This research is entitled "Contextualization Of Verses About Leadership in The Qur'an" (Study of Political Phenomena of Indonesian Identity)". The background of this research is of the term ...leadership in the contemporary era. There has been a lot of disharmony between religious communities that has deprived other people of their basic rights, resulting in discrimination and oppression due to leadership issues. Even though the essence of the truth of leadership in a religion is the formation of a prosperous, just and prosperous society (Baldatun Toyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafur) Islam does not provide a formal leadership and state administration system for its people, however, the Koran as the main source of teachings provides principles universal about leadership in the holy book, as for the form of words or meanings that have the criteria and characteristics of a leader described in several letters and verses in the Koran. Against this background, the problem is formulated, how is the contextualization of the verses of the Koran about leadership towards the phenomenon of identity politics in Indonesia? and What aspects are contained in the contextualization of the verses of the Koran about leadership towards the phenomenon of identity politics in Indonesia? The type of research that will be used is library-based research (library research). The research is carried out by taking data sources from library, then selecting these data, and analyzing these data. This research is basically main source, namely the verses that discuss leadership and how the phenomenon of Indonesian Identity Politics.

Terkourafi's (e.g. 2001, 2002) work on formulaic politeness expressions. However, it argues that Terkourafi's strong focus on the frequency of people's direct experience of linguistic expressions in specific contexts, whilst appropriate for politeness, does not entirely suit an account of conventionalised impoliteness formulae. Indirect experience of impoliteness, especially via metadiscourse, does much to shape what counts as impolite and thus what may be conventionalised as impolite. Such impoliteness metadiscourse is driven not only by the salience of impoliteness, but by the social dynamics of impoliteness itself. Finally, this paper proposes two methods for identifying conventionalised impoliteness formulae (one being akin to Terkourafi's method), and offers a preliminary list of such formulae in English.

Contextualization of Hadith about Jihad and Its Relevance in the Middle East Conflict This article’s aimed to study and trace the traditions related to jihad in the phenomenon of conflict in the ...Middle East. This shows that basically the understanding of the hadith is something important to know how the context of the hadith on the phenomena that occur. This is because, if we look at the events of the conflict that took place in the Middle East, that the combatants and terrorists involved in the conflict in the region are based on the concept of jihad. This situation indicates a perspective on the relationship between understanding jihad and the occurrence of conflict. They think that what they have actually done is jihad. Meanwhile, it is wrong and has tarnished the understanding on the basis of the jihad. Therefore, this study discusses the contextualization of the hadith on the concept of jihad and its relevance in the conflicts that occurred in the Middle East. This research uses descriptive analysis method on the hadiths about jihad. Through this research, it was found that the conceptions of jihad in the hadiths were misunderstood by combatants and terrorists, basically what they interpreted as jihadist traditions.
As a messenger of Allah, the personality of the Prophet Muhammad is very worthy to be emulated, which is reflected in his hadiths, both in the form of his words, deeds and decisions. This article ...aims to explore the meaning contained in the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad related to humanistic psychology and then contextualize them with character building in Indonesia. Exploration of meaning is carried out using the Hermeneutics of Hassan Hanafi, in which the hadiths are analyzed historically, eidetically, and practically. This study found that based on a study of the hadiths related to the humanistic psychology of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, character building in Indonesia should be implemented by applying several principles and forms that he has exemplified, namely: 1) given gently and based on compassion, 2) carried out with the aim of providing convenience to others, 3) guiding by providing comfort and pleasure to others, 4) exemplifying and implementing noble morals.
The Literature Review (LR) section is an integral part of a research article (RA) where the author needs to develop a theoretical groundwork to anchor his/her own study. However, the part-genre ...always eludes novice writers, which involves deciding what to cite from relevant past literature and what goals the cited knowledge serves therein. Insights are thus necessary into how experienced/expert writers address such issues. Unfortunately, there has been a dearth of research into this topic, with existing work focusing mainly on the formal features and generic functions of source use. Motivated by the missing gap and the pedagogical need and grounded in Swales’s (1990) CARS model and Authors’ (2014) semantic typology of citations, the present study is an attempt to examine the semantic attributes of source ideas that get cited in different parts of the LR sections of Information Systems RAs following a behavioral science research (BSR) paradigm. Findings reveal that distinct types of source ideas are cited, which are associated with the specific move-steps of the LR sections and the BSR paradigm. A comparison of some of the cited ideas with the original ideas from the source texts also demonstrates that the latter have been re-contextualized to varying degrees to advance the arguments that the writers make in their LRs. Taken together, the study’s outcomes suggest that using a move-specific approach to citations can yield useful insights into source use in LRs. Implications for citation teaching and future citation research will be drawn.

This practice has become an interesting and viral issue on social media because a few months ...ago in the United States there was a medical finding about a pig heart transplant in humans which was successfully tested on the world's first patient. In responding to this there are differences of opinion, some allow and do not allow, of course it is very much influenced by the understanding of the text. Therefore, it is very important to review the interpretation of the text using Abdullah Saeed's contextual approach. The results of this study: 1) From a linguistic analysis point of view, the word khinzir means pig. Judging from the micro-macro asbab an-nuzul, pigs are not found in the midst of the Arab nation's historical life. 2) the interpretation of scholars from generation to generation towards the word lahmun khinzir has two main points. First, it is forbidden to eat pork. Second, the use of pig heart valves as a substitute for diseased human heart valves can be justified in an emergency. 3) contextualization. The use of pig heart in human heart transplantation is prohibited as long as there are other efforts that can be cured medically. However, if it is an emergency in order to protect one's life, then it is permissible on the condition that the recovery can only be done by means of a transplant and only done by a trusted specialist doctor.
Context differentiates international business (IB) from traditional Business research. Along with many IB scholars, we argue that context should be much more adequately emphasized in IB research. ...Location differences are commonly ignored; complexity and polycomplexity--and other levels of analysis issues--are rarely acknowledged; and the relevance of models and theory developed in Western contexts is not adequately questioned or explored. This paper suggests contextualization guidelines for scholars to enhance the rigor of their research and to make their IB research more relevant for practitioners. In conclusion we suggest solutions for closing rigor and relevance gaps in IB research by enhancing contextualization.

We first observe a potential weakness of continuous vector representations of symbols in neural machine translation. That is, the continuous vector representation, or a word embedding vector, of a ...symbol encodes multiple dimensions of similarity, equivalent to encoding more than one meaning of the word. This has the consequence that the encoder and decoder recurrent networks in neural machine translation need to spend substantial amount of their capacity in disambiguating source and target words based on the context which is defined by a source sentence. Based on this observation, in this paper we propose to contextualize the word embedding vectors using a nonlinear bag-of-words representation of the source sentence. Additionally, we propose to represent special tokens (such as numbers, proper nouns and acronyms) with typed symbols to facilitate translating those words that are not well-suited to be translated via continuous vectors. The experiments on En–Fr and En–De reveal that the proposed approaches of contextualization and symbolization improves the translation quality of neural machine translation systems significantly.
