This research is motivated by the number of films that are less educative, especially in conveying religious understanding, which tend to be less educative films, this millennial ustadz film explains ...that the important point to be conveyed is religious knowledge, one of which is moral values. The purpose of this study was to determine the moral values contained in the millennial ustadz film in episodes 1-5. This study uses a type of library research or literature study with a qualitative method approach, the data source is the millennial ustadz film episode 1-5. From the results of the research, morality is divided into three parts, namely, first, morality to Allah SWT, such as: gratitude, trustworthiness, being kind and remembering Allah SWT. , while to the family, such as: obedient to parents and fellow human beings and the three morals to the environment and society such as happy to help.
There are so many cases of sexual harassment that have occurred until now, but not a few people have distorted the facts about sexual harassment. Therefore, because this sexual harassment often ...occurs to women, then what if it is actually a distortion of the facts? That there is no actual sexual harassment! In this paper, we will see how the facts of sexual harassment are distorted from the perspective of the scholars of interpretation, how to reveal actual cases of sexual harassment, and provide a new approach and direction in understanding a fact. This research uses library research, which is sourced from the Koran and a number of books of interpretation. The approach in this study is an interpretive science approach and there are also a number of correspondent, coherent, pragmatism, and legal certainty theories. So it was found that the twisting of the facts of sexual harassment is in the Koran, and other findings in revealing the twisting of the facts of sexual harassment, the scholars of interpretation explain the ways of disclosure such as denying and straightening the actual story, the witness of sexual harassment can be a child, the number of witnesses which is only 1 person, witness statements that are rational (reasonable), quality of evidence, evidence of clues, inanimate objects can be witnesses, presumptions, punishments for sexual harassment cases, women are better at lying, the passions of experienced women are very difficult to control, Sexual harassment is shameful behavior and tends to be covered up, the ability to access the law is not the same between ordinary people and people in power
Recent years have witnessed accelerating global crises that make cross-cultural religious literacy all the more necessary. Religion could and should be playing a part in dealing with these crises, ...and yet instead of helping face these issues, sadly religion is often contributing to the complex challenges we face. This is not going to be fixed quickly or easily, but rather will require years of civil society building-with creative and consistent involvement of clerics-so that religion can speak to the issues the world faces in a healthy manner.

Kompleksnya permasalahan dan realitas perempuan di era modern menuntut para ulama untuk menetapkan solusi hukum yang aktual dan realistis. Tulisan ini berangkat dari kenyataan bahwa produk fikih ...perempuan juga dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik manhaj dan metode ulama dalam menetapkan hukumnya. Melalui kajian studi literatur (riset kepustakaan) dan pendekatan Fikih-Usul Fikih, tulisan ini menemukan bahwa ada tiga karakter metodologi atau manhaj ulama dalam fikih perempuan yaitu al-tasyaddud atau al-iftirati al-tafrit wa al-tahallul, serta al-wast wa al-i'tidal. Adapun dalam menetapkan hukum fikih perempuan kontemporer, para ulama menempuh metode melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap nas-nas hukum, atensi terhadap maqasid al-syari'ah, pertimbangan realitas sosial, dan pertimbangan terhadap perbedaan psikologis dan sosial perempuan. Di Indonesia, realitas aktivitas perempuan telah merambah ke dunia politik praktis sehingga menghasilkan respon pemikiran fikih yang beragam. Di sini terlihat bahwa problematika fikih perempuan kontemporer tidak sepi dari perbedaan pendapat ulama.
The article reflects on the priestly ethos implementing a semiotic analysis of discourse and exploring in depth the Actas y Decretos del primer Concilio Provincial Neogranadino 1868, in its ...provisions concerning the life and honesty of the clergy, particularly as regards the external appearance the priest. It focuses on aspects such as the ecclesiastical tonsure and habit, examining the relationship between the sensible forms and their ideological content. To understand its historical sense analytical findings, interpretations proposes a line-length, in dialogue with the early days of Christianity, the provisions of the Council of Trent and suffered break the regime of visibility to the realization of Vatican II in the twentieth century. It raises thus the proposed traditionalist Catholicism, founded a clerical regime visual rhetoric in which the expressive elements are placed as symbols of transcendent values, thus expressing certain ethical model for the priest, where the external appearance plays a fundamental role.

