V prispevku najprej na kratko predstavljamo opredelitve svetovalne dejavnosti v izobraževanju odraslih v teoriji ter v nacionalnih in evropskih strateških dokumentih. V ospredje postavljamo ključne ...cilje in naloge svetovalnega dela v izobraževanju odraslih ter strateške cilje razvoja tega področja v sistemu izobraževanja odraslih. V nadaljevanju opisujemo koncept regionalnih svetovalnih središč za izobraževanje odraslih, poimenovanih tudi središča ISIO, ki v praksi prispevajo k udejanjanju strateških in individualnih ciljev izobraževanja in učenja odraslih in delujejo že od leta 2001. Svetovalci središč ISIO izvajajo kompleksne naloge, ki jih uresničujejo tudi z različnimi pristopi svetovalnega dela, med katerimi je tudi terensko delo za lažje doseganje ranljivih skupin odraslih. Z novim Zakonom o izobraževanju odraslih (2018) je svetovalna dejavnost dobila tudi zakonsko podlago za umestitev v javno službo na področju izobraževanja odraslih. Poleg tega je med strokovnimi delavci, ki izvajajo dejavnosti v izobraževanju odraslih, opredeljen tudi svetovalni delavec v izobraževanju, kar krepi njegovo profesionalno vlogo in pomen v sistemu in praksi izobraževanja odraslih.

Izhodišča: Optimizacija rehabilitacije onkoloških bolnikov in njihova vrnitev na delo je pomembna tako za izboljšanje počutja te ranljive skupine kot tudi za zmanjšanje družbenih in finančnih vplivov ...na celotno družbo. Osebe, ki so prebolele raka, se skušajo po zdravljenju vrniti na delo in poskušajo ponovno vzpostaviti nekdanjo strukturo vsakdanjega življenja. Z raziskavo smo želeli raziskati stališča onkologov do bolniške odsotnosti bolnic z rakom dojk. Metode: Izvedli smo manjšo anonimno spletno anketo o stališčih do bolniške odsotnosti med slovenskimi onkologi, ki se sodelujejo pri zdravljenu bolnic z rakom dojk. Rezultati: Na spletno anketo je od 52 povabljenih onkologov odgovorilo 24 (46,2%), od tega 8 (33,3 %) specialistov internistične onkologije, 9 (37,5 %) specialistov onkologije z radioterapijo in 7 (29,2 %) specialistov kirurgov. Stališče onkologov, ocenjeno z 10-stopenjsko Likertovo lestvico, je, da je pogovor z bolnico in obravnava vprašanj o vrnitvi na delovno mesto zelo pomemben del celostne obravnave (povprečna ocena 8,4/10). Hkrati pa ocenjujejo, da je razmerje med časom, ki ga imajo vsakodnevno na voljo za obravnavo bolnic z rakom dojk in časom, ki ga lahko posvetijo vprašanjem o bolniški odsotnosti med ali po zaključenem zdravljenju, slabo (povprečna ocena 3,6/10). Sorazmerno pogosto se srečujejo s t.i. »pritiski« bolnic v zvezi s podajanjem mnenj v zvezi z bolniško odsotnostjo ali invalidsko upokojitvijo (povprečna ocena 6,5/10). V okviru vprašalnika so bili zbrani tudi predlogi za dolžino bolniškega staleža upoštevajoč vrsto in zahtevnost zdravljenja ter individualne dejavnike. Predlagana je bila skupina strokovnjakov, ki bi sestavljala multidisciplinaren tim za obravnavo bolnic z bolniškim staležem. Zaključki: Pri obravnavi onkoloških bolnikov in presoji vrnitve na delo je nujen individualno prilagojen multidisciplinarni pristop. V pričujoči raziskavi so zbrana stališča onkologov o obravnavi bolnic z rakom dojk, ki so v delovnem razmerju, ki so lahko podlaga za nadaljnje raziskovanje.
The findings on the relationship between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and outcomes in adulthood cover a wide subject area. In order to understand the results of ACE studies and plan adequate ...measures, the role of social work should not be disregarded. This paper studies the topic of ACEs, positive childhood experiences and the association with the subjective experience of poverty, which has rarely been addressed, but is relevant to social work. The research was based on simple and extended ACE questionnaires and was conducted amongst the adult population of Slovenia (n = 4939). The results found that adverse material position is associated with a higher amount of adverse and a lower amount of positive childhood experiences (on average, people with adverse material position have 3.43 ACEs and 7.77 positive experiences, while those with better material position have only 1.75 ACEs and 9.82 positive experiences). Social work needs to provide measures on a systemic level to improve the material position of families and to develop programmes based on the poverty aware paradigm to support partnership and interparental relationships in order to decrease the incidence of ACE. In addition, people need adequate support (e.g. trauma-informed care) when recovering from ACE and to enhance their resilience.

