El propósito del estudio es explorar y caracterizar la percepción de profesores investigadores (p-i) ante la cooperación tecnocientífica entre instituciones de educación superior (IES) y el sector ...productivo (SP) del noroeste de México. Se analizaron las respuestas de 182 investigadores (132 hombres y 50 mujeres) ante los ítems de la escala para medir la percepción de la cooperación tecnocientífica entre las IES y el SP (EA-COOPTEC v0.1). Los resultados denotan que los p-i presentan una percepción positiva hacia la cooperación tecnocientífica. En conclusión, los p-i que presentan una actitud favorable ante la cooperación tecnocientífica, a partir de las variables de estudio, son: a) las mujeres; b) aquéllos con 35 años o menos; c) los candidatos al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI); d) los que pertenecen a las áreas de biotecnología y ciencias agropecuarias; y e) los que tienen de 10 a 14 años de experiencia en colaboración con el entorno.
The objective of this article is to show the commitment of Franciscan pedagogy in the construction of identity of the Franciscan University in Colombia. That is, it seeks to inquire about the ...responsibility that Franciscan pedagogy has with identity in four Franciscan universities in Colombia. To do this, three interconnected scenarios are proposed: it starts from the relationship between Franciscanism and the university that emerges from the first Franciscan fraternity; next, is analyzed the conception of Franciscan pedagogy declared by each of the Franciscan universities in Colombia; finally, inter-institutional cooperation lines and actions areproposed between the Franciscan universities of Colombia, aimed at responding to the challenges that globalization poses to the modern university.The research is eminently documentary-descriptive with a non-experimental qualitative approach, since a critical analysis prevailed from the review and analysis of intentionally selected bibliographic material. Consequently, the categorical analysis was used as a technique in the terms proposed by Corbin and Strauss, which starts from a categorical analysis followed by a comparative study with theoretical sampling.
This study investigates the cooperation policies and practices among public institutions for the development and dissemination of sports in Turkey in line with the National Youth and Sports Policy ...Document prepared by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in the study. The study group included 15 managers who serve as senior branch managers in the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Provincial Directorates of Youth Services and Sports. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analysed by content analysis. Results of the study point out a need for the active participation of private sector in the cooperation processes. An important part of the cooperative work among public institutions is carried out with educational institutions. The results provide practical and policy implications for cooperation among different stakeholders such as educational institutions and municipalities in order to ensure mass participation in sports.

Cilj. Cilj je rada upoznati javnost, ponajprije knjižničarsku zajednicu, s programima Zelene knjižnice Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu, realiziranima od 2018. do 2021. godine, koji ističu važnost ...usvajanja vještina i znanja o ekološkoj tematici radi podizanja svijesti o važnosti zaštite okoliša i održivom razvoju te promidžbe među korisnicima Knjižnice Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu.
Pristup. U ovom će se radu obrazložiti teorijska i praktična primjena programa namijenjenih zaštiti okoliša i poticanja održivog razvoja društva u visokoškolskoj knjižnici, Knjižnici Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu i razmotriti kako se mogu uklopiti u programe drugih visokoškolskih knjižnica i fakulteta.
Rezultati. U radu su prikazani različiti načini obrazovanja korisnika knjižnice o važnosti održivog razvoja i zaštiti okoliša od ožujka 2018. do ožujka 2021. godine. Rad je prepoznat i u stručnim, međunarodnim krugovima: Knjižnica Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu prva je hrvatska knjižnica označena na IFLA-inoj stranici SDG Stories Map – IFLA Map of the World.
Praktična primjena. Zelena knjižnica Filozofskog fakulteta organizira aktivnosti usmjerene zaštiti okoliša i poticanja održivog razvoja društva, namijenjene prvenstveno vlastitim korisnicima, ali i široj javnosti. Programi studija Filozofskog fakulteta pružaju brojne mogućnosti uklapanja zelenih tema u obliku otvorene nastave u smislu suradnje sa znanstvenim, nastavnim i nenastavnim osobljem Fakulteta, kao i sa znanstvenicima s drugih institucija i fakulteta te s drugim ustanovama i udrugama koje se bave srodnim temama.
Društveni značaj. Cilj je svih aktivnosti širenje svijesti o održivom razvoju i društvu jer poticanje i osvještavanje problema vezanih uz zelene teme utječu na osobni razvoj sudionika programa podižući svijest o nužnosti zaštite okoliša. Uska suradnja knjižničara, profesora, studenata i vanjskih suradnika omogućuje bržu i kvalitetniju implementaciju saznanja u svakodnevni život. Održane aktivnosti Zelene knjižnice Filozofskog fakulteta mogu potaknuti druge knjižnice kako implementirati zelene teme u programe korisne lokalnoj zajednici.
Originalnost. Originalnost programa Zelene knjižnice Filozofskog fakulteta proizlazi iz želje da se na Filozofskom fakultetu, koji je društveno-humanističkog usmjerenja, prepozna potencijal zelenih tema, koje su most su između društvenih i prirodnih znanosti, čime je stavljen naglasak na to koliko je čovjek povezan s prirodom kroz vjerovanja, običaje, književnost i jezik.

