Zhou.- Obsahuje bibliografické odkazy- Pumpkin rootstock affects watermelon scion growth, fruit yield, and quality, but the mechanisms of related key enzymes and photosynthesis remain unclear. In this study, net photosynthetic rate (PN), chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence parameters, fruit mass and sugar accumulation, and related key enzyme activities were determined during the fruit development stage in diploid and triploid watermelon lines and corresponding pumpkin rootstock-grafted lines. The results showed that pumpkin rootstock increased PN and Chl fluorescence parameters of diploid and triploid watermelon, indicating that pumpkin rootstock could increase photosynthesis, the utilization efficiency of light energy of diploid and triploid watermelon lines. Pumpkin-grafted lines had higher alkaline α-galactosidase activity and lower activities of insoluble acid invertase, sucrose phosphate synthase, and sucrose synthase than corresponding own-root lines in diploid and triploid watermelon. The target is moved in measuring bath filled by water over scanned volume via 3D computer controlled positioning system. A video signal obtained is converted to digital form and analyzed by original software to derive various objective parameters of the imager as follows: Focal areas in both the azimuth and the elevation directions, Ultrasound scanning lines visualisation, Manufacturer preloaded TGC, Width of the scanning plane, Side lobe levels and Amplification uniformity in the azimuth direction. The method was verified by testing 18 different equipments in 282 measurements. Samples of particular measurement results in form of graphical outputs are included. Cilj je istraživanja bio ispitati spektralne karakteristike klapskoga pjevanja, te utvrditi oslanja li se ovaj način pjevanja na pjevački formant. Analiziralo se glasove dvanaestorice profesionalnih ...folklornih pjevača. Svaki je otpjevao dalmatinsku pjesmu Zaspalo je siroče u Gduru. Pojedinačne se glasove snimalo digitalno, a analiza dugotrajnoga prosječnog spektra učinjena je u programu PRAAT. U obliku spektra pjevača nisu ustanovljena obilježja koja bi upućivala na pjevački formant. U području frekvencija 2.2-3.7 kHz uočena su dva vrha (treći i četvrti formant), te oblik spektra koji je sličan obliku spektra govora. U spektrima je nekih pjevača nešto naglašeniji četvrti formant, te ima obilježja govorničkoga formanta. Zbog
ispitivanja sličnosti klapskoga pjevanja i govora, u istraživanje je naknadno uveden uzorak govornika (N=8). Računalo se i uspoređivalo nagib spektralne ovojnice prema visokim frekvencijama, prosječnu jakost pojaseva širine tisuću herca (1-2 kHz, 2-3 kHz, 3-4 kHz i 4-5 kHz), te parametre alfa i VF (jakost visokih formanata). Rezultati ovih obrada pokazali su da su spektralne karakteristike klapskoga pjevanja i govora slične. No razlike postoje u jakosti područja frekvencija 2-4 kHz (parametar VF). Spektar je klapskoga pjevanja ovdje pojačan, no to pojačanje nema sličnosti s pjevačkim formantom. Zaključuje se da je
produkcija klapskoga pjevanja usporediva s produkcijom (kultiviranoga) govora.
U jesen 2003. godine izveli smo premjer jakosti magnetskog polja u dijelu Hrvatske, od rijeke Drave na sjeveru do Save i Pokuplja, između smjera Zagreb – Koprivnica na zapadnoj strani, do smjera ...Hrvatska Kostajnica – Virovitica na istočnoj strani. Mjerili smo na 30 položaja, razmaknutih po 15–20 km. Dnevni hod jakosti, mjeren u provizornoj geomagnetskoj postaji u Pokupskom, poslužio je za
redukciju podataka za izradu geomagnetske mape. Nađeno je da je gradijent polja općenito usmjeren prema sjevero-istoku, s najmanjom vrijednosti od 18 nT/10 km, te najvećom vrijednosti od 37 nT/10 km. Uzimajući u obzir ustanovljene mjerne netočnosti, procijenjena je pogreška u položaju izodinama od 1,3 do 3,0 km, u ovisnosti o
gradijentu polja.
Upotrebom malobrojnih podataka za epohu 1927,5, ustanovljena je promjena jakosti polja od 2900 nT, te je time učinjena procjena sekularne varijacije od +40 nT/god. Iskoristivši podatke premjera u Mađarskoj za epohu 1995,0, poboljšali smo položaj izodinama na dijelu područja uz državnu granicu. Usporedili smo naše dnevne zapise sa zapisima opservatorija u Niemegku, Njemačka, za opažački period 22–29.IX.2003. i 13–20.X.2003. te analizirali razlike. Kao numerički parametar koji razlike opisuje, uveli smo standardnu devijaciju razlika signala; za prvi opažački period iznosila je 5,2 nT, za drugi 8,7 nT, što tumačimo promjenom geomagnetske
aktivnosti. Usporedili smo i naše minutne srednjake sa zapisima opservatorija Tihany i l’Aquila za dan najvećeg poremećenja.

Data quality evaluation at the pre-processing procedure can help the user to identify the weakness of the observations. The open source software package G-Nut/Anubis developed at Geodetic Observatory Pecny (GOP) is introduced and used for the evaluation of long-term BeiDou/GPS signal. Several key indicators are selected to evaluate the BeiDou/GPS observations. Quantitative analysis shows that more than 100 stations can achieve 6-hour standalone BeiDou positioning at least. The completeness of the BeiDou phase and code observations at three frequencies is higher than that of the GPS observations in the selected station which is mainly attributed to the high elevation observations from GEO and IGSO satellites. Qualitative analysis shows that the multipath effects for pseudorange observations are correlated with signal, receiver types and firmware versions besides the station environment. Users attempting to improve the pseudorange observations by multipath filter should pay attention also to the receiver-specific settings. Cycle slip counts are used to indicate the quality of carrier-phase observations. Results show that BeiDou C05 satellite is more affected by the cycle slips, in particular the third frequency observables. For GPS, the third frequency is more robust compared to the legacy frequencies. Comprehensive single point positioning results show that positioning accuracy for BeiDou is worse than that of GPS, which is mainly caused by less active satellites, worse geometry and the larger errors in the broadcast ephemeris. The BeiDou positioning accuracy was further degraded by the C13/C15 satellite and dominated by large clock errors. Broadcast evaluation shows that the BeiDou orbit errors are related to the constellations. Overall, the orbit precision for both GPS and BeiDou has been gradually improved.
