The emotions and thoughts that appear in people with malignant diseases during diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation, represent a complex problem area for the patient, social enviroment, as well ...as professionals from biomedical, humanities, social and other sciences. The way that an adult or child experiences the threat to it's own existence is very important when coping with their disease during treatment and rehabilitation. Psychosocial oncology as an interdisciplinary field of study is presented within some study programs at various universities and clinical institutions worldwide and within the course “Psychosocial oncology" at the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Zagreb. Some clinical and scientific researches that were conducted during the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer, as well as in children with solid malignant tumors are shown. The need for adequate university education of professionals in the field of rehabilitation sciences is emphasized, so they may be abled with their acquired competencies during their studies and/or after various specializations, to provide complementary forms of psychoemotional and psychosocial support to patients.
Rješavanju tekućih organskih debata unutar historiografije može se pristupiti i zahvaljujući potencijalima digitaliziranih povijesnih izvora dostupnih na internetu. Oni nude svježi interdisciplinarni ...te transdisciplinarni pomak u ovom smislu, koji je ipak opterećen nizom problema. Zbog toga implikacije digitalizacije arhivskog gradiva u širem društvenom kontekstu, kao i onom individualnog povjesničara-istraživača, valja problematizirati pomoću nekoliko primjera. Drugim riječima, nastojat će se odgovoriti na pitanje iz podnaslova.

This work focuses on the development of public relations as a branch of study in the field of information and communication sciences. I review the scientific methods used to evaluate the influence and effects of public relations, while discussing the different methodological approaches.
In various fields of education, diagnostics, therapy and rehabilitation, the clinical entity body image is a very complex problem field. Within the topics: body image – form and content, ...biopsychosocial and other factors of body image development, scientific research studies and complementary supportive approaches to prevention and therapy of the body image disorder - some interpretations have been presented from the viewpoints of different disciplines. A special emphasis has been made on the problem field of body image experience in persons with motility disturbancies and chronic diseases. In a review of the results obtained from contemporary research, the necessity to develop interdisciplinary approaches for the purpose of studying interactions between numerous factors affecting the development of an person's body image has been emphasised.
Polazeći od Knowlesovog stajališta da suvremena teorija obrazovanja odraslih (andragogija) ne može biti grana pedagogije, razmatra se razvoj andragogije u Hrvatskoj u kojoj to ona i nadalje jest. ...Takva se njezina pozicija problematizira u kontekstu Brezinkinog i edukološkog metateorijskog sustava znanja o obrazovanju i međunarodnog konsenzusa o tome da je znanost o obrazovanju odraslih interdisciplina. S tim u vezi ukazuje se na razlike u znanstvenom razvojnom potencijalu monodisciplinarnog, multidisciplinarnog i interdisciplinarnog pristupa. Tranzicija znanosti o obrazovanju iz multidiscipline u interdisciplinu olakšana je primjenom „otvorenog sustavskog pristupa“. To se, međutim, ne očituje u programu studija pedagogije u Hrvatskoj. Teorija o obrazovanju odraslih reducirana je na predmet andragogija u okviru studija pedagogije u kojem je andragogija zastupljena simbolički. Kako studij pedagogije ne slijedi dosljedno koncept cjeloživotnog učenja, tako se andragogija unutar pedagogije ne može razvijati kao znanstvena interdisciplina, a niti kao „praktična teorija“.

There are many reasons why a partnership dialogue between theology (religion) and the natural sciences is needed. However, first and foremost this must be a conversation between one human being and ...another regarding the most important of human interests. The most effective way to approach complex issues and problems in the dialogue between theology and science is the transdisciplinary approach. Transdisciplinarity can solve prob lems which cannot be resolved by separate attempts. This approach can connect different modes of thought, that is, thought beginning with different points of view on the material world or religion. The transdisciplinary approach takes on the role of mediator, which demands at the “round table” that which unites human beings on a universal human level. This is a new, challenging and demanding approach which requires researchers to leave their own field of interest and strive to learn about other fields. The transdisciplinary approach, as “critical rationality” and a new way of thinking, opposed to classical and reductive rationalism, emphasizing objectivity, is based on controlled conflict–induced paradoxes. Transdisciplinarity creates a new quality — which is not an arithmetic sum of individual disciplines — and enables articulation, i.e. a link between two, at first glance, controversial disciplinary modes of thought.
