The central part of the ...metal handle is covered with a yellowish white plastic sheath. The upper sides of a semicircular hut are padded and serviced with a terrace. In Kuomu also white teres and on the side edges of the cover. The canopy is decorated with a brownish fringe. Metal parts in silver. Koppa is combined with a white painted wheel section with four leather hems. On the other side of the wagon is a white locking lever. Light rubber wheels with fenders. Inside painted in turquoise blue. Trolley mattress (c) with one side of white plastic and the other half of cotton fabric in natural colour. Mattress size 67 x 41 cm.

This photograph was taken in a grassy field which is bound in the far corner by a copse of trees. This is providing some leafy shade and shadows. The bottom left hand corner of the image is dissected ...by a thin, curving line of people. They are standing in front of an eight-horse gun team. There is a soldier sitting on each pair of horses and one in the carriage. On the other side of this is a denser line of people. The crowd is composed of both soldiers and homely dressed women. One woman is pushing a pram. This shows the team races- a traditional event which also helped demonstrate the quality, variety and amount of arms available- reassuring for these troops, perhaps.
