With the rapid development of distributed energy, traditional power consumers have been transformed into prosumers who both produce and consume power, and are able to conduct flexible peer-to-peer ...transactions. Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology suitable for peer-to-peer transactions. However, the single-chain blockchain cannot simultaneously support the network security check and decentralized power transactions. Therefore, a double-chain blockchain and the corresponding peer-to-peer transaction model are proposed with the reorganization of the transaction chain and power chain. The peer-to-peer independent decision-making transactions are achieved through the transaction chain (public chain) to maximize the prosumer's economic interests. The security check and adjusted transaction scheme are achieved through the power chain (alliance chain) with the power network constraint. Based on the Ethereum blockchain development platform, simulations of peer-to-peer transactions in the IEEE 14-node distribution network are implemented. The simulation results show that the designed double-chain blockchain has higher transaction processing efficiency than the single-chain blockchain. The secure and autonomous peer-to-peer transaction of prosumers can be well supported by the proposed method.
ObjectivesThe existing combat deduction simulation system mainly implements decision-making based on operational rules and experience knowledge, and it has certain problems such as limited ...application scenarios, low decision-making efficiency and poor flexibility. In view of the shortcomings of conventional decision-making methods, an intelligent decision-making model based on deep reinforcement learning (DRL) technology is proposed. MethodsFirst, the maximum entropy Markov decision process(MDP) of simulation deduction is established, and then the agent training network is constructed on the basis of actor-critic architecture to generate randomization policies that improve the agent's exploration ability. At the same time, the soft policy iterative updating method is used to search for better policies and continuously improve the agent's decision-making level. Finally, the simulation is carried out on the Mozi AI platform to validate the model. ResultsThe results show that an agent trained with the improved soft actor-critic (SAC) decision-making algorithm can achieve autonomous decision-making. Compared with the deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) algorithm, the probability of winning is increased by 24.53%. ConclusionsThe design scheme of this decision-making model can provide theoretical references for research on intelligent decision-making technology, giving it some reference significance for warfare simulation and deduction.
Evidence suggests that couples frequently dispute regarding the desirability of pregnancy, as well as whether or not to employ family planning measures. There are numerous unmet needs owing to ...partner or family objections, according to a scares study that illustrates women's independent decision-making capacity on whether or not to use a contraceptive. As a result, the purpose of this study was to analyze women's independent decision-making power and determinants of not using contraceptives.
Reproductive age group women aged (15-49 years) currently married who are not pregnant and are currently not using family planning preceding five years the survey was included from the individual record (IR file) file using standard demographic and health survey datasets of Ethiopia. Using multilevel logistic regression models, we investigated the relationship between several independent factors and women's independent decision-making not to use contraception. The adjusted odds ratios were evaluated using 95% confidence intervals.
A total of 5,598 currently married women were included in this study. Individual level factors significantly associated with women independent decision making on not to use contraceptive were female-led households (AOR = 2.11; 95% CI = 1.60-2.78), being orthodox ( AOR = 1.84; 95% CI = 1.39-2.44 ) and protestant ( AOR = 1.62; 95% CI = 1.17-2.23), and belonging to more than one union (AOR = 1.48; 95% CI = 1.12-1.95). Whereas, low community education (AOR = 1.19; 95%= 1.00-1.49) and regions: in Tigray (AOR = 2.19; 95%CI = 1.51-3.16), Afar (AOR = 1.74; 95% CI = 1.14-2.64), Amhara (AOR = 2.45; 95% CI = 1.71-3.500), South Nations Nationality (AOR = 1.87; 95% CI = 1.32-2.65), Gambela (AOR = 2.58; 95% CI = 1.73-3.84), Hareri (AOR = 3.93; 95% CI = 2.62-5.88), and Dre DDewa (AOR = 1.66; 95% CI = 1.12-2.45) were community-level factors.
Women's independent decision-making power not to use contraceptives was low and greatly affected by both individual and community-level factors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop policies and create programs that promote women's empowerment by incorporating their partners in each region of the nation to encourage women's independent decision-making authority to use or not to use a contraceptive.

The adolescence period is the stage in the life cycle in which individuals begin to develop independent decision making related to their social environment including their dietary intake. The period ...is fundamental in the development of longer term eating habits that may be reflected in adulthood. This study aimed to investigate the decision‐making process of adolescents and their dietary behaviour in the achievement of a balanced diet and to determine the underlying factors that may affect these choices. To meet this aim, a three phase data collection was utilized. In phase 1, a baseline questionnaire (n = 239) measured factors affecting dietary behaviour and the barriers in the achievement of a balanced diet. Phase two employed and measured respondents’ (n = 235) independent decision making by rating nineteen menu choices which reflected all options of dietary guidelines. This was analyzed through conjoint analysis. In phase three a subsample (n = 55) from the first two phases completed a food map which determined underlying reasons for food decisions and choice behaviour. Results revealed that when adolescents are given free choice they tend to follow an unbalanced diet with some diets raising concerns for their current and future health. Fifty‐seven percent of respondents displayed serious concerns in their dietary choice of which 18% were identified as requiring immediate intervention. The most noticeable factors affecting dietary choice were the desire to eat foods high in fat and carbohydrates and low in fruit and vegetable consumption. Food‐mapping indicated prior knowledge and attitudes had no effect on the choices made but that that behaviour of parents in the preparation of meals at home and peers in the selection of snack choices had the most influence on the unbalanced diet.

Aiming to improve Internet content accessing capacity of the system, cloud proxy platforms are used to improve the visiting performance in network export environment. Limited by complexity of cloud ...proxy system, trustworthy guarantee of cloud system becomes a difficult problem. Considering the self-government of autonomic computing, it could enhance cloud system trustworthy and avoids system management security and reliable problems brought by complex construction. Based on the idea of self-supervisory, a mechanism to enhance security of cloud system was proposed in this paper. First, a trustworthy autonomous enhancement framework for virtual machines was proposed. Second, a method to extract linear relationship of monitoring items in the virtual machine based on ARX model was put forward. According to the mapping relation between monitoring items and system modules, an abnormal module positioning technology based on Naive Bayes classifier was developed to realize self-sensing of abnormal system conditions. Finally, security threats of virtual machines including malicious dialogue and buffer memory of hot attacks were tested through experiments. Results showed that the proposed trustworthy enhancement mechanism of virtual machines based on autonomic computing could achieve trustworthy enhancement of virtual machines effectively and provide an effective safety protection for the cloud system.
The author looks at the environment within which nurses work and the services that are being delivered in the health care delivery system. These observations serve as the background for predictions ...about what nursing must do and become to honor its stewardship to the public. Today's environment is consumer driven, multicultural, and multigenerational. The consumer expects information and reserves the right to make decisions on his or her own behalf. It remains up to nursing to read the cues correctly and use the resources that the consumer brings to the nurse-patient relationship. Nurses have the innate skills to fill this role, turning dependency to self-care. Care in the new millennium is characterized by integrated systems, electronic and computer technology, specialization, and inter/transdisciplinary practice. The transition to more community-based services makes independent decision making essential.
