Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh para mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa pendatang adalah sulitnya untuk memperoleh tempat tinggal, salah satunya adalah rumah kost. Namun beberapa mahasiswa memiliki ...pertimbangan tertentu dalam memilih kos-kosannya salah satunya adalah jarak tempat kost dari universitas tertentu. Penelitian ini akan mencoba mengimplementasikan algoritma Dijkstra untuk melakukan pencarian kost terdekat di Android, pada aplikasi ini juga akan terdapat fitur pencarian jalur terpendek, filter harga maksimal, dan filter jarak maksimal. Algoritma Dijkstra merupakan salah satu algoritma untuk melakukan pencarian jarak terkecil dan jalur terpendek. Hasil pencarian jarak kost terdekat dan jalur terpendek akan dibandingkan dengan hasil dari Google Maps, proses lamanya waktu pencarian pada sistem juga akan dicatat. Dari penelitian ini algoritma Dijkstra berhasil diimplementasikan untuk melakukan pencarian kost terdekat, pencarian kost berdasarkan filter, dan pencarian jalur terpendek di Android. Pada pengujian pencarian jarak kost terdekat didapatkan hasil bahwa algoritma Dijkstra dalam mencari jarak terkecil hampir mendekati data dari Google Maps dengan rata-rata selisih jarak sebesar 6,1 m. Pengujian ini juga menemukan bahwa semakin jauh jarak dan jalur rumah kost yang dicari menggunakan algoritma Dijkstra maka akan semakin lama waktu pencariannya dikarenakan semakin banyaknya vertek yang dikerjakan.
Svrha: Godinu dana nakon ugradnje želio se analizirati gubitak alveolarne kosti u maksili i mandibuli oko implantata BREDENT Sky Blue različitih dimenzija. Materijali i metode: U maksilu je bilo ...umetnuto 36 implantata promjera 3,5 x 10 mm, a u mandibulu 12. Uz to, 52 implantata promjera 4,0 x 8 mm ugrađena su u maksilu i 61 u mandibulu (dvostupanjska implantacijska operacija). Rezultati: Nije bilo statističke razlike u gubitku kosti između maksile desno i lijevo te mandibule desno i lijevo na mjestima implantacije mezijalno i distalno. Rezultati su dobiveni analizom varijance (ANOVA). Zaključak: Statistički značajna razlika u gubitku kosti zabilježena je između maksile sprijeda i straga te mandibule sprijeda i straga na mjestima implantacije distalno i mezijalno.

Several age-related sensory and motor changes impact swallow function in the elderly. Dysphagia is a common and growing concern as the geriatric population expands and is associated ...with emotional, physical, and financial consequences. However, it is underdiagnosed and undertreated, especially in community-dwelling independent older adults who do not report issues with swallowing.
Recent Findings
Otherwise healthy older adults may have senescent swallowing that remains functional until it is disrupted by triggers and becomes dysphagia. Evaluating for dysphagia in the elderly is important, because it is frequently missed until complications requiring hospitalization develop. The evaluation of dysphagia in the independently living elderly relies on screening tests, clinical swallowing evaluations, and instrumental exams. However, limitations exist with the current data, including the lack of consistent swallowing evaluation tools used during screening.
Summary
Dysphagia is a significant problem in the elderly, leading to increased morbidity and cost of care. Further research is necessary to define the prevalence and impact of dysphagia in this population.

Drawing on the concept of school foodscape, the aim of this study is to examine pupils' perceptions and experiences of vegetarian school food in order to gain a deeper understanding of children's ...food choices and how it can change. Twenty-three semi-structured group interviews with 76 pupils in three schools have been analysed. The results show that the pupils' main reasons for choosing or rejecting vegetarian food differed from those of adults. Resistance towards vegetarian school food was not based on prejudices against vegetarianism, but on various taste and recognition factors. Instead of health and environmental reasons, the pupils highlighted different animal ethical reasons. The students' perceptions reflected their families’ norms and values of food and eating, rather than their gender. Finally, pedagogical implications of the results are discussed.
Med utgångspunkt i skolan som matlandskap syftar denna studie till att undersöka elevers uppfattningar om och upplevelser av den vegetariska skolmaten för att få en djupare förståelse för barns matval och hur det kan förändras. Tjugotre semi-strukturerade gruppintervjuer med 76 elever i tre skolor har analyserats. Resultatet visar att elevernas huvudsakliga skäl till att välja eller välja bort vegetarisk mat skiljde sig från vuxnas. Motståndet mot vegetarisk skolmat baserades inte på fördomar mot vegetarism, utan olika smak- och igenkänningsfaktorer. Istället för hälsomässiga och miljömässiga anledningar, så lyfte eleverna fram olika djuretiska skäl till att äta vegetarisk kost. Elevernas uppfattningar speglade hemmets normer och värderingar kring mat och ätande, snarare än deras kön. Slutligen diskuteras pedagogiska implikationer av resultatet.

