Il saggio presenta una ricognizione dei problemi e delle prospettive per la diffusione della lingua italiana nel mondo: lo fa con una logica da saggio di pensiero e non di dati, anche se rimanda ai ...dati degli Stati Generali dell’Italiano nel Mondo. Gli assi costitutivi della riflessione sono due: una riflessione sul ‘mercato delle lingue’ in un mondo che, dopo gli entusiasmi della globalizzazione di vent’anni fa, ha una pericolosa tendenza a tornare ad occuparsi del proprio particulare, in una logica estremamente locale, molto diversa dalla glocalizzazione al cui interno la diffusione dell’italiano pare facilitata; in secondo luogo, gli elementi caratterizzanti di una ‘politica di qualità’ secondo le regole del marketing, applicato al ‘prodotto’ Italia/italiano. Il quadro che emerge è molto meno drammatico di quanto si ascolti di solito nei convegni di italianisti, e presenta punti di forza accanto a punti critici, che tuttavia appaiono superabili.
In the preface to his Strategikos, Onasander identifies the potential readership of his work, besides the addressee Quintus Veranius (cos. 49 CE) : the senators and ταῖς τε ὑπάτοις καὶ στρατηγικαῖς ...ἐξουσίαις κοσμουμένοις (pref. 1). These words are usually understood as a generic reference “ to those who are rewarded by the authority of consul and general”. Actually, some philological and historical clues reveal that Onasander is more concerned with the Roman administrative lexicon than we would expect. Indeed, Onasander’s addressees were probably senators, and specifically consuls and magistrates cum imperio.

C.), Onasandro definisce gli altri potenziali destinatari dell’opera : i senatori e ταῖς τε ὑπάτοις καὶ στρατηγικαῖς ἐξουσίαις κοσμουμένοις (proe. 1). Il passo è solitamente inteso come un’allusione generica “ a coloro che sono stati insigniti dell’autorità di console e di generale” ; in realtà, una serie di indizi di carattere sia filologico che storico rivela come Onasandro sia più sensibile alla terminologia amministrativa romana di quanto non si sia voluto ammettere. Di fatto, i destinatari di Onasandro sarebbero i senatori e, più specificamente, i consoli e i magistrati cum imperio.

Le passage est généralement interprété comme une allusion générique «à ceux qui ont été investis de l’autorité de consul et de général » ; en fait, un certain nombre d’indices philologiques et historiques révèlent qu’Onasandre est plus sensible à la terminologie administrative romaine qu’on a bien voulu l’admettre. This study aims to assess and analyze the application of the principle of lex specialis the derogat legi generali in the Criminal Justice System related to the stages in the criminal justice process, ...and the form of the indictment in applying the principle of lex specialis the derogat legi generali. The method used is empirical juridical with descriptive analytical. The result shows that this principle is applied in criminal cases that violating the general and special criminal provisions in the Penal Code, the general criminal provisions in the Penal Code and special criminal provisions outside the Penal Code, as well as criminal cases that violating two special criminal acts outside the Penal Code. Regarding the fase of criminal procedure in handling the case under this principle, it is implemented in the adjudication process, using the subsidiarity or cumulative model of chargingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis penerapan asas lex specialis derogat legi generali dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana terkait dengan tahapan dalam proses peradilan pidana, dan bentuk surat dakwaan dalam menerapkan asas lex xpecialis derogat legi generali tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis empiris yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa asas lex specialis derogat legi generali diterapkan dalam perkara pidana yang mempertemukan ketentuan pidana umum dan khusus dalam KUHP, ketentuan pidana umum dalam KUHP dan ketentuan pidana khusus di luar KUHP, serta perkara pidana yang mempertemukan dua atau lebih ketentuan pidana khusus di luar KUHP. Anche nell'ultimo anno si sono moltiplicati i segnali di scomposizione del mondo politico, economico e istituzionale concepito alla fine della Seconda guerra mondiale e definitivamente liberato dalla ...fine della guerra fredda. Intanto, l'avvento di Donald Trump alla presidenza degli Stati Uniti ha introdotto un'inedita tensione tra gli Usa e l'ordine internazionale da loro stessi prodotto. Più in generale, la crescita della Cina e la rinnovata assertività della Russia sembrano preludere a una nuova fase del riflusso dell'impatto occidentale sul resto del Mondo. Soprattutto, una variegata contestazione di legittimità ha investito lo stesso orientamento liberale dell'ordine post-bipolare, con conseguenze sempre più profonde sulla tenuta del tessuto multilaterale della convivenza internazionale, delle organizzazioni internazionali e persino dell'assetto istituzionale dei singoli stati.
Il Rapporto ISPI 2019 s'interroga su questo sconvolgimento, tanto nella dimensione politica quanto in quella economica. La prima parte del volume è dedicata al contesto globale e ai suoi contraccolpi sull'Europa, mentre la seconda si rivolge come di consueto alla politica estera italiana. Testo dell'editore
After sweeping all before it in the 1980s, 'Japanese management' ran into trouble in the 1990s, especially in the high-tech industries, prompting many to declare it had outlived its usefulness. From ...the late 1990s leading companies embarked on wide-ranging reforms designed to restore their entrepreneurial vigour. For some, this spelled the end of Japanese management; for others, little had changed. From the perspective of the community firm, Inagami and Whittaker examine changes to employment practices, corporate governance and management priorities, in this 2005 book, drawing on a rich combination of survey data and an in-depth study of Hitachi, Japan's leading general electric company and enterprise group. They find change and continuity, the emergence of a 'reformed model', but not the demise of the community firm. The model addresses both economic vitality and social fairness, within limits. This book offers unique insights into changes in Japanese management, corporations and society.
The Instituto Superior del Profesorado “Joaquín V. González” is a state teacher training institution, located in the City of Buenos Aires. In spite of its symbolic value and of the large number of ...students, the institution represented a rather secondary target for the repression executed by the last Argentinian military dictatorship. If we take into account the national educational community was one of the most attacked by the state terrorism, the experience of the Profesorado turns out to be remarkable. This article goes through the bibliography written about it and provides new elements to analyse the problem: the institutional identity of the Profesorado and the social representations related to being a teacher in Argentina.
