Blockchain is a new technology that has attracted a tremendous amount of interest. However, up to now, blockchain has mainly been used to develop decentralized multi-party applications. This ...presentation describes breakthrough technology that deeply integrates blockchain into the Oracle database. Since virtually all critical data are stored in databases, this makes it possible to implement blockchain in mainstream healthcare and enterprise applications with minimal changes. We will begin by introducing the threats posed by hackers and compromised insiders. Then we will describe how in-database blockchain can protect data against these threats, comparing this against conventional blockchains. Use cases are shared from customers that have adopted this technology. Early in 2020, China’s National Development and Reform Commission initially outlined the parameters of new infrastructure, with blockchain technology serving as a crucial tenet. A technologically ...advanced infrastructure system based on information networks, targeted at the requirements of high-quality development, and offering services like digital transformation, intelligent upgrades, and integrated innovation is what is hoped to be built. This study builds a DID model for analysis and aims to investigate how the adoption of the blockchain policy has affected the performance of various carbon emission enterprises. The paper discovered that blockchain regulation has a negative impact on the performance of high-carbon emission businesses using the DID model. A robustness assessment using PSM-DID reveals the same results. Furthermore, we found that the current ratio and ttm had a positive impact on corporate performance. This paper still has some limitations. To explore the impact of blockchain policy on the performance of various types of organizations, the article does not take into account the state-owned and non-state-owned qualities of enterprises. Future research on this topic will focus on the characteristics of businesses.
O trabalho busca analisar a transformação tecnológica vivenciada pela sociedade contemporânea, com destaque na utilização da plataforma blockchain, que possui uma proposta bastante inovadora e ...potencial de revolucionar não apenas o campo da tecnologia, mas também outras áreas, especialmente o ambiente jurídico e econômico. Por meio de um levantamento de literatura multidisciplinar, este artigo pretende enfrentar as potenciais mudanças no direito em decorrência da utilização da blockchain, analisando as características atribuídas e verificando a sua classificação como uma nova instituição com base na teoria institucional de Douglass North. Concluiu-se que caso a plataforma seja adotada como mecanismo para registrar documentos e negócios jurídicos, a tecnologia possui potencial para afetar campos de direito privado e público. Finaliza-se que, por enquanto, a blockchain ainda não se apresenta como uma nova instituição no conceito utilizado por Douglass North. A pesquisa é bibliográfica, de natureza exploratória e justifica-se pela atualidade e relevância do tema.

The article analyzes blockchain technology in relation to the field of legal regulation of genomic research. The key features of this technology, which allow one to consider it as one of the elements ...of the mechanism for ensuring the balance of private, group and public interests are highlighted. Examples of the use of blockchain technology in healthcare are given, and proposals of various researchers on the use of this technology in the field of genomic research are analyzed. The analysis and classification of interests in the considered sphere of social relations is carried out, factors that must be taken into account when ensuring the balance of interests are given. Authors propose an approach to the mechanism of ensuring the balance, which, according to the authors, consist of three elements. At the same time, the place of blockchain technology in the specified mechanism is determined, conclusions and approaches are proposed for using this technology to ensure a balance of private, group and public interests.
