to previously reported findings. Results All three radiopharmaceuticals were successfully synthesized in high radiochemical purities and yields on the ML Eazy. The precursor load was optimized for 177LuLu-FAPI-46 from 27.0 to 9.7 µg/GBq, for 177LuLu-DOTATOC from 11 to 10 µg/GBq and for 177LuLu-PSMA-I&T from 16.3 to 11.6 µg/GBq. Conclusions We successfully reduced the precursor load for all three radiopharmaceuticals while maintaining their quality.
Every modern business system tends to a reduction of production and management costs. There are many ways of upgrading and automatization however most common is introducing Business Process ...Management. Although BPM is a holistic approach to optimizing and automating business processes from start to finish, this article represents Robotic Process Automation as a new form of workflow automation technology. From the construction of a consistent overview that allow the comparative analysis of the methodologies, to select the one that suits better its specificities it can be verified that, although they share the same objective, each notation has its specific characteristics. According to those representational analyses, the introduction methodology of the robotic solution technique is represented within the framework of a logistic business process. The author provides the work with a detailed description of BPM and RPA models integration highlighting their main features. Along with that, the literature analysis was conducted to define the problems of the logistic business automatization’s current condition. The paper is a consequent comparison of BPM and RPA, especially in logistic systems. The author provides methodological recommendations on the adoption of management and automation tools in logistic systems.
This paper is a combined and edited version of two oral presentations by the authors in 2016, under the titles "A case which challenges the neuropsychoanalytic theory of repression" (at the Arnold ...Pfeffer Center for Neuropsychoanalysis of the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute) and "Examination of the repression-as-premature-automatization hypothesis, using a psychoanalytic case presentation" (at the 17th International Neuropsychoanalysis Congress, Chicago). The aim of these meetings was to provide analytic material to see if Solms's neuropsychoanalytic theory of repression as premature automatization, and the related conceptualization of transference interpretation as reconsolidation of memory, could be used to characterize therapeutic action in an analytic case in a new way. If this proved to be possible, then this could have technical implications for the practicing analyst.

Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) data are typically pre-processed involves the manual screening method. However, this methodology heavily depends on the interpreter's expertise, potentially leading to ...concerns regarding decreased detection efficiency, limited automation, and sluggish processing speeds. This study introduces an automated processing approach using image denoising techniques. It involves deriving binary images from raw SLR point cloud data, employing a median filter to remove noisy data, and generating SLR normal points automatically for accurate and efficient data processing. Theoretical and experimental results reveal that the proposed method exhibits an efficient echo data recognition rate exceeding 80%, while maintaining a low misdetection rate of 1% or less. The proposed method offers a superior alternative to manual screening, capable of processing SLR data in batches, which fulfilling the future need for efficient automation and management of massive SLR datasets.

The development of grain storage warehouses has low high-tech coverage because of the special features of grain products. Traditional grain warehouses are facing problems including limited land ...resources, increased labor costs, and poorer health indicators. Accompanied by the development of information technology and the Internet of Things, automated three-dimensional warehouses have been widely used in industry with the advantages of unmanned, informationized, intensive, high-speed and seamless. In the field of grain warehousing, the finished grain three-dimensional warehouse based on mechatronics, automation, control and logistics is expected to solve the problem of grain warehousing. The traditional grain storage industry will be driven by new technology to ensure national food security.
Furosemide drug determination in pharmaceutical and biological urine samples using a novel continuous flow-injection analysis technique that is simple, rapid, sensitive and economical. The complex ...formed by the reaction of furosemide and O-phenylenediamine with oxidative agent K3Fe(CN)6 to produce an orange-yellow colored product at 460 nm was the basis for the proposed method. The proposed method’s linearity ranges (3-100) μg.mL-1and (1-50) μg.mL-1 for CFIA/merging zone methods and batch .The detection limit and Limit of quantification values were 2.7502 μg.mL-1 and 9.1697 μg.mL-1 the relative standard deviation was 0.7143 %, and the average recovery is 98.80% with a verified sample throughput of 73 h-1 . The new approach was effectively employed to determination of furosemide the presence of in the pure, biological, and pharmaceutical samples.
Sample preparation is crucial for reliable and confident analytical methods, ensuring selective enrichment, clean-up, and removal of matrix interferents. However, it often involves labor-intensive, ...error-prone procedures. Automation of sample preparation improves throughput, precision, and accuracy while reducing health risks associated with hazardous chemicals or biological agents. Robotic systems and on-flow techniques are two common approaches for automating sample preparation in chromatography and mass spectrometry. Robotic systems are versatile automation platforms with mobile parts for performing chemical operations. Many commercial solutions are currently available, and open-source prototyping enables the affordable development and implementation of lab robots. On-flow techniques encompass a variety of strategies based on pumps and valves, with column-switching being particularly effective for the direct injection of raw samples and the online integration of extraction/preconcentration and separation stages. This review provides an update on the latest advances in sample preparation automation, introduces and explains the main automation strategies, highlights selected applications, and outlines their scope and limitations. Recent advancements in the use of robots and on-flow techniques in the automation of sample preparation for analyzing organic compounds via liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry are discussed, including applications, limitations, and future trends.