La colaboración interinstitucional en el Estado surge como efecto de una ola de reforma acuñada como nueva gerencia pública. A pesar de ser un objeto ampliamente estudiado, la colaboración ...interinstitucional aún plantea una agenda de investigación en desarrollo, en la que los estudios organizacionales tienen un rol de interés. Este artículo persigue un triple objetivo: i) situar la colaboración interinstitucional en el universo de interés de los estudios organizacionales; ii) explicar el contexto de la génesis de la colaboración interinstitucional como parte de debates sobre la organización del Estado; y iii) aportar a la literatura al identificar y describir las prácticas típicas de colaboración interinstitucional a partir de una revisión de literatura con enfoque de desarrollo teórico. Se ofrece un marco analítico basado en prácticas de colaboración y, como tal, un aporte al campo de estudios con una base que ofrece patrones y permitiría el desarrollo de estudios cuantitativos. El resultado arroja como prácticas típicas de colaboración inter-institucional i) la agregación de acciones sectoriales, ii) la consulta mutua, iii) la conformación de unidades, y iv) la conformación de comités y subcomités. La discusión elabora una lectura reflexiva de la tipología en tanto marco analítico para la indagación y la acción. A modo de cierre, el texto discute los factores habilitantes que aportan mayor operacionalidad a los mecanismos de colaboración interinstitucional según la literatura.
Inter-institutional cooperation at the State level is the result of a series of reforms coined as new public management. Despite being a widely studied issue, inter-institutional cooperation still has a research agenda under development, in which organizational studies play an interesting role. This article pursues a threefold objective: i) place inter- institutional cooperation within organizational studies research interests; ii) explain the context of the genesis of inter-institutional cooperation as part of the debates around the organization of States; iii) contribute to the existing literature by identifying and describing inter-institutional cooperation typical practices through a literature review based on a theoretical development approach. Therefore, our work provides an analytical framework based on collaborative practices and, as such, a contribution to the field of organizational studies with a foundation that offers patterns and would allow the development of quantitative studies. The results show that: i) the aggregation of sectoral actions, ii) mutual consultation, iii) the establishment of units, and iv) the conformation of committees and subcommittees are common practices for inter-institutional cooperation. The discussion of the results develops a reflective reading of the typology as an analytical framework for inquiry and action. To conclude, this paper discusses the enabling factors that grant inter-institutional cooperation mechanisms greater operationality, according to the literature.

Este artigo busca três objetivos: i) situar a colaboração interinstitucional no universo de interesse dos estudos organizacionais; ii) explicar o contexto da gênese da colaboração interinstitucional como parte de debates sobre a organização do Estado e iii) colaborar com a literatura ao identificar e descrever as práticas típicas de colaboração interinstitucional a partir de uma revisão de literatura com abordagem de desenvolvimento técnico. La collaboration interinstitutionnelle au sein de l’État est l’effet d’une vague de réformes qualifiée de nouvelle gestion publique. Si bien elle est un objet largement étudié, la collaboration interinstitutionnelle soulève encore un agenda de recherche en développement, dans lequel les études organisationnelles ont un rôle intéressant. Cet article poursuit un triple objectif: i) placer la collaboration interinstitutionnelle dans l'univers d'intérêt des études organisationnelles; ii) expliquer le contexte de la genèse de la collaboration interinstitutionnelle dans le cadre des débats sur l'organisation de l'Etat; et iii) contribuer à la littérature en identifiant et en décrivant les pratiques typiques de collaboration interinstitutionnelle sur la base d'une revue de la littérature avec une approche de développement théorique. On offre un cadre analytique basé sur des pratiques collaboratives et, à ce titre, une contribution au domaine des études avec une base qui offre des modèles et qui permettrait le développement d'études quantitatives. Le résultat montre que les pratiques typiques de collaboration interinstitutionnelle sont: i) l'agrégation des actions sectorielles, ii) la concertation mutuelle, iii) la formation d'unités, et iv) la formation de comités et sous-comités. La discussion développe une lecture réflexive de la typologie en tant que cadre analytique pour l'enquête et l'action. En guise de conclusion, le texte examine les facteurs favorables qui confèrent une plus grande opérationnalité aux mécanismes de collaboration interinstitutionnelle selon la littérature.

