Abstract
To solve the problem that traditional Kinking equipment can not meet the needs of handcrafters today. The system to automation, intelligence asa breakthrough point, the use of STC12C5A60S2 ...micro-controller as the control core of the entire system, through the Hall encoder, film keyboard, LCD display, so that producers can use only keys to control the wire-tanger, and can be real-time from the display to observe the state of work, so as to achieve low-cost, high-efficiency wire production. Experiments show that in the case of 14 hours of continuous work, the tanger can still complete the normal tanger work and the accuracy rate is as high as 99.8percent. Low cost, good stability, high efficiency, small size, wire-tanger can assist people’s production and life, to achieve the goal of efficient production.
Keeping vehicle speed under control according to the speed limit is considered the main key to the traffic departments in the world to reduce vehicle accidents. This paper presents a prototype of a ...novel idea to control vehicle speed automatically according to the types of roads that the vehicle passes through without human intervention. The Micro-controller unit is interfaced with the RF receiver at the prototype, also with the RF's transmitters deployed along the hypothetical pathway. The results show a valuable response for controlling a vehicle's speed according to the speed limit of different types of roads.

High-tech improvements with reference for health advance to develop numerous medical tools have been build to support doctors and nurses performances. This analysis research applied ...web-based system of infusion monitoring and microprosessor or microcontroller to grease performances of nursers and pharmaceutical helping in clinics or public health centers of the district. In this research, smart infusion web-based is builded for providing for the infusions by applying Node MCU and ESP 8266 Wi-Fi module. Smart Infusion aimed at helping nursers and medical helpers handling infusions of contagious complaint cases or Covid-19 cases to provide for infusion situation in isolation room or emergency room at hospital also public health centers at the district. Detecting the infusion weight, volume and percentage by applying a digital scale and the Load Cell sensors. This monitoring tools or devices is created to count the display from LCD and infusion weight the volumes and percentage of infusion with 3 colors alert display on the Website such as red color, yellow color, and green color depend on a web developed by php language, C programming with Arduino by C language embedded in microprocessor or microcontroller and based on fuzzy logic. Testing results have been achieved, monitoring device can work efficiently and completely when calculating weight, percentage, and volume. Scanning data of success accuracy of Load Cell sensors is 98,00%.
•We introduce the first ever pipeline for sound classification using Deep Learning in extremely resource-constrained (battery-powered, low memory and CPU speed) microcontrollers (MCUs).•Firstly, we ...present a CNN architecture (ACDNet) that achieves state-of-the-art classification accuracy for raw audio classification on ESC-10, ESC-50, UrbanSound8K and AudioEvent benchmark datasets.•Secondly, we compress ACDNet using our proposed hybrid structured compression technique to obtain Micro-ACDNet that is 97.22% smaller in size and requires 97.28% fewer FLOPs yet produces close to state-of-the-art performance.•Finally, after 8-bit quantization, we deploy Micro-ACDNet on a standard off-the shelf MCU.
Significant efforts are being invested to bring state-of-the-art classification and recognition to edge devices with extreme resource constraints (memory, speed, and lack of GPU support). Here, we demonstrate the first deep network for acoustic recognition that is small, flexible and compression-friendly yet achieves state-of-the-art performance for raw audio classification. Rather than handcrafting a once-off solution, we present a generic pipeline that automatically converts a large deep convolutional network via compression and quantization into a network for resource-impoverished edge devices. After introducing ACDNet, which produces above state-of-the-art accuracy on ESC-10 (96.65%), ESC-50 (87.10%), UrbanSound8K (84.45%) and AudioEvent (92.57%), we describe the compression pipeline and show that it allows us to achieve 97.22% size reduction and 97.28% FLOP reduction while maintaining close to state-of-the-art accuracy 96.25%, 83.65%, 78.27% and 89.69% on these datasets. We describe a successful implementation on a standard off-the-shelf microcontroller and, beyond laboratory benchmarks, report successful tests on real-world datasets.

One common method of harnessing solar energy is via a Photovoltaic (PV) system. When sunlight strikes a PV panel surface at around ninety-degree angle, the system produces the most energy. The ...electricity generated by a PV system may be increased by using a solar tracker (ST). However, the ST has its own energy requirements and additional expenses. A semi-continuous single-axis ST is developed for this purpose. The “Semi-continuous tracking algorithm ” is used to monitor the sun rather than constant tracking in the developed ST. While comparing the performance of a fixed PV system, a continuous single-axis solar tracker-based PV system, and a semi-continuous single-axis solar tracker-based PV system, the developed semi-continuous system is only slightly less efficient than the continuous system (by 1.12 %). Nevertheless compared to a PV system with continuous tracking, the semi-continuous tracking system reduces self-energy consumption by 34%.
•Introduction of a novel algorithmic approach of semi-continuous tracking system for a single axis solar tracker.•This system enhance the collection of solar radiation along with reducing self power consumption resulting in a higher output power of the PV system.•A delay duration of 4 min was used in tracking period of this algorithm.•The energy usage of a semi-continuous solar tracker system is found notably lower, about 34 %, compared to a continuous tracking system due to the inactivity of the solar tracking modules during the delay period.

