In this paper, the genus
Fitzinger, 1833 in Serbia is reviewed. All previous literature data on this genus from Serbia are summarised and used to discuss its distribution in the country and create ...distribution maps, supplemented by new material collected by the authors. All Serbian species are figured. For each species, a brief description of the examined specimens, data on previous findings in Serbia, the material (including types) that were analysed, the distribution and habitats in Serbia they inhabit, as well as remarks on specific species are given. Gojšina & Dedov,
, is described from a pit on Mt. Devica in eastern Serbia.
(O. Boettger, 1880) is reported for the first time for the territory of Serbia. As some
species have a narrow geographical range and prefer certain habitats, they are particularly vulnerable to habitat changes, which is also discussed in the paper. An identification key for all hitherto known Serbian species is given.

This chapter describes the author’s experience in writing the stories of her interviewees. The author said that the stories themselves or the act of reading or listening to them made her fidgety. She ...defines her experience as narrative lightheadedness, an atmospheric attunement identified as “an attention to the matterings, the complex emergent worlds, happening in everyday life.” Her nervousness and sense of being adrift is an ethnographic encounter in sociocultural work, in which the field or homes are considered physical locales, and participants are considered material bodies. The author added that her feelings results from an ethnographic representational quandary of reliving her participant’s narrative.

Flexible strain sensors have been widely used in wearable electronic devices for body physical parameter capturing. However, regardless of the stretchability of the sensing material, the resolution ...of small strain changes or the hysteresis between loading/unloading states has always limited the various applications of these sensors. In this paper, a microfluidic flexible strain sensor was achieved by introducing liquid metal eutectic gallium indium (EGaIn) embedded into a wave-shaped microchannel elastomeric matrix (300 μm width × 70 μm height). The microfluidic sensor can withstand a strain of up to 320%, and the hysteresis performance was also improved from 6.79 to 1.02% by the wave-patterned structure which can restrain the viscoelasticity of the elastomer effectively. Moreover, an enhanced wave-shaped strain sensor was fabricated by increasing the length of the microfluidic channel; it has high sensitivity (GF = 4.91) and resolution, and even as low as 0.09% strain change could be detected, which is capable of resolving microdeformation; besides, the enhanced wave-shaped strain sensor exhibits quick response time (t = 116 ms), long-term stability, and durability under periodic dynamic load. As an example of potential applications, the enhanced flexible sensor showed excellent mechanical compliance and was successfully applied as a conceptual wearable device for distinctively monitoring various kinds of human body and robot activities, such as the different states of the finger, neck, breathing chest, robot’s joint, and so forth. The flexible wave-shaped strain sensor has great promising applications for wearable electronics, motion recognition, healthcare, and soft robotics.

Inkjet-printing is a very promising technology for the development of microwave circuits and components. Inkjet-printing technology of conductive silver nanoparticles on an organic flexible paper ...substrate is introduced in this study. The paper substrate is characterised using the T-resonator method. A variety of microwave passive and active devices, as well as complete circuits inkjet-printed on paper substrates are introduced. This work includes inkjet-printed artificial magnetic conductor structures, a substrate integrated waveguide, solar-powered beacon oscillator for wireless power transfer and localisation, energy harvesting circuits and nanocarbon-based gas-sensing materials such as carbon nanotubes and graphene. This study presents an overview of recent advances of inkjet-printed electronics on paper substrate.
