In this article, we undertake a Deleuzian theoretical perspective, which places humor on the tracks of the event and observes it as a line of flight that can lead the individual to enjoy in the sense ...of managing a joyful power, capable of making him find in himself a field of forces that move him towards what that philosopher calls becoming. As a singular human dimension, humor is a line of flight for the creation of other possible territories, based on counter-effectuation, which, in Deleuzian perspective, positions it in a libertarian vision of itself, of an opening to a new mode of existence. The territory is marked by lines of forces (molar, molecular and escape) and we need to observe the movement of these lines in its constitution. In "Tudo Pede Salvacao" (2022), an original Italian drama and comedy series, distributed in Brazil by the Netflix streaming platform, through cartography, we can see that the character Gianluca counteracts through the use of humor, from three scenes : the arrival of the father in the psychiatric ward; the clash between Daniel and Gianluca; and, the kiss between Daniel and Gianluca in front of his father. Despite the non-acceptance of the family nucleus, Gianluca manages to make his stay in the hospital positive, resisting, freeing himself from a molar structure--a patriarchal and authoritarian family. It is in humor that Gialunga draws lines of escape that will open up the possibility of building a libertarian gay mode of existence. Keywords: Humor. Event. Deleuze. Counter-effectuation. Gay. Acontecimento. Deleuze. Contra-efetuacao. Gay.
The Swedish National Inpatient Register (IPR), also called the Hospital Discharge Register, is a principal source of data for numerous research projects. The IPR is part of the National Patient ...Register. The Swedish IPR was launched in 1964 (psychiatric diagnoses from 1973) but complete coverage did not begin until 1987. Currently, more than 99% of all somatic (including surgery) and psychiatric hospital discharges are registered in the IPR. A previous validation of the IPR by the National Board of Health and Welfare showed that 85-95% of all diagnoses in the IPR are valid. The current paper describes the history, structure, coverage and quality of the Swedish IPR.
In January 2010, we searched the medical databases, Medline and HighWire, using the search algorithm "validat* (inpatient or hospital discharge) Sweden". We also contacted 218 members of the Swedish Society of Epidemiology and an additional 201 medical researchers to identify papers that had validated the IPR. In total, 132 papers were reviewed. The positive predictive value (PPV) was found to differ between diagnoses in the IPR, but is generally 85-95%.
In conclusion, the validity of the Swedish IPR is high for many but not all diagnoses. The long follow-up makes the register particularly suitable for large-scale population-based research, but for certain research areas the use of other health registers, such as the Swedish Cancer Register, may be more suitable.

Introduction: Emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) is a type of personality disorder which is characterized by symptoms, such as highly volatile mood, high impulsivity, unstable ...relationships, and self-harming behavior. Studies indicate that an individual's personality is an outcome of various factors, their parental upbringing being one of the major factors. Materials and Methods: The study aimed at exploring remembered parental style in patients diagnosed with EUPD. Ten patients were recruited from a tertiary care psychiatric hospital, and parental bonding instrument and clinical global impressions scale were administered. Results: The mean age of the patients with EUPD was 28.8 ± 7.77 years, and the mean years of education was found to be 15.4 ± 1.66. Mean age of onset of illness was 23.71 years, and the mean severity score was found to be 4.8. The mean mother's care score was found to be 25.6 ± 7.17 and mother's overprotection score was found to be 11.2 ± 5.53. The mean father's care score was found to be 20 ± 11.28 and father's overprotection score was 12.1 ± 6.38. Conclusions: The study findings reveal involvement of authoritarian parenting style in fathers and neglectful parenting style in mothers in the development of EUPD. However, a more comprehensive study with larger sample size is needed to throw more light over this finding.
Introduction On psychiatric wards, aggressive behaviour displayed by patients is common and problematic. Understanding factors associated with the development of aggression offers possibilities for ...prevention and targeted interventions. This review discusses factors that contribute to the development of aggression on psychiatric wards. Method In Pubmed and Embase, a search was performed aimed at: prevalence data, ward characteristics, patient and staff factors that are associated with aggressive behaviour and from this search 146 studies were included. Results The prevalence of aggressive behaviour on psychiatric wards varied (8-76%). Explanatory factors of aggressive behaviour were subdivided into patient, staff and ward factors. Patient risk factors were diagnosis of psychotic disorder or bipolar disorder, substance abuse, a history of aggression, younger age. Staff risk factors included male gender, unqualified or temporary staff, job strain, dissatisfaction with the job or management, burn-out and quality of the interaction between patients and staff. Staff protective factors were a good functioning team, good leadership and being involved in treatment decisions. Significant ward risk factors were a higher bed occupancy, busy places on the ward, walking rounds, an unsafe environment, a restrictive environment, lack of structure in the day, smoking and lack of privacy. Conclusion Despite a lack of prospective quantitative data, results did show that aggression arises from a combination of patient factors, staff factors and ward factors. Patient factors were studied most often, however, besides treatment, offering the least possibilities in prevention of aggression development. Future studies should focus more on the earlier stages of aggression such as agitation and on factors that are better suited for preventing aggression such as ward and staff factors. Management and clinicians could adapt staffing and ward in line with these results.

Abstract
Background
Some schizophrenia patients treated with clozapine experience an inadequate response and adherence problems. The purpose of this study was to compare time to rehospitalization ...within 6 months in schizophrenia patients discharged on 3 clozapine regimens. Additionally, the temporal trend of prescription rate in each group was also explored.
Methods
Schizophrenia patients discharged from the study hospital from January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2021, (n = 3271) were included in the analysis. The type of clozapine prescribed at discharge was divided into 3 groups: clozapine plus long-acting injectable antipsychotics (clozapine + LAIs), clozapine plus other oral antipsychotics (clozapine + OAPs), and clozapine monotherapy. Survival analysis was used to compare time to rehospitalization within 6 months after discharge among the 3 groups. The temporal trend in the prescription rate of each group was analyzed using the Cochran-Armitage Trend test.
Results
Patients discharged on clozapine + LAIs had a significantly longer time to rehospitalization than those on clozapine + OAPs or clozapine monotherapy. The prescription rates of clozapine + LAIs and clozapine + OAPs significantly increased over time, whereas the prescription rates of clozapine monotherapy significantly decreased.
Conclusions
Compared with the clozapine + OAPs group, the clozapine + LAIs group had a lower risk of rehospitalization and a lower dose of clozapine prescribed. Therefore, if a second antipsychotic is required for patients who are taking clozapine alone, LAIs should be considered earlier.
