Two argumentative genres "request letter" and "response to readers' letters" were modeled didactically for teaching. The contrastive analysis of the argumentative texts produced by adult students in ...French as a foreign language and by students from the primary school allowed a categorization of the characteristic errors and the language capacities that are being developed for these two categories of learners. The hypotheses on the zones of proximal development allow the authors to suggest the elaboration of new didactic instruments to overcome the obstacles observed.
Our paper presents the importance of the journal for developing the communication
competences and social and professional integration of students. These aspects are important but often
they are ...neglected in academic activities, because the professional skills are priority in Curricula of
faculties. In this paper we analyze the theoretical importance of the journal and its forms to present
from communicate and reflexive perspectives. The paper offers a few examples of good practice
which hopes the teacher to develop the communication competences of students.
El grupo IST (Integración de Ciencias y Técnicas), compuesto por investigadores de la Universidad del Québec en Chicoutimi, tiene como objetivo el perfeccionamiento de métodos didácticos destinados ...al desarrollo de la capacidad de solución de problemas técnicos en mecánica de automóviles. Este artículo relata los trabajos realizados por el grupo. Después de analizar la situación actual se precisan las componentes cognoscitivas que fundamentan los instrumentes didácticos, los cuales son brevemente descritos. El artículo se termina con la descripción de una estrategia para la aplicación de estos intrumentos.
The IST research team of University of Québec in Chicoutimi has worked on various projects related to teaching of vocational trades. Our goal is to develop the learner’s ability to solve technical problems. This article is a succinct overview of the work done up to the present. After presenting a survey of the situation, we specify the cognitive components of the ability to solve technical problems. Built on these are a set of didactic instruments developed by the team. Finally, we describe a teaching procedure that aims to apply the didactic instruments.
Une équipe de chercheurs de V Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, l'équipe IST (Intégration Sciences et Techniques), s’est fixé comme objectif de mettre au point des moyens didactiques capables de développer la capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques chez les mécaniciens d’automobile. Cet article rend compte des travaux réalisés jusqu’à ce jour. Après avoir fait état de la situation, on y précise les composantes cognitives de cette compétence qui servent d’appui aux instruments didactiques succinctement présentés. Enfin, cet article se termine par une description d’une démarche d’enseignement visant l’application de ces moyens didactiques.