Landscape has acquired great importance in the urban and territorial policies of European countries after the European Landscape Convention. Italy has a long tradition in the protection of landscape ...and cultural heritage, characterised by a particular attention to the history and the identity culture of the communities. The main rule in this field, the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape of 2004 (Urbani Code), refers to a mix of environmental, cultural, and social factors belonging to different types of natural and urban landscapes that Regional Landscape Plans have to identify, sharing with local communities. The most important innovation concerns the attempt to overcome the binding and regulatory approach, only focused on protection constraints, in order to generate high awareness about the identity value of landscape and to encourage a more democratic community participation in the landscape policies. The ineffectiveness of landscape policies is often due to the lack of sharing of the landscape vision and planning approaches established at regional level, with local authorities and settled communities. This paper reflects on the topic of inter-institutional collaboration between national, regional, and local authorities, by focusing on the process of adaptation of urban local plans to the regional landscape plans and comparing different regional contexts. The article highlights a strong delay in the approval of regional landscape plans and a relevant inter-institutional conflict in the co-planning phase with the national authority, leading to the ineffectiveness of landscape plans in the transfer of regional landscape planning guidelines to the local landscape scale, with relevant consequences on territorial government, between conservative measures and transformation drivers.
Este artículo reflexiona sobre la importancia de crear en América Latina el Observatorio de Responsabilidad Social Educativa como entidad competente para analizar las prácticas que se llevan a cabo ...desde las instituciones educativas no universitarias y ofrecer asesoramiento para optimizarlas. A lo largo de las últimas décadas se han dado pasos importantes en esa búsqueda de la excelencia en el ámbito de la educación en diferentes países latinoamericanos. En cuanto a la educación universitaria, la responsabilidad social se considera un punto de partida indispensable para mejorar el impacto de estas instituciones en su comunidad y la sociedad en general, con la finalidad última de lograr una mejor formación para el desarrollo sostenible. Desde el Observatorio se promueve un ranking de instituciones educativas en el que se priorice este tipo de responsabilidad fundamentado en el debate, la reflexión y las buenas prácticas orientadas hacia esta nueva exigencia en las organizaciones y el bien común.
Effective regulation of the labour market depends to a large extent on the quality of public administration. The Covid-19 pandemic highlighted the problem of unemployment in regions, which led to the ...spread of the shadow economy. The article aims to research the relationship between the unemployment rate and the shadow economy in Lithuanian regions over the period 2000-2019, to reveal the regional disparities in terms of the above-mentioned economic variables and submit recommendations to municipal authorities on how to reduce the strength of the relationship under consideration. Pearson and MCD correlation coefficients revealed that the relationship between the unemployment rate and the shadow economy is negative in all Lithuanian regions. An increase/decrease in the unemployment rate leads to a decrease/increase in the size of the shadow economy. The hypothesis proposing that the municipalities with a high unemployment rate tend to have a stronger relationship with the size of the shadow economy was only partly confirmed. The strongest relationships between the unemployment rate and the size of the shadow economy were found in Visaginas and Marijampolė municipalities, meanwhile only the calculated median values indicated that the unemployment rate in Visaginas amounted to 11.8 percent, and in Marijampolė - to 11.2 percent over the period under consideration. The two abovementioned municipalities are among the municipalities with the highest unemployment rate, but lag behind Lazdynai (15 percent), Ignalina (14.9 percent.), Kalvarija (14.6 percent), Akmenė (14.5 percent), Jurbarkas (14 percent), and Zarasai (14 percent) municipalities. Considering the results, cooperation between the Employment Service and Lithuanian municipalities should be improved with a view to identifying whether a person registered with the Employment Service has applied to a municipality for social support; the State Labour Inspectorate, the Employment Service and the State Tax Inspectorate should also improve their cooperation to establish the principles for exchange of the data on the activities of the labour force assigned to risk groups.

La provisión de orientación y apoyo educativo requiere del trabajo conjunto y la colaboración de diversos profesionales e instituciones, especialmente cuando nos encontramos ante problemas complejos ...que requieren un elevado grado de especialización y la combinación de conocimientos procedentes de diversas áreas. En la presente investigación se ha perseguido analizar la proximidad del sistema institucional de orientación y apoyo a la escuela en nueve Comunidades Autónomas, al enfoque intersectorial de la orientación. Para ello, se presentan los resultados de un estudio descriptivo, mediante encuesta, que permite conocer la opinión de los orientadores, tutores y directores de Educación Primaria y Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, acerca de la colaboración con los servicios públicos de la zona o sector (sociales, sanitarios, educativos y de empleo) en el apoyo especializado a alumnos y centros. La muestra final, compuesta por 9732 sujetos, fue seleccionada a partir de un muestreo aleatorio proporcional al tamaño de las sub-poblaciones de cada Comunidad. Los resultados muestran cómo, en términos generales, existe colaboración entre el centro y los servicios públicos de la zona, aunque no tan frecuentemente como sería deseable. Los profesionales encuestados consideran que la colaboración con los servicios sociales y educativos es bastante adecuada, pero la valoración no es tan positiva cuando se analizan los servicios de salud y los servicios de empleo. Finalmente, atendiendo a las diferentes profesionales considerados, son los tutores de ambos niveles educativos quienes manifiestan un mayor grado de adecuación de la colaboración entre el centro y los servicios públicos de la zona, exceptuando los servicios sociales.