Objetivo. Describir la prevalencia del conocimiento sobre trastornos del neurodesarrollo (TdN) y el nivel de aceptación de los modelos de educación inclusiva (MEI) en docentes. Material y métodos. ...Estudio transversal multicéntrico en México y Centroamérica. Aplicación de un instrumento de autorreporte a docentes de nivel básico sobre conocimiento en TdN y aceptación de los MEI. Resultados. Se obtuvo la respuesta de 511 docentes. La prevalencia de alta aceptación de MEI fue de 28.6%. De los 120 docentes que refirieron tener un amplio conocimiento sobre discapacidad intelectual, 3.8% estuvieron en el percentil más bajo de aceptación de MEI, 19.5% en el percentil de aceptación promedio y 55.5% de ellos se encontraron en el percentil de mayor aceptación (p<0.001). Entre los docentes, un mayor conocimiento sobre los TdN se mostró asociado con la aceptación de MEI: trastornos del aprendizaje RM 3.76 (IC95% 2.13-6.62); trastornos por déficit de atención con hiperactividad RM 2.24 (IC95% 1.31-3.84) y discapacidad intelectual RM 3.84 (IC95% 2.46-5.99). Conclusiones. La aceptación docente de MEI puede favorecerse con una mayor y mejor capacitación de los profesionales de la educación sobre los diferentes TdN.
The monograph introduces the concept of work, which is inherent in human being as is play. This concept of work can be understood simultaneously as a powerful means of socialisation and as a ...disciplining instrument. The author problematizes the dichotomy between play and work as a construct that emerged in the specific historical and geographical context of early industrialization. She introduces the educational value attributed to work and presents how this understanding of work has historically changed through different political and socio-economic circumstances. Drawing on ethnographic studies and theorising from the fields of psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology, and social anthropology, the author analyses why and how preschool children participate in everyday work at home and in kindergarten. The author draws connections between children's participation in work and children's sociality and intersubjectivity as core human capacities as social beings. Preschool children are included as research participants along with adults, and by presenting their perspectives, this volume demonstrates the complexity of social life from an early age.

Ali, pored prednosti koje računar ...nosi sa sobom, ubrzo je postao i sredstvo zloupotrebe. Tako nastaje računarski kriminalitet kao poseban i specifičan oblik kriminaliteta. Postoji više načina zaštite bezbednosti računarskih podataka. U radu autori prikazuju jedan od vidova zaštite bezbednosti računarskih podataka. U pitanju je krivičnopravna zaštita, koja predstavlja deo kaznenopravne zaštite. Autori analiziraju zakonska rešenja i primenu tih rešenja u praksi.
This article is based on the premise that the Covid-19 pandemic represents an unprecedented experience in contemporary social work education, and that it presents unique challenges to all involved in ...practice teaching and require a comprehensive understanding of what has been termed as 'New Normal'. The results of a survey conducted in Slovenia are presented regarding the course of practice teaching before and during the Covid-19 epidemic, the provision of mentoring support in normal and emergency situations, and the challenges of mentoring in times of changed circumstances. The findings indicated that the Covid-19 pandemic impacted the practice teaching of social work students in terms of both the content and nature of mentoring, and that the students were less satisfied with their practice teaching than they were in the pre-Covid-19 era. Nonetheless, one promising finding was that mentors supported students in an adaptive manner; therefore, the students were consequently able to acquire the necessary practical skills.
