The relationship between adverse experiences and later development has been explored by many researchers, leading to the conceptualization of resilience as a factor explaining the normal or optimal ...development of some individuals exposed to adversity. Today many different interventions exist aiming to improve the ability of individuals to respond to adversity. In this narrative literature review, we evaluate the literature surrounding resilience and resilience training, discussing the quality of the evidence supporting resilience training, theoretical and practical differences between types of training, and the impact of resilience and psychological training on outcome measures across a variety of settings. The results of our review show that the quality of the literature is mixed, resilience training is not well differentiated from other forms of training, and that the impact of psychological training on later functioning depends heavily on the type of outcome measured and the setting of the training. Further research must be conducted prior to the implementation of resilience training programs in order to assure their efficacy and effectiveness in proposed contexts.

Objective To construct a group psychological training for junior officers based on competency model and explore its intervention effect on competency and mental health of junior officers. Methods ...Delphi method was used to construct a group psychological training program for junior officers based on competency model. A total of 63 junior officers were subjected with convenience sampling during October and November 2023. According to the principle of randomized controlled experimental design, the participants were divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=33). The experimental group was given our group psychological training program for totally 8 sessions, 90~120 min per session, 2 sessions per week, while the control group received no such training. Competency scale, 12-item general health questionnaire (GHQ-12), Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS), and Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) were used to assess the 2 groups before and at the end of intervention. The relevance of our study is related to the need to help adolescents effectively cope with the challenges of modern society, which is characterised by increased tension, aggressiveness and conflict. ...The lack of social skills and demonstration of violent ways of overcoming contradictions by adults leads to an increase in conflicts among adolescents. The purpose of our study is the development of conflictological culture in older adolescents. We adhere to Shcherbakova's definition (2010), according to which conflictological culture is an integrative quality of personality, which is based on humanistic values. Its structure is represented by the culture of feelings and thinking as well as behavioural and communicative culture. The sample consisted of 307 adolescents, 16-18 years old, living in Chisinau. To identify the level of development of conflict culture, we used the method developed by Shcherbakova (2011). Based on the obtained data, we developed the program of conflictological culture development. The cognitive-behavioural approach of A. Beck (2017) acts as a methodological basis of the psychological training program. Twelve adolescents, with a low level of conflictological culture development, participated in the training. The following changes were obtained in the study sample: adolescents demonstrate a greater ability to prevent and manage conflicts at all stages; they show a greater readiness for dialogue, the ability to adequately verbalize their own and other people's experiences; and to a greater extent they possess the techniques of assertive communication compared to adolescents from the control group. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the program developed by us and the validity of the hypothesis of the study. The novelty and practical significance of our study is determined by the fact that conflictological culture is studied for the first time in our country. Our proposed program for the development of conflictological culture can serve as a basis for educational programs that develop skills to prevent and overcome conflict situations among adolescents.
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological training intentions of the troops stationed on the island, and to develop targeted stress intervention regimens and verify their efficacies. ...Methods A survey on the psychological training intentions was conducted on 511 active-duty military personnel stationed on a remote island. Some of them were divided into an intervention group and a control group. The participants from the intervention group received intervention training primarily through theoretical knowledge lectures, individual relaxation training, and group psychological training for 2 months. The changes in psychological stress self-evaluation test (PSET) and cortisol indicators were measured in the 2 groups at different time points. Results The demands for psychological training among the troops stationed on the island were mainly sleep problems, relaxation and emotional problems. After the intervention training, the PSET scores were significantly decreased in the intervention group. In the fi
Objective To develop a training scheme of psychological training for the developmental group of army sergeants and explore the intervention efficacy of the scheme on their psychological health. ...Methods Delphi method was used to construct a psychological training program for the developmental group of army sergeants. Eighty army sergeants were recruited as the research subjects, and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 40 individuals in each group. The experimental group received 10 sessions (90~120 min per session) of group psychological training based on our training program, while the control group received regular psychological health education and political education. The training effects were evaluated using the Self-Rating Depression Scale, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale, Psychological Resilience Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Brief Coping Style Questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale, Big Five Personality Inventory, and Self-Evaluation Questionnaire for Group