A Bluetooth based battery-powered remote-controlled direct rice seeder was developed to overcome the drudgery and operational difficulties involved in direct seeding by manual drum seeder. The ...developed seeder consists of micro-controller unit, stepper motor, DC geared motor, motor drivers, battery, wheels and frame. The micro-controller unit is the heart of the developed mechatronic system. The micro-controller unit was designed and developed by Programming. A mobile application was designed and developed to connect the seeder to mobile through Bluetooth connectivity and operated range of 47.6 m which is sufficient for hilly region topography. The developed seeder was evaluated in laboratory conditions at different forward speeds varying from 0.5 to 3.0 km.h−1 and hopper fill levels varying from 25% to 75%. Forward speed of 0.7 km.h−1 and 75% hopper fill level were found optimum with corresponding seed rate of 20.2 kg. ha−1, missing hill index of 0%, hill spacing uniformity of 93.7%, coefficient of variance of number of seeds per hill of 0.25 and hill span of 9.4 cm. The developed seeder was evaluated in the field in puddled soil conditions in Sajong village, East Sikkim, India and the performance was compared with manual drum seeder. The field capacity and field efficiency of the developed seeder was found to be 0.017 ha.h−1 and 62% respectively as compared to 0.023 ha.h−1and 82% in case of manual drum seeder respectively. The developed seeder has reduced drudgery/cumbersome of 64% over manual drum seeder as evident from operator's heart rate and energy expenditure rate. In addition to that the operator can able to sit in a safe and comfortable environment outside the field to operate the developed drum seeder. Moreover, the developed seeder reduces the operational cost of 230 ₹. ha−1 over manual drum seeder.

Loess–mudstone/soil-rock interfacial landslide is one of the prominent landslide hazards that occurs in soil rock contacting zones. It is necessary to develop sensors with high sensitivity to weak ...and low frequency vibrations for the early warning of such interfacial landslides. In this paper, a novel monitoring sensor prototype with enhanced and adaptive sensitivity is developed for this purpose. The novelty of the sensitive sensor is based on the variable capacitances and negative stiffness mechanism due to the electric filed forces on the vibrating plate. Owing to the feedback control of adjustable electrostatic field by an embedded micro controller, the sensor has adaptive amplification characteristics with high sensitivity to weak and low frequency input and low sensitivity to high input. The design and manufacture of the proposed sensor prototype by Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) with proper packaging are introduced. Post-signal processing is also presented. Some preliminary testing of the prototype and experimental monitoring of sand interfacial slide which mimics soil–rock interfacial landslide were performed to demonstrate the performance of the developed sensor prototype with adaptive amplification and enhanced sensitivity.

Doppler radar used for producing true results considering all army activity involved with data during transmission. This project presents an approach in detecting an intruder in a border using Doppler radar-based Intrusion Detection Systems which can be mounted on watch towers, grill fences, top of trees etc., Experimental results show that the use of the display as classifiers are more efficient in malicious intruder accurately. The data collected from the sensor and transmit through the Lora WAN to the hub. The performance of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is evaluated in comparison to other classifiers, displaying the testing accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and precision. Doppler based Intrusion Detection Systems have shown increased efficiency and low false positives. It has the advantages of working in all weather conditions such as heavy sunshine, heavy rainfall with proper data.

Biosensor signals, which are referred to as a device that consumes a lot of power in the system of a Microcontroller Unit (MCU), must be made continuously to signal samples of the biosensor. To decrease the power utilization of the Microcontroller Unit, and a low power application specific integrated circuit for biosensors feature extraction is designed for the replacement of a role of the microcontroller unit to extract the characteristic values of bio signal. In this investigation, an Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) of Wireless Body Sensor Networks (WBSNs) is intended to fill in as a convention for medical use. The proposed wireless body sensor network comprise an newly designed sensor interfaces, integrated passive Radio Frequency (RF) receiver, contact ports, low-power Microcontroller Unit (MCU), wireless transistor control, a Power Management Unit (PMU), and an with low power harvesting capacity contains. The proposed method has been designed using 90 nm and 45 nm CMOS technology. Simulation results exhibit up to the change in noise immunity and lessening in power utilization contrasted with the traditional wireless body sensor networks design at a similar delay.
