"Beach handball is a branch of sports that was born on the beaches of Italy in the early 1990s and it was designed to help players under go their physical training in a more dynamic training during ...the summer. Objectives. The main goal of this study is to describe the physiological state of the athletes that underwent a series of beach handball training sessions and to determine the effects of such training sessions on junior level beach handball athletes. Materials and methods. We have suggested that the evaluation of the athletes’ condition be determined via invasive methods, such as the analysis of their urinary value. Results. The numerical data obtained from our analysis were computed using Student’s t-test for unpaired samples associated with Welch’s unequal variance t-test. The statistical significance was determined for an associated P <0.05 (probability > 95%). The comparison was made between the mean of the initial values and the mean of the final value for all the dosed biochemical markers. The data are expressed as mean ± SD (standard deviation). The statistical processing was done using the GraphPad Prism software. Conclusions. Including beach handball practice sessions in the training program of indoor handball players has no significant effect on their physiological state. Keywords: beach handball, juniors, physiological status. "
The joint training lessons offer up to a certain degree and moment very good conditions for the homogeneous training and education of the team. When the team exceeds the average level of performance, ...the graph of its development may appear as a straight line or even a regression. At this point it is advisable to introduce individualized training. This led to the optimization of training for certain positions, positions that require specific methods, communication strategies and training approach, which led to a specific study. The individualization work of the coach must begin educationally, in order to obtain the athlete's adherence and his conscious, active and persevering participation in the training process, this sending to optimize the training of specialized players in certain positions (Stirn, I. Carruthers,J., Sibila, M., Pori, P., 2017).The somatic, motor, psychological dynamics of the 21st century athlete require adjustments of training models, applied methods and flexible strategies to determine the adaptation of the handball player to various contexts specific to attack and defense.Given the role and importance of the player specialized in the wing position, we propose, as in this paper, to identify the optimal means of action of the training of the player specialized in the wing position and to make a methodical contribution in deepening the training.
The purpose of this study is to show the link between a welldeveloped superior train and athletic performance. The study included 15 athletes between the ages of 14 and 15 years, who were tested to ...evaluate the strength of the back muscles in the resistance regime, the strength of the abdominal muscles in the resistance regime and the athletic performance in the running test - 800m. From this study it is concluded that the strength programs for the juniors must contain exercises starting from the central segment of the body and then acting towards the extremities (arms and legs).

The present study aimed to evaluate the anthropometric profile of male handball players in Category Junior Team of University Sports Club of Suceava and then make the difference in body measurement ...between U18 and U16. The sample of participants consisted of 29 male junior handball players, divided into two groups: 17 handball players U18 (age 16.76 ±0.43 years) and 12 handball players U16 (age 14.58±0.66 years). Nine anthropometric measures, defining the four latent morphological dimensions, were used. Significant differences were revealed in five morphological measures: body heigh (p =.03), muscle mass (p =.00), arm span (p =.03), leg length (p =.01) and hand span (p =.03). There were no significant differences in body weight (p =.33), body mass index (p =.90), fat mass (p =.43) and sitting height (p =.25).
The preliminary study consisted in applying a 10-item questionnaire to 20 coaches with UEFA licenses (C, B and A) from Suceava, Botosani, Neamt and Bacau areas. The items of the questionnaire aimed ...to ascertain the importance of the fundamental moment of the football game, namely the attack and the orientation of the training strategies in the context of the practice of finishing actions with adversity in superiority, equality and numerical inferiority in small and medium groups.
The game of football is currently evolving rapidly, as shown in recent years, during which time the impact of the game's strategies and tactics as well as the competitive spirit of sports can be ...observed on both a national and worldwide scale. This article's goal is to help secondary school students develop their motor skills through methods unique to the game of football, taking into account the crucial role that sports games, particularly football, play in helping students reach their training process goals. The measuring and testing were done to emphasize the progression of the planned investigation.