Nužnost dijaloga između teologije, religije i prirodnih znanosti stavlja pred nas zahtjev za promišljanjem najučinkovitijega pristupa složenim pitanjima i problemima teologije, religije i prirodnih znanosti. Transdisciplinarnost se pokazuje kao izvrsno rješenje, osobito za probleme koji ne mogu biti riješeni jednostrano. Naime, povezujući promišljanja o materijalnom svijetu ili religiji koja polaze s različitih motrišta, transdisciplinarni pristup pokazuje se kao posrednik koji u prvi plan stavlja ono što ljudska bića povezuje na razini univerzalno ljudskoga. Riječ je o „kritičkoj racionalnosti”, tj. novom načinu razmišljanja, suprotnom redukcionističkomu racionalizmu, koji naglašava objektivnost, a temelji se na kontroliranom sukobu uzrokovanom paradoksima. Transdisciplinarnost tako stvara novu kvalitetu, koja nije aritmetički zbroj pojedinih disciplina i omogućuje artikuliranje, odnosno svezu između dvaju, na prvi pogled, suprotstavljenih disciplinarnih razmišljanja.
Rad započinje osvrtom na trenutnu klimatsku krizu i prikazuje važnost žurnalističkog izveštavanja o klimatskim krizama kao manifestacijama klimatskih promena. Drugi borac protiv klimatskih promena je ...nauka koja nam daje informacije o promenama u klimi. Uprkos naučnoj dokazanosti klimatskih promena pojavljuje se skepticizam. U borbi protiv skepticizma usmerenog ka postojanju klimatskih promena nauci se priključuje perspektiva ekološke etike, kao prozvane da na valjan način daje vrednosne sudove o klimatskim promenama, zarad približavanja problema klimatskih promena „običnim ljudima” pitanjem: Zašto sprečiti
klimatske promene?, i davanjem prijemčivog odgovora ‒ zarad budućih generacija! Naposletku,neophodno je postaviti pitanje: Kako sprečiti klimatske promene? Odgovor na ovo pitanje dat je iz dve perspektive. Posledice klimatskih promena moguće je sprečiti tehnološkim putem. Takođe, posledice je moguće sprečiti revolucionarnom promenom ponašanja prema životnoj sredini. Rad je pre svega napisan upravo zarad revolucionarne promene. Naime, teorijski prikaz mogućnosti promene, sa naglaskom na neophodnost spoznaje neprijatelja iz više perspektiva, neophodan je zarad lakše pobede u praksi.
This article aims to introduce the readership to the basic content of R. Gibellini’s latest book entitled Theological Perspectives for the 21st Century, which is, thematically speaking, an extension ...of his previous book, bearing the title Theology of the 20th Century. Following the panorama of theological thought in the 20th century, R. Gibellini turns to the tasks and perspectives of theology and its reflections in the near future. Considering that Gibellini conceived the book here presented as a balance from the perspective of the future, a balance that draws on the theology of the 20th century, the first section of the article brings an overview of the four theological currents of the 20th century. The other three sections centre on the theological prospects of the 21st century: the prospects of the theology of correlation, the prospects of theology in the era of globalisation, and the prospects of the theology of ecumenism and interreligious dialogue. The book was contributed to by internationally renowned theologians. Their reflections follow the significant lines of thought that emerged during the 20th century in general and its last decades in particular, and that are open to further development at the beginning of the 21st century.
Prav tako kot v ZDA in Veliki Britaniji je bil tudi v Zvezni republiki Nemčiji eden od prvih pristopov k raziskovanju popularne glasbe sociološki. Nadaljnji impulzi so prihajali s področja glasbene ...pedagogike. V okviru nemške znanstvene organizacije z imenom Arbeitskreis Studium Populärer Musik e.V. se je akademski diskurz o popularni glasbi sprva naslonil na sistematično muzikologijo, nato pa je pričel upoštevati tudi izsledke sorodnih disciplin, med njimi sociologije, etnologije, antropologije, »cultural studies« in »gender studies«. S tem se je odprl nov zorni kot približevanja glasbenim fenomenom, ki skuša ujeti v smiselne aksiome predvsem kompleksnost in polivalentnost glasbenih procesov. Na osnovi teh izkušenj prestavlja za avtorico osnovni predmet muzikološkega raziskovanja glasbeno življenje kot živ in nenehno se spreminjajoč organizem. Zavzema se za celostni pristop k raziskovalni materiji, metodološki pluralizem, interdisciplinarnost raziskovanja, iskanje dialoga z drugimi znanstvenimi panogami ter vodenje konstruktivnega diskurza med različnimi pogledi, ·šolami in teoretskimi pozicijami.