Kosts are popular urban room rental facilities in Indonesia in which tenants from various backgrounds live together and share the common space. As the majority do not comply with the regulations, ...many are unregistered, overcrowded, and have low living condition. This study analyzes kosts' social environment and issues based on tenants' experience through questionnaire and interviews. Tenants tend to be tolerant, adaptable, and positive toward kosts' living environment, but lack of sense of belonging to their neighborhood. Tenant-neighborhood interactions and mutual views tend not to exist. Public education, strict regulations, effective neighborhood information system, and domain for regular interactions are necessary for improvement.
One interesting phenomenon found in Indonesia to date is “living and growing in a city with the characteristic features of a Kampung (urban village) with all of its distinctive facesâ€, like the ...interdependent relations between the Kampung Kemanggisan around the Syahdan Campus of Bina Nusantara Jakarta. The students find their daily needs in the Kampung and the villagers find business opportunities and reproduce the “Social Interaction Space†along the Haji Senin street (study location) which is dominated by buildings with the ground floor as a place of business and the upper floor as a Kost or the private housings with rented rooms which in this study was called the “Kost-Shop†building. Variations of the “Pedestrian-Friendly Kost-Shop†building grew and had an impact on the appearance of the facade. This study to reveal and provides an understanding of typology of “Kost-Shop Friendly Facades†that exists based on student “Needs and the Opportunitiesâ€, therefore, this study was written with the title of “Kost-Shop Facades†in “the Reproduction of Social Interaction Space†based on the “Needs and Opportunities†between Kampung and Campus. By using qualitative research methods; case study with indications of “social, permeable, active†obtained 12 types of “Kost-Shop Friendly Facadesâ€.
Background Mental disorders are one of the costliest conditions to treat in Norway, and research into the costs of specialist mental healthcare are needed. The purpose of this article is to present a ...cost structure and to investigate the variables that have the greatest impact on high-cost episodes. Methods Patient-level cost data and clinic information during 2018-2021 were analyzed (N = 180,220). Cost structure was examined using two accounting approaches. A generalized linear model was used to explain major cost drivers of the 1%, 5%, and 10% most expensive episodes, adjusting for patients' demographic characteristics gender, age, clinical factors length of stay (LOS), admission type, care type, diagnosis, and administrative information number of planned consultations, first hospital visits, interval between two hospital episode. Results One percent of episodes utilized 57% of total resources. Labor costs accounted for 87% of total costs. The more expensive an episode was, the greater the ratio of the inpatient (ward) cost was. Among the top-10%, 5%, and 1% most expensive groups, ward costs accounted for, respectively, 89%, 93%, and 99% of the total cost, whereas the overall average was 67%. Longer LOS, ambulatory services, surgical interventions, organic disorders, and schizophrenia were identified as the major cost drivers of the total cost, in general. In particular, LOS, ambulatory services, and schizophrenia were the factors that increased costs in expensive subgroups. The "first hospital visit" and "a very short hospital re-visit" were associated with a cost increase, whereas "the number of planned consultations" was associated with a cost decrease. Conclusions The specialist mental healthcare division has a unique cost structure. Given that resources are utilized intensively at the early stage of care, improving the initial flow of hospital care can contribute to efficient resource utilization. Our study found empirical evidence that planned outpatient consultations may be associated with a reduced health care burden in the long-term. Cistične lezije čeljusti kao što su keratociste (naziv je vraćen i smatra se boljim negoli keratocistični odontogeni tumori, iako su pojmovi i dalje prihvatljivi sinonimi), folikularne i radikularne ...ciste te rezidualne ciste mogu dosegnuti velike razmjere i uzrokovati znatnu razgradnju kosti. Enukleacija cističnih lezija u čeljusti oštećuje kosti koje se mogu regenerirati spontano ili nakon intervencije korištenjem autogenih koštanih transplantata ili drugih materijala za njihovo nadomještanje. U ovom kliničkom istraživanju opisuje se spontana regeneracija kosti nakon enukleacije rezidualne ciste u distalnom dijelu maksile. Njezin napredak praćen je na temelju kliničkog pregleda, rendgenske procjene
i subjektivnih simptoma pacijenta. Regeneracija kosti i smanjenje cistične šupljine dokumentirani su nakon šest mjeseci i poslije jedne godine na panoramskoj rendgenskoj snimci. Fiziološki proces koagulacije osnova je za spontano stvaranje kosti, čak ako je koštani defekt velik, pod uvjetom da je okružen s dovoljno koštanih stijenki.
