In this paper, we developed a resilient streamline optimization method for the baby carriage in a subway station based on a video evaluation system and the simulation approach. Yolov5 algorithm is ...adopted to detect the streamline of the baby carriages visually. According to the movement characteristics of the baby carriage, the detected streamlines are evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from resilient aspects. Finally, a digital-twin simulation model, including all the facilities and people in the subway station, is built in AnyLogic to access the current streamlines of baby carriages. A feasible optimization scheme is given based on the evaluation and simulation results. The case studies of Zhuguang Road Station of Shanghai subway Line 13 are executed. Different situations are tested and simulated. More resilient streamlines for baby carriages are designed. The results showed that this approach could effectively optimize the streamlines for baby carriages.
The ergonomics of transport is a topic widely described in the literature. One of the fields of ergonomics that researchers are engaged in is vibrometry (both laser and accelerometry) of travel and ...its translation into NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness). However, so far, the influence of baby carriage movement on the generated vibrations has not been described in more detail. The topic seems to be particularly important considering occurrence of vibrations with significant amplitudes, whose frequency range can have a direct bearing on the resonance frequencies of the child’s internal organs. The article presents the results of research consisting in the measurement of vibrations to which an infant, lying in two different types of prams, may be exposed when being transported on different surfaces. The author’s measurement system, based on accelerometry, was used for the research. The obtained weighted RMS acceleration values not only exceeded human comfort level in all cases (according to ISO standard) but several times were in the range of the highest discomfort (>2 m/s2). Furthermore, the observed vibration frequency range (≈0 ÷ 32 Hz) coincided with the frequencies of free vibration of organs and parts of the child’s body.
The presented contribution is based onresearch materials of a defended master’s thesis. It deals with the issue of defining the term “superstition”and subsequently presents its own research, which is ...focused on the superstition thatwarns against buying a stroller before the birth ofa child. The research uses discussion forums fromfive countries – the Czech Republic, Slovakia,Poland, Austria and Germany. The theoreticalfoundation for the research methodology consistsof cyberanthropology, a scientific discipline whichinvestigates cyberculture. This study shows when wheelchairs and baby carriages begin to move at a gentle slope in a certain angle of inclination. We used a swing road to experiment with wheelchairs and baby carriages for an ...angle of inclination to see when they begin to move. Results of Experiment: 1. Wheelchairs and baby carriages will not move if the frame sat down cross position from incline. 2. If the frame is moved in the direction of the incline, the angle of 1-2 degrees begins the wheelchair to move downward and 2-3 degrees for baby carriage.
In order to solve problems and modify design deficiencies in safety testing of baby carriages, a new collision and impact test machine is designed. Force and movement are analyzed by physical ...modeling of the test machine. The use of virtual prototyping technology to simplify the testing machine model and velocity, acceleration parameters and energy loss diagrams of measured object are obtained by dynamic simulation of the test machine model. The analysis results are obtained by comparative simulation of group data which show error of the test machine on collision velocity and impact energy fully meet the requirements of domestic and international testing standards and much lower than error of traditional experimental methods. The experimental method is verified feasibility and advanced in theory and provides a theoretical basis for developing the test machine.

In this paper, a smart baby carriage control system is designed with STC89C52RC microcontroller as the control core. Smart baby carriage measures the information of the surrounding obstacles and the ...guardian by photoelectric sensor and ultrasonic sensor to realizing the anti-collision and automatic following of the baby carriage. The position of the baby and the guardian is detected by infrared sensor of the human body, to realizing the automatic brake of the baby carriage and the lost alarm of the baby. And collecting the temperature of baby's humidity information of the baby carriage seat by humidity sensor to realize the baby's urine wet alarm. The experimental results show that the smart baby carriage model designed and made in this paper is stable, easy to operate, safe and practical, to better care for the baby's growth.