The aim of this research was to examine to which extent the predictor socio-demographic variables (gender, child’s age, parents’ education), personal traits (adaptive perfectionism and maladaptive ...perfectionism) and psychological adjustment (exam anxiety and somatization) contribute to school success among cadet and junior volleyball players of both genders. The sample included (N=122) participants of both genders, age 18 to 20, from Valjevo. The Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale, Exam Anxiety Scale and Youth Self-Report were used. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient showed high internal consistency of the applied measuring instruments, which means that they can be recommended for studying sports population in Serbia. Data were processed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the Pearson’s correlation coefficient reveal low statistical significance of the interaction between the majority of the measuring variables. The findings of the regression model, with 29% variance, indicate to statistically relevant and independent contribution of gender and maladaptive perfectionism in explaining school success, which leads to the suggestion that future studies include some other variables such as family as potential predictor. The results of this research are in accordance with earlier studies on relations between adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism, somatization, and school success (as criterion) among athletes during adolescence.
Introduction. A number of scientists have proven the positive effect of taekwon-Do I.T.F. on the physical state of people of all ages, the state of their musculoskeletal system. However, in the ...scientific literature there is no data on the effectiveness of taekwon-Do I.T.F. use in the programs of correction of foot arch (FA) disorders of young athletes. Similarly, no studies have been conducted on the effect of taekwon-Do I.T.F. exercises on the development of myofacsical kinematic chain (MFKC) of the lower limb and its role in the foot maintenance and correction in foot arch disorders. The purpose is to experimentally test the effectiveness of a comprehensive program for the foot arch disorders correction of young athletes by means of taekwon-Do I.T.F. Material and method. The following instrumental methods were used in the work: plantography (baropodograph using computer device “DIERS FAAMUS” (Germany)); electroneuromyography ("Neuro-EMG-Micro" made by "Neurosoft" (Russia)); photometry; myotonometry; formative consistent pedagogical experiment; methods of statistical data processing (Statistics 6.0 (StatSoft, USA)). Young athletes aged 7–8 with FA disorders and a normal foot took part in a 12-month formative experiment. Results. The value of the Friedland index, which characterizes the functional foot reserves, increased statistically significantly among EG1 young athletes who practiced according to the program developed by us, compared with those who were training according to the traditional program – by 6.48% against 3.85%, respectively. Conclusions. Analysis of FA morphological parameters of young athletes aged 7-8 years shows that the positive changes are statistically significantly more performed in young athletes who were training in the sports center "Taekwon-Do I.T.F." on a program of comprehensive correction, which is confirmed by FA changes.
Freestyle Wrestling is an acyclic sport, based on a mixed aerobic and anaerobic effort, characterized by intensity, variety and rapid changes of situations. With the change in rules and the ...dynamisation of wrestling, tactical, low-intensity efforts have disappeared, and the athlete is forced to fight at a sustained pace to avoid disqualification. This is what is known as ‘total combat’. Training and competitions act multilaterally on the fighter’s body, during the specific effort all muscle groups, joints, analysers, the fighter’s entire personality are involved, all with the material support of a remarkable increase in the functions of all the body’s apparatus and systems. We can therefore say that Greco-Roman wrestling is one of the most complex sports, in which, in addition to general and specific endurance, several other qualities are required, such as strength, reaction speed and exceptional skill. The aim of the research is to elaborate and argue the content of the planning of the training process in junior wrestlers (16-17 years old) specific to each period of the annual training cycle, considering the interaction of different aspects. Analyzing the dynamics of different parameters of the level of physical and technical-tactical training of 16-17 years old wrestlers, we found a large difference between the analyzed parameters. Indices of general physical readiness increased considerably during the training period and then stabilized at an optimal level.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the agility and the running speed of male handball players in Category Junior Team of University Sports Club of Suceava and then make the comparasion between ...the results obtained by players from U16 and those from U18. The sample of participants consisted of 32 male junior handball players, divided into two groups: 18 handball players U16 (age 15.27±0.57 years), and 14 handball players U18 (age 17.14±0.77). To test agility we used Illinois Test that involves various turns and movements. At the end of the research, it was shown that there were no significant differences calculated between under 18 and under 16 handball junior players in agility (p =.38). Even if there was a difference between arithmetic means (17.49±1.52; 17.08±0.97), that was not statistically significant.