Understanding clerics and healers' knowledge, attitude, and practice towards epilepsy are crucial to identify the mechanisms of epilepsy stigma in Ethiopia. The objective of this study is to characterize the social and demographic determinants of knowledge, attitude, and practices of clerics and healers towards people with epilepsy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
A total of 440 clerics and healers were interviewed by trained data collectors using a pretested structured questionnaire. The count sum of outcome variables was grouped into “biological and cultural” knowledge attitude and practice scores. Ordinal regression analysis was performed for each outcome variable against socio-demographic variables of interest.
The percentage of responses matching cultural causes (58%) surpassed biological causes. The most frequently mentioned cultural cause was an evil spirit (22.5%). While the most frequently mentioned biological cause was a head injury (12%). Consistent with the above findings, cultural treatment responses (77%) exceeded biological treatment responses. The most commonly referred cultural treatment response was Church healing session (12%). The type of faith followed by the study participants positively correlated with higher cultural knowledge, attitude, and practice score.
Clerics and traditional healers in Ethiopia have a partiality to the cultural epilepsy explanation model. Cultural metaphors attached to an evil spirit, curse of God, and witchcraft have formed and fostered existing ‘epilepsy societal norms’ in Ethiopia. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of epilepsy stigma and treatment gap. Besides, it provided direction to design and implement epilepsy stigma intervention programs in Ethiopia.

The theory of Library Anxiety was discussed to address a specific gap in information behavior and provide a useful lens towards new research aimed at the population of religious clergy in North America.

El Testimonio del Clérigo Anónimo -escrito en algún momento entre los años 1177 y 1187- constituye la descripción in extenso más importante acerca de la tarea médica desarrollada en el Hospital de San Juan. Por tal motivo en este artículo presentamos la primera traducción al español del texto original latino, editado sobre la base del único manuscrito que se conserva de dicho texto (Clm 4620, fols. 132v°-139v°).

Nell’austero clima della Controriforma il giurista francese Bermond Choveron affrontava lo specifico tema della “recidivatio clerici concubinarii”, sintetizzando, nel suo trattato sul pubblico ...concubinato, i sette pericula insiti nella ‘ricaduta’ in questo grave peccato. Il richiamo al concetto di misericordia offre lo spunto per analizzare, in modo necessariamente sommario, alcuni aspetti della disciplina canonistica, sviluppatasi in materia nel corso dei secoli, attraverso le coordinate della divina misericordia e del perdono, di cui il chierico concubinario, più volte ammonito e ‘recidivo’, non pare degno secondo il menzionato trattato cinquecentesco. In the austere times of the Counter-Reformation, the French jurist Bermond Choveron tackled the specific topic of “recidivatio clerici concubinarii” in his treatise on public concubinage, wherein he summarized the seven inherent pericula that clerics would face should they ‘relapse’ into this grave sin. His reference to the concept of misericordia is a chance to analyze, albeit briefly, some aspects of the canonical doctrine that developed around this issue over the centuries, with a specific focus on divine mercy and forgiveness. Indeed, according to this 16th-century treatise, a ‘recidivist’ concubinary cleric who had already been admonished several times before deserved neither mercy nor forgiveness.

Pojęcia wprowadzone na Soborze Watykańskim II, jak i pojawienie się nowych form życia ...konsekrowanego w Kodeksie Prawa Kanonicznego z 1983 r. prowadzą do rozwinięcia tej myśli, a być może i eklezjologii w odniesieniu do statusu prawnego osoby konsekrowanej.
